The man was wearing a cape with a hood. Russel cannot see him properly because half of his face was covered with the hood he was wearing. Russel was about to say something again when the man slowly lifted his arm. He became alert and stepped his foot backward. If this man does something inappropriate, he will run back inside the tea shop and ask Gian's guards for help.

The man Russel thought who wanted to hit him did not do anything bad. Instead, he only raised his arm trying to remove the remaining dust on his shoulder. When Russel realized the situation, he faked a cough and tried to act normal. The hooded man awkwardly smiled at him and acted as if nothing happened.

"I apologize for bumping into you. It was not intentional." The hooded man apologized.

"Nah. It's okay." Russel said. "I am sorry too for my sudden outburst."

"I understand your feelings so you do not have to apologize."
