Twins VS Evil Witch

Eun Hye nodded her head in his shoulder but unbeknownst to him, her lips had curved into a cunning smirk.

'Go on, sister! Try to break us! He will only hate you more at this juncture,' she thought to herself happily.

When Min Jae pulled back from the hug, Eun Hye hurriedly composed herself. Her face was back to looking pitiful and innocent. Min Jae stroked her cheek tenderly.

Even he couldn't bring himself to hurt this woman even a little. He always treated her with caution. Yet, her sister dared to hurt his wife. His eyes flashed in fury as he thought of all the unpleasant things his wife had to go through in the past.

Eun Hye grabbed his hand and kissed it intending to console the man. "I'm not scared anymore, Honey. I know you will protect me."

Min Jae smiled as he bent down to kiss her cherry lips. However, before their lips met, a sweet sound sang in unison from behind them.

"Mommy?"

Surprised by the childish voice, both of them pulled back. What came into their view was two small munchkins.

Min Jun tilted his head slightly while watching the two adults in wonder. "Mommy? What are you doing here?"

Eun Hye looked around the place then and when she found no adult nearby other than her and Min Jae, her heart began to pound loudly. She gulped nervously. Though she tried to calm herself, she couldn't stop the feeling of bad premonition from haunting her.

Pointing at herself, Eun Hye asked the children, "Are you referring to me?"

Min Hyuk squinted his eyes the moment he heard the lady's voice. A knowing look graced his face. He smirked. Despite that, he chose to respond.

"Well, do you see anyone else here, Aunty?" He rolled his eyes. "Are you stupid?"

Hearing the little one reprimanded her, Eun Hye pursed her lips. She glared at the boy. 'How dare he?! What an impudent little b*stard!'

Min Jun turned towards his brother. He whispered quizzically, "Aunty? Why are you calling mommy aunty, Brother?"

Min Hyuk shook his head. "She is not mommy," he whispered back to his younger brother.

Then, with a devilish smirk on his face, Min Hyuk deliberately raised his voice.

"She is just an imposter, a scary witch."

Eun Hye's face drained of color when she heard the little boy's words. Out of any insult that came her way, she was especially sensitive with the word 'imposter'.

She clenched her fist. Her heart burnt with fury. She was about to lash out when suddenly a quick thought invaded her mind. She was stumped with a realization.

She looked carefully at the two children again, slowly scrutinizing them. Then, she recalled what they had called her just now.

'Mommy.'

Instantly, she gasped in horror. She turned to look at the man beside her who was still looking at the boys. Afterwards, her eyes traced back to the children again. She repeatedly exchanged glances.

No way!

No. F*cking. Way!

'Don't tell me -"

However, no matter how many times she had looked, the facts remained unchanged. Maybe at one glance no one would realize. However, after another one over, anyone would notice the resemblance between Min Jae and the twins.

'They are Min Jae's babies?!' Her heart cried in alarm.

She ground her teeth as she remembered that one particular night from five years ago. That one mistake she had committed which had given chance for her sister to lay in Min Jae's embrace. Her knuckled turned white.

Looking at the children's age, her suspicion became stronger. The timing matched.

Her brain became a mess in an instance. She had an urge to laugh. Now Eun Hye knew why her sister had been so confident just now. How could she not? She had her trump card which unfortunately had been exposed now.

Eun Hye stared piercingly at the boys. Her eyes glinted in danger. If Min Jae hadn't been present, she would have dealt with these two b*stard right here.

However, one thing was certain now. She had only one thought. One goal – eradication.

'They have to be gone!!'

Eun Hye was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard Min Jae laughed. He approached them and bent down to their level. Rather than getting angry, Min Jae found Min Hyuk amusing instead.

"Now, now, is that the way to speak to your elder?"

Min hyuk stared at him as he studied his features while his younger brother naively chortled. "My brother is cold to strangers because mommy said not to talk to strangers."

Min Jae nodded his head as he rubbed Min Jun's little head.

"Your mommy is right. You should be wary of strangers. But, what are you boys doing here? Where is your mommy?"

Min Jun sheepishly smiled. "Mommy doesn't know that we came. We want to surprise her."

"You shouldn't do that. What if you meet dangerous people?" Min Jae shook his head in disagreement with the boys' actions.

Min Jun bowed his head down. He knew mommy would worry about them but what to do? He missed mommy. He was still unaccustomed to this foreign country.

Min Jae got up and turned to Eun Hye. "Babe, wait for me here. I will accompany these two fellows to search for their mom."

Eun Hye grudgingly nodded her head. She tried to force a smile at the boys. Yet despite her effort, she was instead glared at by Min Hyuk. The kid stared at him as if he would make a mincemeat out of her.

She could sense the deep hatred drilling into her from his sharp gaze. She realized that this kid had probably known about the story from Shu Hwa.

'Damn it! I have to act fast!' She thought to herself.

Min Jae returned to the kids and offered, "Shall we go?"

However, Min Jun suddenly noticed Ji Woon walking out from the door and hurrying towards the car. So, Min Jun ran after him shouting, "Oppa. Oppa!"

Min Jae was startled by the sudden shouting that he reacted a little late. He was about to shout at the little boy when he heard Min Hyuk's cold voice, "Thank you for trying to help. But we have found our mommy. So, you don't have to trouble yourself."
