Three Little Glutton

Min Jae looked at the kid who was acting like an adult even though he appeared to be only five years old. He bent down and tilted his head, "Do you hate me?"

He was not foolish. From the start, Min Jae had noticed the kid's hostility towards him.

Min hyuk scrutinized his face for a while before he slowly nodded.

"I hate anyone who hurts mommy."

Min Jae was taken aback by the sudden accusation. He felt wronged somehow. He didn't even know their mommy.

He didn't know why but he eventually asked, "Who is your mommy? Can I meet her?"

Min Hyuk took a step back. He stared at warily as he rejected him coldly, "No, you can't. You don't have the right."

Then, Min Jae watched the little guy turned around to follow his younger twin brother.

Min Jae was a little helpless. But he didn't take it seriously. Chuckling, he mumbled to himself, "Don't have the right? That mommy protector kid. Haha.."

....

Shu Hwa was sitting insider her car while she waited for Ji Woon to collect her bag from the makeup room.

She leaned backwards as she recalled what happened moments back. She knew she had acted rather impulsively but she couldn't help it when she saw him.

She couldn't help but be disappointed that he didn't recognize her. Somewhere deep within her, she had thought he would at least doubt Eun Hye after meeting her but--

Shu Hwa sighed. When she opened her eyes again, she appeared even more determined now. She swore that she would make Eun Hye paid for what she had done. She would make her suffer a thousand-fold.

Just then, the car door opened and she turned to ask him about today's incident but was surprised to find her two munchkins getting in with an exasperated Ji Woon behind them.

Ji Woon flopped opposite her as he pinched the space between his eyebrows and said, "This entire family would someday drive me nuts."

Shu Hwa smiled helplessly as she watched her younger son throw himself in her arms shouting, "Mommy, I miss you!"

Invisible arrows were shot through her heart as she hugged her adorable son tightly. She laid kisses all over his face.

" I miss you too baby!"

She glanced at Min Hyuk, who was sitting near them but was glancing outside. She sighed as she wrapped her arms around him and pulled Min hyuk to her lap.

She couldn't help but sigh when she thought how her younger son loved to act spoiled while the other one was a piece of ice block.

How did he become this way? She didn't remember neglecting him. She had always spoiled both of her sons. Yet, Min Hyuk still turned out this way.

Shu Hwa hugged Min hyuk and kissed his cold cheek before she asked, "Did you miss me, Baby?"

Min hyuk nodded his head coolly. Albeit his silent cold act, Shu Hwa still caught the redness glowing on his earlobes. She quietly snickered.

'Aww... so cute.'

She looked at her two babies who filled her heart with happiness. She tightly embraced them both to regain her strength. Her heart had become warm all over again. All the grievances had been dispelled instantly.

Suddenly, as if she had just noticed, she straightened up and asked both of them, "What were you doing here?"

Min Jun tensed up. He immediately turned to his older twin, pleading him to make some excuse.

Albeit his brother doe eyes, Min hyuk reported the truth, "Jun wanted to see you and made a mess of the hotel room begging me to take him here."

Min Jun pouted before he exposed his brother as well.

"Bad brother! You also wanted to come, Bad Brother! Hmph!" He turned his head away in resentment.

Shu Hwa closed her eyes as she breathed a long-exasperated sigh. These two rascals. When she opened her eyes again, she found two pairs of round black eyes looking at her pitifully.

She couldn't bring herself to scold them but still, she needed to draw the line.

"Next time, when you want to go out, wait for mommy or Ji Woon oppa, okay? No going anywhere alone, understand?"

Both of them nodded their little heads.

...

Shu Hwa noticed the different scenery outside. She felt unfamiliar yet familiar at the same time. After all, she grew up in Seoul. So, she at least knew that this was not the way home.

"Aren't we going home?" She asked Ji Woon.

Ji Woon looked at her who was looking out the window. The young beautiful woman had one of her hands around the boy who was sleeping on her lap and the other propping her head.

Ji Woon only shook his head in respond which made Shu Hwa frowned.

She wanted to go home so badly and take a long bath before she dove into bed with her cute little babies. Yet here he was taking the long route. Shu Hwa was displeased. She pouted unhappily at Ji Woon.

Suddenly, she heard a gasp from her baby who sat upright from her lap. She looked at Min Jun who was rubbing his sleepy eyes.

"Baby, you can sleep more. It's still far."

Min Jun turned pitifully at her and spoke in his cutesy voice, "Mommy, I'm hungry."

"Ah, we will--" before she could finish her sentence, she noticed a row of beauty shops lining beside the street. Eh, wait!

"Isn't this Myeondong?"

No wonder she felt the place was familiar. Her lips immediately arched into a grin. She peaked at Ji Woon with sparkling eyes. She understood why he took the long route now. She remembered his promise in front of the hall before the meet and greet commenced.

Ji Woon chuckled as he noticed the three pairs of sparking eyes that screamed, 'FOOOD...MEAAAT!!'

Yes, three pairs. Even the calm Min Hyuk displayed his hunger for food.

Looks like the twins inherited their mother's gluttonous characteristics.
