Adapting To The Change

Corrie was quite happy here...but all happiness always comes with a little sadness too right. There was girl who was directly under Milana(the lady).

She was envious of the newfound girl and always had hard tasks piled up for her. Corrie just did it without complaints which made that girl even more angrier.

Corrie was not the type to complain but she was just a girl who went with everything no matter the outcomes. She was happy that way .

And being here , she was already very lucky.

She got even more excited when she knew that she had fallen into the time era that she had been researching about. She asked for writings materials and write about the daily lives of the people, it's culture, it's economy, and developmental things.

It has been three months since the day she 'time travelled'. She still had a small hope in her that one day she would go back...it was such a wonder she never felt honesick 'cause after seeing or speaking with Milana she felt warm.

She was an orphan and had never felt like this since she was small except a lilttle memory with her mother which she cherished very much.

She was Milana's descent.....NO WONDER!!!

Milana was a middle aged lady but she was not married yet...she was quite famous in the town. Everybody loved her sense of humour. Corrie would observe her from the sidelines whenever she accompanied her to buy essentials and kitchen ingredients. She just loved this humourous lady.

One day---

While Corrie was writing down her notes..Milana came in. All the other girls were asleep in their own rooms.

"Corrie dear..aren't you tired yet? Why are you still awake.?"

Corrie was startled and so, messed up some of her notes. Milana picked one up but couldn't exactly make heads or tails out of it.

She loved this girl. And if she happened to be a spy then she would be heart-brokened.

She looked calmly even though her heart and head was in a mess.

Corrie had naturally started to trust this lady so she started.."Call me crazy but..."

And explained everything about her. She knew Milana wouldn't believe her and would even chase her out but she couldn't bear all the secrets anymore...she trusted this wide eyed person staring at her very much.

At the end...Milana took some time before saying,"You are very weird with what you say and do ..now i know why. So this is because of that wizard right. (sighs deeply).

Get some sleep".

Corrie was not expecting that...i guess she indeed was very trustworthy.

She bowed with her knees folded to the ground and thanked her profusely.

After Milana walked out of the room...she didn't know why she had so easily trusted her even though it sounded unlogical.

Meanwhile ,Corrie cried happily ..this was the first time.

She didn't know why but she trusted Milana with all of her heart.
