Corrie busied herself with the research and she was glad that she still had something that connected her to Axel.

Nina too was happy for her, she told everything to Allan and he was quite surprised by it but later thought it would be best to accept it. He supported Nina in whatever she did and said. He would always find time for the both of them in the office and always tease her...making her flustered for thw wholeday.

Corrie went to the ruins' site and didnt expect the palace to stand there perfectly as it did xxxx years ago. It was a bit worn out but one could still deduce at one glance that it would have been majestic during its time. And indeed it was, Corrie thought. She was really amused by other factors too.....the craftsmanships, the signs of developments. It was really a wonder to everyone . Corrie was specially chosen for this because of the reason she learned that language, that was an important reason.

They had found a book, personally writtened by Axel!!! It mostly contained poems.....poems on a vained love. It was written in that language so Corrie was made to translate it. It took her a whole week to translate the whole book and i would lie if i said she just wrote out the translated words. She cried, cried really hard as the words were all directed to her.

Nina saw it and was touched deeply, she never thought the person would still remember her.

Both of them knew that that book would one day be found in the future, so Axel kept it well.

Anyone who read it would immediately feel something pulling at their heartstrings. The people was made of this writings and it was the top news among the netizens...it touched everyone's hearts.

And other poems also focussed on an undying love for a person. It was very clear that the King could not love that person because she was already dead or had mysteriously vanished. No wonder he had no other woman in his life.

Translating all that was as if she was forced down to hell, she was hurt deeply. She knew what Axel must have felt. It hurt.

Deep down, she wanted to go back very badly but she didnt think fate would rule in her favour.
