"Pistol" Not even a fraction of second when my punch connected to its body, it burst. It cannot take the force generated by my right arm which was stretched about 10 meters. The 4 meter tall slime died just like that. But the recoil of my punch is also strong. "Thud" It made me lose my balanced and stumble on the ground.
"I didn't think that the recoil is too strong. Damn, I need to increase my stats. But this feeling is very great" I stood from the ground and end up laughing inside my mind. Who won't be, I just made a move the same as the series. I let out a smirk and think of different ways to improvise my moves and attacks 'Kukukuku'. My thoughts were interrupted once again by an alert given by the system.

"Ughh, way to kill the mood" The hologram appeared infront of me. 'Hmm' but before I can concentrate on whats infront of me I noticed that aside from the crystal and some money, there is also a book on the ground.
"A book?" my curiosity is kicking up. I reach it with my hand and grab it. Then just like as always, it dissappeared an turned into crystal dust.

"Ehh" I am very surprised. Who would know that skills can just be earned like this. Well I thought that perception and meditation appeared because I experienced it first handed when I was doing self-introspection. At that time I was bit self conflicted.
'Well more powers for me the better' I then grabbed the crystal in the ground and increased my stats.

Thats a lot of information now. 'Hmm, let see the first announcement is about my proficiency in devil fruit. The other one is the appearance of the new function, inventory and lastly the updated monster list' I listed all the infos I've got.
From my previous facts, I can see that the proficiency suddenly appeared after I used my devil fruit. It even raised to 0.2%. So I can assert that maybe all of my related skills and abilities including hakis and such can get stronger with the higher the proficiency. I remember that the innate talents I've got from Luffy crystal soul gave me some boosted multipliers. In this case, I got a measly 0.1 but it raised to 0.2 percent. This time I click another tab.

"Well then let's try out the new skill I got recently" I searched my surroundings, then got a wooden branch nearby. I swing it a few times and it really answered my hypothesis.

For more than an hour and a half, I searched the 50 meter radius in this place for slimes and slime soldiers. I got a few upgrades and raised some of my proficiency.
