Awkward

Naruto pulled Akira with him as he ran towards Sasuke. On getting there, he let go of Akira's hand and stood in front of his friend.

"Hey Sasuke! You lonely here by yourself again huh!" Naruto said, putting a hand on his waist and twisting his lips to the side.

In no time the other two arrived. "Hey slow pokes! Finally Natsu, took you like five years to catch up."

"Shut it, idiot."

"You're one to talk fire-brain," Naruto stuck his tongue out at Natsu.

"I'll teach you a lesson empty brain." Natsu fired back.

The next minute the two were already at each other's neck, Lucy walked up to them and broke them up.

"How bothersome!" Sasuke sighed and stood up.

"Hey! Hey! Stop it you two. It's not nice to behave like this in front of Akira." Lucy waved her hand in front of them as she spoke, hoping they'd stop.

They ignored her and continued their heated session, by now Natsu grabbed Naruto by the collar, while Naruto pulled on his pink hair.

Sasuke's eyes wondered off to the side and caught Akira looking at him. She quickly put her head down, too shy to look him in the face. He turned his head away, "How irritating," he muttered to himself.

He still felt disgusted with what she did the previous day. As soon as Sasuke, walked past the boys, Naruto stopped what he was doing.

"Umm Sasuke, you want to follow us? We are taking Akira for a tour round school. Just few places more to go," he offered his friend.

Sasuke's gaze went back to her, then he looked forward and walked on, ignoring his friend.

"Hey Sasuke!! Damn it, don't walk away from me when I am talking to you, stupid."

At the same time, Natsu also stopped pulling on Naruto's collar, and turned in Sasuke's direction. "Hey douche bag, at this rate you won't have any girlfriend if you keep up with that attitude," he yelled at him.

Lucy and Naruto tensed up and gulped at their friend's comment. Sasuke turned and glared daggers at Natsu, the latter quickly hid behind Naruto. "Boo hoo! Sasuke," he said sticking his tongue out.

"Natsu, don't go making trouble and hiding behind me, you can get me in trouble too, ya know."

Sasuke scoffed at them and left. "Hmm I wonder how long her act would last, butting into other people's business. Well Naruto and the others seem to like her. Anyway let me quickly see Itachi before the bell goes off," he said to himself as he ignored the bunch behind.

Akira felt awkward being here, recalling her conversation the previous day and with Sasuke's nonchalant attitude just now, it felt as though she couldn't have a nice day with him around.

"I really feel like teaching him a lesson," she sighed and turned to leave as well.

"Akira! Wait, where are you going to?" Lucy called out.

"It's okay, I need to use the restroom," she lied.

"Do you know your way there?" Lucy asked feeling concerned.

She had wanted them to bond more and be close, but now these two started their fights and just now she noticed how awkward the air was when Sasuke got up. She felt something off between them, but decided to let it go.

"I can manage, thank you guys so much for the tour. See you in class." She waved her hand at them, giving a charming smile.

"If you say so," Lucy said gloomily.

"Bye bye, Akira," Natsu said with a wide grin.

"See you in class, thank you for the buns," Naruto waved back.

"Speaking of the buns, you dimwits."

They turned their head to the familiar voice, "Ahh, Gray... Hehhhee, I think I have somewhere I should be," Naruto said and ran away.

"How did your lunch go with Juvia-chan?" Natsu asked shining his teeth at his angry friend.

"I'll make you pay for that fire-brain!" he picked a stone and threw it at Natsu, but Natsu dodged it and ran away, leaving Lucy and an angry Gray behind.

"Ummm, Gray, hehhheee. I need to meet up with Erza, so I would be on my way now. Bye!" She too dashed off from their angry friend.
