The Military

For months after the debut, Amber trained hard under Ansem and increased her strength. She was an Omega yet her strength was somehing that could not be compared. She grew strong very soon.

As Ansem had an uncle in the military. They would go in the military , in the special forces. After getting a recommendation letter and successfully reporting at the Base, they were grouped together with a new squadron who had recently joined too. There were 12 of them with four girls including Amber.

Amber's circumstances were special since she was an Omega. She was given a room with her mate, Ansem.

Some of them looked down on her.

On their first day, their combat skills were tested.

Amber alone brought down three of them. After that, no one dared to think little of her. Ansem was proudly looking at her. She was one of the best in combat skills among other girls in the base too.

Ansem and Amber were always seen together and it was not long before everyone found out about their relationship.

Their squadron was going to be a group in the future, so it required a lot of teamwork too. After months, they all got to know each other well.

Rick, a comrade," Why did you leave your stardom? You guys had everything, why would you come here and work your asses off?!"

"You guys were rich, didnt even need to work yet you came here!"

" Let me guess, all of that was past time? And you want to become stronger?"

Bombarded by so many questions, the two couldn't help but giggle. All of their comrades were staring wide eyed at the two and itching for an explaination.

"Yes, those were just luxury but we wantes to become stronger of course."

Since they were to be together in the future too, Ansem didn't hide anything much.All the people knew about his falling out with his family, it had caused quite an uproar in the business world.

"Come on guys, we need to rest so that we can keep up tomorrow."

The next day, they had a 100km marathon around the hills. The view was nice if you were going for a drive or a walk but it was pure torture when it came to training. They were given a load, a rifle to carry with and off they went...for a hike. They had to go the top of the mountain where their refreshments would be waiting, it was 50 km up and 50km down.

One or two fainted on the way up. Whats more interesting is that, it was not the girls that fainted but rather the more weak guys.

Anyhow, thats how they spent another day in the camp.

The next week was their graduation ceremony and that marathon was the last of the test. Everyone passed with high honours.

And somehow, they opted for Ansem to become their captain. They carried out many numerous missions after that.

After that, they were transferred to another base in the south. The south was a bit hotter than the north. They were given their first mission there and that was to find a wounded terrorist that had had been lost in the deep forest.

After arranging everything, they set off.

The start of the journey was serious but somehow along the way, the tense atmosphere dissipated soon.

The first day, they had only reached the borders of the forest. They camped there for the night with two of them watching out.

The next day, they were almost nearing the core and since the sun was also setting soon they camped beside the river. This time, four stood guard as they were beside the river and animals would sometimes come to quench their thirst. The next day, when the others woke up, they saw the body of a wolf killed brutally. While everyone was staring at it. The four who had gone to the river came laughing. Rick was among them. He laughed,"This one right here tried to attack last night."

The other, Henry,"Lets cook it tonight haha!"

All of them were dumbfounded as they didn't hear any abnormalities last night. Or maybe they slept too deeply. But since they were soldiers it was impossible as everyone of them were light sleepers.

Ansem walked up to them and said,"Good job guys. Next time dont make too much noise. I couldn't sleep."

All of them were dumbfounded yet again, this time the four who was laughing was also shocked.

"It was squirming so much after you guys attacked it and you guys won't stop your blabbering!", Ansem continued.

Turns out, he was the lightest sleeper. No wonder he is a captain. He knew very well about his members.

Juat as they were about to cook it, noises came from the sides. As everyone turned their heads, the forlone figure walked out dragging himself. He looked like a wild ghost. Everyone stared with shock at him and was snapped out of it when of the girls, Ria scremed.

Ansem got up and calmly walked up to the man and ordered," Get the first aid kit."

He held the man and sat him down. One of the guys offered him water and after some time , they could see his face clearly. It was the man they were hunting for. Who would have thought, he would deliver himself at heir door. He was drawn in by the smell of the food.
