The messenger Gentiana watch from the windows of the Oracle's room as the guards of Tenebrae escorts the group of Lucians accompanying the King of Lucis and the prince along with the Royalty of Fleuret preparing for the departure of the royal party of Lucis. The prince of Lucis, Noctis Lucis Caelum has just been healed from a serious injury by the Oracle and Queen of Tenebrae and is now about to return to their kingdom to await for the full recovery of the prince.
"Ohh destined child of light, the time of prophecy is near at hand, the Oracle and the 'True king's' fates are now intertwined. Though your fates might be cruel, the fate of our world will depend on it." Gentiana looked with sympathy to the smiling prince and the future Oracle Lunafreya as the later pushed the wheelchair where the prince sat upon.
"I pray that you'll found solace, that the gods will look upon you and support you along your journey when the time comes for the light to shine again truly on this world."
As she saw the party disappear from her gaze, she turned around to leave and wait for the Tenebrae royalty's return, suddenly she sensed a huge amount of magical power, so vast for a mere teleportation magic that she has ever felt.
She sensed its direction coming from the Gardens of Fenestala Manor, she disappeared from the room to see what mysterious phenomenon is happening there.
….
Amidst the garden filled with bright blue sylleblossoms, lies a young man with a sword laid on above his chest...a sword that Gentiana has never seen since a very long time. The young man has a blond hair and a fair complexion with his fairly chiseled face comfortably sleeping in the field of flowers.
However, Gentiana's attention wasn't with the young man, but with the sword lying above his chest. She could never believe her eyes as she continued looking at the golden holy sword that she knew once greatly helped them in defeating an ancient enemy long time ago.
As she walked near the sleeping young man to see his condition, she felt another presence inside the sword, a higher being that felt very similar to her mother.
"Hear me Child of Eos, the Astral of Ice, the Glacian, Shiva. My time here is limited, I'm afraid I'll only be speaking briefly." Gentiana heard a holy voice talk in the language of Hexatheon as she felt the overbearing power of a goddess, the same power she has felt from her mother Eos.
She stopped on her tracks when she heard that voice as she respectfully bowed her head awaiting for the goddess to continue.
"My name is Gaia, goddess of Earth, one among the many sisters of Eos. And this child here is someone from my world. I'm here to ask for a favor to shelter this child of mine to let him live in this world. Eos has yet to awaken from her slumber, and as the only children of Eos among the astral that I deemed trustworthy. I ask your permission for this child to have the chance to live here freely." The voice of the goddess was not someone stating a command, rather someone who is asking a favor.
Gentiana heard the sincerity in the voice of the goddess as she talks about the young man and the hope in her favor she asked. She couldn't believe a goddess of her stature would ask a favor for an astral like her… not to mention, someone that they should be indebted with.
There was no way she could forget how that golden sword have save them from the alien god that have once threatened this world. Her mother Eos, before her slumber after draining the last of her power to create the Crystal told her and the rest of the Astrals that a help will come from her sister to aid them defeat the enemy that could destroy their world.
That help came when a human came wielding the holy sword, he fought alongside the Astrals to defeat the alien god. Although the remnants of that alien god still plague the planet, without the help of the goddess she has lent them, the astrals would have been defeated and this world would have ended.
"A mere child of Eos as me is not worthy to be asked for a favor. We children of Eos are the once indebted to the merciful goddess Gaia. I do not know the circumstances that have you brought this child to our world, but this humble servant shall follow your will." Gentiana still bowing her head replied with outmost respect and sincerity to the voice of the goddess.
"…Then I'm glad, and I thank you. This world will face challenges that shall test both the humanity and you Astrals. I've sent this child here to fulfill his own wish, he has his own freedom of will whether to help your world or not. I only ask that you'll not bind him to the war this world is about to face, but I've no doubt that he'll be helping anyway." A sense of contended but helplessness was laden on the goddess' voice.
Gentiana was surprised upon hearing a bit of the situation that led this young man here. She lifted her head and look at the still sleeping face of the young man. To think that it wasn't the will of the goddess but the wish of this young man that sent him here was surprising for the Glacian, and the motherly voice of the goddess while talking about the young man was something she have heard many times on her mother as well as her past lover that once have dearly loved humans.
Suddenly she could see the young man's closed eye flicker a bit.
"Ahh… It seems like he's awakening…my time to depart has come." The goddess voice was sad and sounded reluctant to leave the young man's side.
"…child of Eos. An advice I give to you. Continue to guide the future oracle, do not feel burdened to watch over this child of mine, in time I know that he would be a great help to this world without your guidance."
"…I shall follow your advice….And we never got to thank thee for helping us before." Gentiana kneeled and bowed her head. "I as one of the 6 Astrals thank thee Goddess Gaia for the help on saving our world, on my honor as the Glacian I'll see to it that this child shall live freely on this world." Gentiana sensing the gradually fading holy presence of the goddess, did her best to thank the goddess with all her heart and promise to uphold the favor that have been asked.
Suddenly a dimmed visage of light of goddess Gaia appeared from the holy sword above the young man's body, the goddess smiled at Gentiana and gently patted her head.
"Your promise is more than enough an exchange for my help before." Gentiana was truly touched that her mother had such a kind sister that have graced and helped their world with her kindness.
The visage of the goddess Gaia flew close to the slowly awakening young man, she kissed her forehead lovingly and whispered, "Awaken now my child, a new world awaits you… I'm sorry I can't always be here with you…. but know that my heart will always stay with you."
With her final words the lights dissipated as the young man finally opened his eyes, a single tear flowed down his cheek as he gazed at the glimmering shards of dissipating lights above him.
