The Unbearable Pain
THE HOLLANDS' MANSION
Melissa, Leyla, Kathie, Vanessa and Rosita really had a great time together with Mad. Flora but all those while, Rosita felt a little uneasiness and panic.
"What is this wired feeling?" she thought to herself. She sat quietly thinking and it suddenly dawned on her that she didn't call Riley before living the house. She got startled a bit and panicked.
"I think we have to go now." she whispered to Kathie with a nudge on the ribs.
Kathie looked at her time and gasped in surprise.
"Is it this late?" she whispered to Rosie with a surprised look
"Time runs so fast when you're having lots of fun. It's already late and I guess we should be leaving now." uttered Kathie to the others
"Yeah....." they all replied in unison.
"OK dear...., thank you for visiting." added Mad. Flora with a smile.
"Okay mum.., we'll come and visit again some other time."
"Sure...." replied Mad. Flora
They bid their farewells and left to the garage. Melissa, Kathie, Leyla and Vanessa noticed Rosita's change in mood.
" Are you okay?" questioned Vanessa
"Yes...I...guess..." said Rosita, slowly speaking
"Sure...?" questioned Melissa
"Yeah...., I think we should better get going" she added hastily, reaching for her side of the door
They were about to get into the car when a phone
"Yes please, who am I talking with?" asked Rosita anxiously
"I'm Mr. Jones from the police department. Your presence is needed at Rocks Hospital."
"Hospital....? Why? Is anything the problem?" queried Rosita worriedly
"Please ma'am, I think you should get here first." added Mr. Jones
"Okay sir, I will be right there soon." she hastily answered, slamming herself in her seat with an anxious face.
"Who is with Rosie?" questioned Melissa
"A police officer."
"A police officer..? What is it about?" asked Kathie curiously
"He just asked me to come to Rocks Hospital."
"Hospital...? What for?" queried Leyla
"I think we should just go now. I'm sacred to death already."
"Okay....Okay..." replied Melissa hastily and took off.

Lionel quickly pulled up in front of the hospital, got down and rushed to the back seat where Riley was lying motionless. He carefully took her in his arms and rushed her into the hospital.
"Nurse...., please help me...." he cried out
The nurses quickly brought the stretcher and he gently laid her on it. He followed them, holding Riley's hand as they rushed her to the emergency ward.
"You have to be fine Riley." he murmured to her.
They got to the entrance of the ward and Lionel stopped in his tracks as the nurses took in.
"Please...., save her." he cried to them as he watched them take her in.
Lionel paced worriedly, waiting anxiously for the doctor and nurses to come out of the ward. Just then, he heard the siren of the ambulance outside the hospital.
A group of nurses rushed in with a patient who was fatally injured. He took a close look at the patient as they passed by him to the emergency ward. He got startled at what he saw
"Mr. Hollands?" he murmured to himself.
OUTSIDE THE HOSPITAL
Melissa, Leyla, Vanessa, Kathie and Rosita got to the hospital and met police officers at the compound of the hospital questioning someone.
Rosita quickly rushed out of the car and headed to where the officers stood. Kathie and the rest also rushed after her.
"Good evening, sir." said Rosita as she got to where one of the officers stood separately.
"Good evening, ma'am. Please, how may I help you?"
"I'm Mrs. Rosita Hollands. I received a call from one Mr. Jones, asking me to come over."
"Yes..., ma'am that's Mr. Jones over there." he answered pointing to the direction where a middle aged man stood with a young man.
"Okay sir..., thank you." she replied with a nod and
left to where the man stood followed by Kathie and the other ladies.

Mr Jones was busily questioning one of the witnesses from the accident scene with rapt attention.
" what really happened, Mr. Phil....?"
"It happened all of a sudden sir..., I can't really tell."
"So...what ..."
"Sorry, sir..?, said Rosita, cutting in.
" Yes..ma'am, how may I help you?" he asked, turning to Rosita and the others.
"I'm Mrs. Rosita Hollands. I received a call from you, asking me to come over to this hospital."
"Yes...ma'am.., I did. Excuse me." he said turning to the witness.
"Can you please excuse us Mr. Phil? I will get back to you later." he said patting his shoulder
"Sure sir.." he answered and left.
Mr Jones sighed and turned to Rosita and the rest.
"Please, sir..., my I know what's going on?" asked Rosita anxiously.
"You have to calm down first ma'am." said Mr Jones with a concerned look.
"Okay..., I am now." she replied with a heavy sigh
Mr Jones stood quietly for a while thinking of how to break the news to her. Rosita took a questionable glance at the ladies and turned back to Mr Jones.
"It's about your husband Mrs Rosita."
"What about him?" she asked, a little startled.
"He received a call from someone that his family was in danger so left the meeting to come over and got involved in a fatal accident."
"What.....?" exclaimed the ladies.
"What did you just say?" exclaimed Rosita, stunned. She stood motionless for while and a daze, broke down in tears.
"So where is he now...?" she questioned amidst tears
"He...," but before Mr Jones could say more, Rosita dashed off into the hospital.
"Riley....Riley....." The ladies called as they rushed after her.

Rosita rushed to the corridor of the emergency hall but stopped in her tracks on seeing Lionel sitting outside the ward looking at his feet wearing a worried look with blood stains all over his shirt. She walked in a daze to where Lionel sat. Lionel quickly lifted his eyes on seeing the feet's of someone before her.
"Mrs. Hollands....." he said in surprise on seeing her.
"What happened Lionel? Why are you here and why are you covered in blood?" she asked, teary eyed and looking confused
"Uhm....uhm..., It's Riley..mum..." replied, stammering.
Just then; Melissa, Vanessa, Kathie, and Leyla got there and also stopped in their tracks behind Rosita.
"Wait happened to her Lionel.....?" exclaimed Rosita in tears holding him by his shirt.
"I don't know mum..., I just met her laying motionless in an isolated building in the neighborhood after dropping her off home and returned again to give back her phone that she left." he replied amidst tears
"No...no..., tell me it's not true..,tell me my baby is safe.., tell me......" but before she could say more, she felt a shape pain in the heart which made her dizzy. She held her chest and heard and collapsed to the floor but Lionel caught her in time.
"Rosie...Rosie...Rosie..." exclaimed the ladies and rushed over to her.
"Nurse....,nurse...., please...help us." exclaimed Kathie as she rushed to get a nurse to help Rosita.
