Not that easy

"I'll take the first watch, you should get some sleep." Seth said smiling ear to ear.

"Okay, wake me up when it is my turn to watch."

Just like that, the moment was over, but I wasn't complaining.

I stood up and laid down on the dirt ground. Seth came over to me and gave me a pillow and blanket. 'How did he fit that in his backpack.' I thought. I decided not to ask him and I shut my eyes drifting off to sleep.

This time when I was asleep, I dreamt of camp. It was covered in snow and ice with demigods no where to be found. I walked around and saw some frozen animals.

I went to see inside the cabins and demigods where huddled inside trying to keep warm. The medical wing was completely empty. 'They probably moved everyone else inside.' I thought.

I took a closer look and saw all the honey was gone. Apollo was walking around the camp with a worried look on his face. He went into the mess hall and sat down. I followed him in and he had his hands supporting his head. He was muttering something but I couldn't hear it.

I crossed by arms and started to feel guilty that I was able to roam around while everyone was shivering inside.

The camp was in terrible shape, and I began to think that this was the start of the endless winter.

~~~~~~~
I woke up to see Evan lightly shaking my shoulders trying to wake me up. "Good morning sleepy head." He said.
I looked out of the cave and saw the sunlight outside. I threw my pillow at Seth giving him a confused look on his face. "What was that for?" He asked.
"You were supposed to wake me up so you could sleep!" I shouted with anger. I stood up and began folding the blanket.
"Sorry, I didn't want to wake you." Seth said chuckling. He then coming up behind me and I could feel his breath on my neck. I shuttered and walked towards my backpack to get a drink of water. Seth took the blanket from me and shoved it into his backpack. The fire was already out only letting out smoke.
"What are we getting done today." I asked him.
"Well, if we predict that there will be no casualties then we would try to get to New York."
"I doubt there will be no casualties." I replied.
Then, all the memories of last night flooded in and I brushed my lips remembering the tingling sensation the kiss gave me. I looked at Seth and he had a small smirk on his face. I realized that my fingers were still brushing my lips and I put them down turning away in embarrassment.
I really wanted to change into a fresh clothes, but I had the feeling I would need them later. As for Seth, he had changed already into the outfit I saw him in the first time I met him.
We walked out of the cave in silence and returned back to the streets. We went up to the train station and got tickets to Maine since there was no direct ride to New York.
We went onto the train and it soon departed. I started to think about my dream and how bad the camp was. 'It can't be happening now,' I thought. 'Montreal had great weather right now. It may just be the future.'
Seth saw the expression on my face and reached for my hand and our fingers intertwined together. I lightly blushed and kept my head down. I train made on stop at another city in Quebec.
All the passengers got off the train leaving me and Seth alone. "That is not normal." I whispered in his ear.
Then, a guy looking like he was 18 walked onto the bus with his hood on. He sat near us and stared right at me.
It reminded me a lot of the bus driver that took me and Seth to school around a week ago. That is really how it started, if I rode with my dad to school that day I probably wouldn't be here.
"He is going to make a move." Seth whispered to me. I let go of his hand and reached into my pocket to pull out my pen.
The guy seemed to notice and drew his dagger standing up. I uncapped my pen and Seth pulled out a hammer. "Who are you!" I asked.
"Your uncle of course. A child of Boreas. Now, he told me about one grandchild of his that didn't know how to behave." He chanted back. He swung at me and I ducked. He anticipated that move and slashed my leg.
Seth started to get made and throw his rubber sledge hammer at him. It hit his head making him dizzy. If it was made of metal, he would probably have killed him.
"Seth..." I started. "We are soon arriving at Maine and people are going to walk on this train and see a body unconscious."
Seth picked him up and put him on a seat. He took the blanket out of his backpack and put it on him. "Now people will think he is sleeping."
We soon arrived at Maine in Augusta. We immediately walked off and tried to get tickets to New York.
The train wouldn't leave until another 2 hours giving us time to kill.
We started heading to a cafe when we were stopped by 3 demigods, including the one we left on the train. "You think it would be that easy to get rid of us?" He asked. "We could either let you get killed trying to save Khione or we could save you the trouble and do it ourselves."
