Battlefield

Narrator's POV

The Civil War continues. The civilian forces of Prince Veeto advance forward to the palace as the soldiers of King Trevo tries to stop them.

Prince Veeto and his crew are right at the rear of the vanguard group. They are responsible for the tactical operations of the rebels.

"My Prince! Our Vanguard forces are still yet to make progress into the royal palace!"

"Yes Sir! The royal army soldiers are way too different compared to our civilian army!"

"Nonsense! Does anyone of you have any better plans?" The Prince shouted.

Everyone in his group was silent.

Really? Then let me think. Is it possible to sneak from behind then?"

"I believe that is not possible sir. There is no other passage in the royal palace aside from this main entrance."

The men of his group are starting to lose hope as they realize that they are currently losing against the King.

"Then why don't we use our strongest weapon then?" The prince suggested.

"What is it, sir?"

Meanwhile, on the other side of the castle, King Trevo and his generals are planning for strategies.

"Is everything alright, General?" The king asked.

"Everything is under control, your Highness. My soldiers can easily defend our ground against untrained poor civilians." The general replied.

The King smiled as he sits on his majestic throne.

Suddenly a messenger arrives.

"General, I have some important message!"

"What is it?"

"The rebels are starting to advance inside the palace compound!"

Everyone in the room was shocked. Even the King stood up from his throne.

"General! What is this?!"

"I am sorry your Highness. I will make sure I will fix this."

"You better do it!"

"Soldier! Fill me in! How did they break through our strong defenses?"

"The rebels started using a different strategy general!"

"What did they do?"

"They are using the dead bodies lying on the ground as shields and weapons! The rebels used the corpses as weapons by throwing them at our soldiers! The main army was caught off guard which the rebels took advantage of and then advanced!"

The King who was listening while they were talking was shocked. He knew who was behind all of this. He was mad.

"That damn Veeto!!!!!!!!"

Everyone in the room was silent. There King was furious. They do not know what to do.

"General! You are now fired!"

"B-But Sir I can still-!"

"Shut Up! Due to your incompetence, we are now in a pinch!"

Krod who was worried about the king decided to intervene.

"Your Majesty. Who is going to lead the army now?"

"I will do it!"

"WHAT?!?!!!!"

"That is right. I am going to kill that Dirty Little rat named Veeto all by myself!"

The Rebels, who just successfully entered the compound are now hastily charging towards the interior of the Palace. They are getting too cocky.

"Sir Veeto! It seems like our main forces have now entered the palace!"

"Great! Now we are controlling the situation!"

"Another report sir! Our main forces of 1,000 are now facing an army that is colored red. They are significantly less in number so they can for sure handle this!"

"What did you say!?!? Red Army?!?!"

"Yes sir!"

"Damn! Those are probably the Colum Knights! They are for sure going to be killed!!! Send Reinforcements!!!"

"I don't follow sir! What is this group?"

"That army is the personal army of the Kings! They are by far the strongest group in this war! It is best to avoid them and just go for my Brother!"

Another messenger arrives.

"Prince Veeto! The main forces are struggling right now! They call for back up!"

"Damn. Veeto Crew! Let us all go! We are the only ones that can match up with those monsters!"

"Yes Sir!"

Veeto and his black assassins are now moving towards their greatest threat, the Red Colum Knights.

As soon as they enter the area of concern, they saw a huge pile of dead bodies. Some rebels were still alive. The enemies are right in front of them. 5 heavily armored men with many normal soldiers at their back. Right in front of all of them is King Trevo. He is wearing a Shiny White Armor with a blade covered with blood in his hand. He smiled as soon as he saw the arrival of Veeto and his men.

"Welcome my brother." King Trevo said.

"Damn you Trevo!! You dirty jerk!!!!! Why did you release the Colum Knights?"

"Oh really? I am the dirty jerk here? What about the guy who utilized the method of dirty bodies?"

Veeto did not reply. Trevo laughed.

"See? Even you know you are dirty, But I am different. And I am going to give you a chance. Let us have a team duel. I and the Colum Knights against you and your Black Assassins. I know that those fellows can match up pretty well with us."

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Can even handle me?!?!!?!" Veeto shouted as he charged towards Trevo with his sword.

Trevo blocks Veeto's attack with ease.

"Of course I can. Since I am way better than you."

"YAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!"

All of the strong men rumbled. Black Assassins vs the Colum Knights. One on One. Fight to the death. All of the people were watching in awe. The level of the battle that they are witnessing right now is different.

The offensive skills of the Black Assassins I sway too strong. They are also very swift and agile. Meanwhile, the Colum Knights are no slouch either. Their strong defense makes up for their lack of mobility. Their raw power was also their main highlight.

But the main event was not any of those. It was the battle between The King against the Prince. Brother vs Brother. Royal vs Royal. Trevo vs Veeto. The level of this competition was totally different. The King moves gracefully as he dodges and strikes cleanly just like his personality while the Prince attacks with power and angst. Ever slash has madness within which reflects himself as well.

No one was winning. Everyone that was watching knew that this will probably end in a stalemate, but the warriors disagree. They all believe that they will win. They have a very strong motivation to kill their opponent and be the last one to laugh. Everyone was holding their breaths. The battle is starting to reach its climax until....

*BOOOOOM*

The walls of the palace broke. Someone riding a large creature enters through the broken wall.

"STOOOOOOOOOOOOOPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!"
