" Honeymoon"

They chatted for more than half an hour until little Arthur woke up.

"I have to hang up now, my son is awake and needs to be fed," Arthur said.

"Okay see you soon," Sean said and hung up.

Arthur picked up his son and headed to the kitchen were Rose had kept his milk bottles.

He picked the last one for the day and sat down as he pushed it into his son's mouth.

He heard the car stop at the front of the house.

He walked to the door to welcome her back.

"How was your day butterfly? " he asked her the moment she appeared.

Rose smiled as she moved closer to her husband.

"Nothing special, how did the day go with Arthur?" she asked.

She took little Arthur from his arms and continued to feed him.

She had decided to leave him alone with his son so that they could bond. Arthur was always having complaints about how she treated him and their son differently.

It seemed their relationship had improved since she started leaving them alone. He cared and worried about him more than her now.

It was time for her to finally have some time with him since his problem with their son had seemed to melt away.

"I was thinking that we should find him a nanny and take some time for both of us " she whispered.

Arthur instantly turned to look at her with a serious face.

"Really?!" he shouted.

She smiled as she gazed into his green tired eyes. He had been taking care of little Arthur that his sleep was limited. He had made sure that he let her sleep without the baby waking her up.

She got up and took little Arthur into his room and returned back.

Arthur watched her as she moved closer and sat on his laps placing her arms his neck.

"I know it was hard for you these past few days, I hope you aren't holding a grudge since I was only helping you fix your relationship with your son " she gave him her best smile.

Arthur pulled her closer for a hug, breathing her in. It seemed like a century since he was this close to her.

"I missed you butterfly " he murmured.

"Why don't we go to bed early," she said.

Arthur carried her into their room forgetting about how he had been treated the past few days.

Sean decided to go back home after spending hours in the office alone.

He soon arrived home in a few minutes since there was no traffic. He had arrived home late in the night expecting her to be back and in bed.

But as he moved up the stairs he heard her voice.

"Where have you been?" she asked.

Sean walked to where she was seated as he informed her where he was.

"Did you have dinner?" she asked

"No"

"Then let's eat " Irene moved to the kitchen with Sean following him close by. She served him dinner and they ate in silence.

"Bunny...." Sean wanted to say more but was stopped with her glance.

"Don't call me that, and am not angry so don't worry. I trust you but not your past, so please don't give me a reason not to " she said.

"Thank you love " he half-smiled.

Feeling better he finished his dinner and helped her wash the plates and headed to bed.

Afraid to anger her again he didn't join her in bed after his shower. He slowly dried his hair as he waited for her to go to sleep.

"What are you still doing there, come join me am cold " she complained.

Sean put down the hair drier and jumped in bed to warm his soft cold bunny. He wrapped his arms around her entrapping her in his scent.

"Feel better?" he asked

"Hmmm" she answered

"Arthur called me today," Sean told her how his friend was being treated by Rose.

"She just wants to help him have a closer bond with his son. Arthur is a good father but his love for Rose always gets in the way of his fatherly love " Irene remarked.

"I hope her plan succeeds cause Arthur sounded angry when I talked to him. When we have a baby I will love you both equally "

"Don't make promises you can't keep " Irene said.

"I always keep my promises," Sean said as he sunk his face into her neck.
