My Prince.

"Daddy, can I have some ice cream?" Rosie begged father. He had planned to head home after picking up Arthur and Justin from school but his daughter was making it hard.

Justin and Arthur were silent in their seats but Rosie was all over the place. Pointing at that then that with every street the passed. And now she was requesting Ice cream.

"You can have some after we get home " Arthur the eldest pulled her away from the window.

Rosie frowned and turned to her father who finally told the driver to stop the car.

Jumping out with a smile and her little hand in his they walked to the ice cream stand. Her brothers followed soon after with Arthur grumbling about how their father spoilt Rosie and Justin just being quiet.

Rosie took vanilla flavour and choose strawberry for her brothers and father. With a smile, she said, "pink sweet for you three"

Arthur took him and moved to the bench to sit as he waited for them to join.

He was about to call them to here when he saw a woman with red hair, he had ignored her at first cause of it but when she turned he could set it was her.

He stood up so fast his ice cream dropped to the ground. Arthur felt something pinch at his chest as he saw her smile that made him feel like he was the best, those eyes that always welcomed him with love.

He opened his mouth to speak but his voice seemed to be lost. His feet moved and without minding the speeding cars he crossed the road, his eyes were locked on her.

Without realising it he was running. The woman seemed to notice him run towards her, she stopped locking her eyes with his.

Arthur ran and without warning hugged her.

"Mom!?" he cried

He could feel her body stiffen from the shock but he didn't let go of her.

His father had turned around when he had the chaos from the road only to see his son run through the traffic to hug a red-headed lady.

Arthur grabbed the twins and ran to where his son was holding the stranger. But he paused when he saw her lookup.

She smiled at him " Am sorry sir is this your son. He seems to have me confused with his mother " she gently said.

"Rose?" was all he said.

But the woman frowned shaking her head, " Am sorry but my name is Red " she confidently said.

Arthur moved his eyes over her and frowned himself. She was Rose but she claimed otherwise.

He gained his composure and gently pulled away from his son from her arms.

"Am sorry about this my son took you for his mother " he apologised. But Arthur wouldn't let go, he held onto her and his crying continued.

Her smile returned " let's give him a few minutes " she said hugging the Little boy.

After a while, Arthur let go of the stranger and turned to his father who was still starting at Red.

"Dad its mom, she finally returned " he smiled

He took his two little siblings and brought them to her, " Mom, Dad and I took care of the twins. We named them after you and Uncle Justin " he added.

Red took the two little figures in her arms and hugged them with a smile.

"Well done my prince," she said.

His eyes lightened up even more, " It's you mom, am sure of it "

Red turned to his father then back to Arthur, " "Why do you say that honey?" she asked.

The little smiled even brightly," Cause you were the only one who called me, prince "

Red seemed.

Little Arthur didn't let go of her until she decided to go with them. Rosie who had cried after she was told who Red was had fallen asleep in her arms. Justin had just hugged and kissed her.

Now she was sitting in the car of a stranger with a baby girl in her arms, the other sleeping on her lap while the other twin was being held by his father.

Arthur had been quiet silently watching this stranger who looked identical to Rose but with different features. His son had recognised his mother immediately and surprisingly she had treated him like the old Rose would but he still had his doubts about her.

"Who was this stranger with his wife's face," he thought.
