"Guest"

Arthur gazed into those blue eyes he loved so much, She was here, back to him but he still held back.

"Who do you think is saying the truth, us or your life with your father?" he asked

She didn't move but kept staring back at him, he could read the answer in her eyes.

He smirked, " Rose always listened to her heart, what does your tell you?" he asked again.

"My head keeps popping images, memories I don't understand. They have always been there but I just kept ignoring them " she confessed.

She closed her eyes trying to understand them but then she felt a headache slide in instead. The more she tried the more it hurt.

"Ahhh..." she cried in pain. Her body lost balance. Arthur grabbed her, fainting in his arms.

He stood there in silence holding into her. He could feel her warm breath on his neck.

Carrying her upstairs to his room, Arthur watched her fight as her face flinch. It was like she was fighting with her inner demons.

" All this time I thought you had given up on me....but it was your father who took you away from me " he sighed.

It was during the afternoon the next day that Red woke up. Arthur was still there sitting next to her watching her sleep.

"What happened?" she asked.

"You fainted " hep answered.

She tried to get up but stopped halfway, her head hurt as something hit her.

"My heart hurts " she cried in pain.

Arthur passed her a glass of water. She took it and drank some water.

"You can rest some more, Arthur and the twins won't bother you today I had them sent away," he said getting up.

"You should not have it's me who's invading their home," she said. "But can I ask where you sent them?".

" My Dad's place," he said. He had answered back to her as if it was Rose there.

She nodded then looked up again, " Am sorry if we didn't finish our conversation yesterday night "

A knock came to the door, " Sean and the others have arrived " Dorothy announced.

Arthur excused himself and left the room.

Red laid back in bed and closed her eyes again. She needed time to process everything that had happened.

"But I want to see her whether she knows me or not " Justin pleaded.

Sean joined in since he wanted to see her too.

Irene and Vivian nodded too.

Arthur frowned, "Dont force her to remember anything or you might end up hurting her "

Justin nodded impatiently then ran up the stairs with Arthur. The rest followed him.

Justin came in first quietly, he could see her slim figure laying on the large bed with her eyes closed.

Getting closer they all surrounded the bed. She was mumbling something.

"What happened to her hair " Vivian whispered to Irene.

"It's was all Richard's fault, trying to change her appearance " she answered.

Justin giggled, "Well he's blind and stupid, cause I mean look at her there is no doubt it's my twin sister "

"Yesterday when I saw her I was surprised too. But it made me sad that she could not remember anything " Irene whispered.

"I investigated and found out it was Richard who took her on the day she disappeared and has been feeding her something to erase memories of us " Sean whispered.

"You can all stop whispering she can hear you," Arthur said.

They all looked at each other then back at the sleeping Rose.

She opened her eyes, " You guys should improve on your whispering skills, I heard everything you said ".

Silence filled the room, Justin laughed and soon everybody was.

"I miss you sister more than you can imagine " Justin hugged Red when she got up.

"I missed you too" she answered.

Vivian got closer, " Do you remember us now?"

Red smiled, " A little ...I know your Vivian, Sean, Irene and Justin "

"So you do remember us " Justin let out.

They chatted telling her how it had been without her around. She told them her life away & what she remembered.

"Do you mean that right memory about us are coming back but not yours and Arthur " Sean shouted.

She nodded. Having found out that she was Rose had made her so happy and sad at the same time. They had all suffered because of her.

Arthur had been standing there listening to them talk.

"His brother-in-law, don't feel bad about my sister not having any memory about you " Justin turned to him

"I think Richard saw you as a threat and erased your memories," Sean said to Arthur.

"Or Rose found them so painful she let them go with the effect of the meds " Irene joined.

Arthur opened the door to the bedroom, " I think you guests have overstayed " he said with a glare.

Sean who knew him best got up and grabbed his wife to leave. Irene hugged Rose and left.

Vivian did the same th5n followed the two. Justin wanted to persist but Rose gestured him to leave.

"I will be back with granddad," he said then left.
