Chapter 146: Perspectives Part 3

“Come on Ventrowe, don’t do this to me now!”

Stunt was desperate, trying to revive the stunned Septens. The sun was high now and he feared the worst for his friends.

He had managed to recover some containers of water that had got flung from the ship when it crashed landed. He splashed some on Ventrowe’s face which did the trick.

“Ohhh! My head… exploded didn’t it?” he groaned.

“Sure did Doc, great to see you awake.”

Ventrowe pulled himself up on his elbows and focused on the little fellow. “Are you ok Stunt?”

“Yeah, I’m fine now you are back. Scaba is still out cold, and Manutaai looks like he’s finished.”

Ventrowe slowly rose to his feet quickly deciding crawling on his knees was healthier at this point. He examined Scaba, who looked very grey. “Concussion, not serious, he should be alright.”

Surprisingly, Manutaai came to next and mumbled something about his Cathexistome fighting to keep him alive, probably not for long.

“Listen!” hissed Stunt.
