Christmas Party (Part 1)

Mijail was waiting for Felicia's signal when he saw two familiar faces coming from the entrance; they were Dave and Josh.

Kenneth went to receive them and began to talk with them. Dave was smiling and telling some kind of story, Josh was listening and laughing, and Kenneth was just listening to both of them. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis were receiving their guests and also accepting some presents. Dayana was running and playing with children of the same age and the waiters and waitress were having a difficult time evading the running children. It was a good sight, and Mijail couldn't help but smile.

Some girls of his age approach him with coquettish.

"Hello there, my name is Katie, and she is my friend Ruby," a blonde-hair girl presented herself and the black-curly-hair girl next to her.

They were charming and beautiful.

"Good evening, my name is Mijail. Your names are beautiful," he presented himself and gave them some compliments.

"Mijail is a good name too," Ruby spoke this time, "I think this is the first time I see you."

"Yes, this is my first party of this kind. I think its a bit gorgeous for my liking," Mijail smiled.

"Well, I have been in different kinds of parties, and I can understand what you mean," Katie smiled while Ruby nodded telling Mijail that she was of the same thinking as Katie.

"Haha, but it gives me a comfortable feeling anyway," Mijail told them.

"You have a point, I want to know the designer to ask him his tricks," Ruby said happily.

Mijail, Ruby, and Katie continued having a good time talking together.

Everything was going smoothly, and everyone was enjoying the party.

"... and then, I finally invite her to meet my parents. She is a good woman, and my mother was enchanted by her," Dave was talking about his relationship with Mijail's friend, Megan.

They were a fabulous couple. Their story was short: Megan liked Aetos but after the incident between him and Mijail, she began to analyze her feelings. She understood that Aetos liked men and not women, she was sad. However, she found Dave funny and began to talk and going out with him. Two months later, Dave confessed his feelings towards her and Megan comprehended that she too began to like Dave. In the end, they began to go out establishing their relationship as a couple. Dave invited Megan to the Christmas party, but she told him that she wanted to have that time with her family. Dave was disappointed, but then he understood that Megan was going to feel uncomfortable with people she didn't know.

"You could have presented her to some people here," Josh told him.

"That's no easy with her infancy, she was raised differently from us," Dave said with a smile. It was obvious that he liked that of her personality. She was different, "And what about you and Aetos, eh?"

"Well, it's being difficult but we have advanced in our relationship. He is still a bit reluctantly towards me, but I noticed that he began to open to me," Josh started to narrate his story with Aetos.

Kenneth didn't like to hear that name, but he was relieved to know that that guy finally found someone else apart of Mijail. A smile appeared in his lips.

"Look who is smiling..." Dave hit lightly Josh and both began to laugh.

"And you Kenneth? How is being with Mijail and not having confessed those feelings? If you do not hurry, you might lose him," Josh was laughing silently while Dave was pointing at Mijail and the two girls that were talking harmoniously.

Kenneth looked at where Dave was pointing at and found that Mijail was smiling and having a good time with those witches, I mean, girls.

His eyes turned cold, and Dave and Josh kept quiet. Kenneth began to approach Mijail when, suddenly, his parents stopped him. They were accompanied by a beautiful woman that was the same age as Kenneth.

"Son, you should know who she is," his father told him while giving some space to the woman.

"Her name is Judith and is well behave lady," her mather was smiling.

"Nice to see you again Kenneth," Judith greeted him with an elegant smile.

Kenneth observed her and then looked at where Mijail was. Finally, he gave up and also greeted her.

"Good to see you, how was the trip abroad?" he smiled back.

"It was fun, you should try it going one day. Also, it's best if you are accompanied," Judith paused for a moment, "You are more handsome than the last time I see you."

Kenneth furrow his eyebrows. He began to understand where the conversation was heading.

"Of course, we were kids when you left with your father," he answered emotionlessly.

"Son, she is our candidate for a marriage to you," his father simply said.

"I see"

"So, I'll be happy to be with you," Judith's smile was brighter.

"Sadly, you are not my type," Kenneth declared coldly and saw that Mijail was heading where Felicia and a woman were standing.

He understood that the time for the plan was coming.

"Son," his mother looked at him.

"If you want to continue the topic, follow me, I have some things to do" Kenneth sharply said and left. His parents and Judith followed behind.

They saw that where Kenneth was heading to, was Frieda, Mijail, and a strange woman. They were laughing and talking happily. Gloria was a bit confused with the scene, but she was happy that her daughter was having a good time with Mijail. Gustav was the same as his wife. Judith was the only one that felt something was amiss with the ambient. Felicia was closer to that female than to the male. They looked like a couple.

Felicia noticed that Kenneth, Judith, and her parents were heading to them. When they arrived, the three of them stop talking and Felicia took the initiative to present the woman next to her.

"Dad, mom, she is Renata, she is the one I'm in love with," she declared happily and with a blooming smile.
