"This is an active crime scene please stay back," the uniformed officer said to the large crowd of reporters back.

After getting over her shock, with shaky hands Momo picked-up her phone and called the police. Twenty minutes later four police vehicles and an ambulance arrived.

Before long the entire residence was packed with a lot of reporters. All trying to get a scope, the gruesome murder of super popular musician Mandy Lee was currently making headlines.

The Police had barely managed to set up their barricade when the reporters arrived. The officers all had their hands full trying to put off the press.

While they waited for the head of the violent crime unit, chief detective Xiaozhi arrive.

Right on cue, a black Sudan drives into the scene and a tall muscular man came down from the car.

"please direct me to the body," He said presenting his identification documents to the female uniformed officer guarding the entrance to the house.

"Oh, right this way sir," she said stepping aside.

The forensic team was already taking photos of the house and sweeping the place for prints. As he walked in her greeted a few of the familiar people.

He walked out to the patio to the deck. The medical examiner was still waiting on him to arrive so everything was as it was.

He put on his white disposable hand gloves and walked over to the pool. The Victim was floating face down in the pool, a single red rose flower floating next to her.

"Hey Deming what do we have here," He said walking closer to the medical examiner.

"oh Xiaozhi, You're here finally. We have been waiting for some time. What kept you"

"Sorry about that, I got held up by traffic. it's a madhouse out, it's like half the city's population is headed here"

"Wow, that's not that surprising at all. Since this is the first high profile case since well forever"

"Have you checked the surveyance video to find out if she had any guests? he said to Wen Zhu a detective in his unit

"already on that, I collected the tapes. l go through them when we are at the station. There's is a little problem though"

"Because of the rain, the surveyance tapes from within the residence are unavailable. However but the surveyance camera at the security post by the Entrance is available"

"This is going to make our jobs harder but we'll make do. Who found the body"

"Her assistant Xie mo. she discovered the body when she came in to deliver her gown. She's quite shaken up but has already given a statement" Wen Zhu replied

"Have you contacted her next of kin"

"Yes sir we got her mother's number from her manager"

"He's over there," Wen Zhu said pointing towards an average heightened man standing next to a young lady.

"let's get ready to take the body to the station and close up the crime scene. I don't want anyone that isn't police within the perimeter. Have I made myself clear"

"You do that while I speak with her manager," He said walking towards the Victim manager and assistant.

By the time he was done speaking with the manager. The investigation team was all backed up. He walked out of the house got Into his car and drove back to the station.

The Liu sisters apartment

"Qiaoqiao welcomes back," Liu Qinyang said in a sing-song voice as she sat on the couch watching the news channel. She walked into the house.

"Hey" she replied dropping her bag by the door and walking over to join her on the couch

"How was your last day of boot camp?

"It was good" She replied resting her head on Qinyang's shoulder.

"I can believe you're still watching this," she said rolling her eyes.
