Synopsis

[TEMPORARILY ON HIATUS]

Prince Aristide was caught by pirates when he was 5 years old. There was a coup in the Genoa kingdom and his aunt escaped with the young prince to save his life. They were disguised as commoners and took the ship to flee to Myreen, the neighboring kingdom.

Unfortunately, their ship was attacked by pirates. The aunt was missing and the little boy was caught by their attackers. The rebellion in Genoa was eventually extinguished and the monarchs were saved, but the prince and his aunt disappeared without a trace.

The pirate leader adopted the boy and turned him into the most feared pirate when he turned 20. He was named Mars, from the god of war. Mars was so good looking that people would think he was an angel, but soon find out he was the devil once he attacked their ships.

Mars, The Pirate Lord, was notorious on the sea and the land and so many kingdoms worked together to catch him, including Genoa, where he came from, and where his parents were the monarchs.

One day, he went ashore and met the most beautiful girl he had ever seen. For him, it was love at first sight. He found out she was the princess from the Myreen kingdom. Princess Emmelyn was actually betrothed to Prince Aristide since they were children. However, none of them knew of this fact.

Will Mars discover the truth about his identity? Will love find its way to these childhood sweethearts?

Will this ever be picked up again? I know our lovely author has many books going at the moment but just wondering if I should keep it in my library. It sounds really good!
