Charles patted Lin Ke on the shoulder. "Congrats Lin Ke. I heard you just won the International Grand Arts Exchange."

Lin Ke laughs lightly before scratching his head. "Thank you, it wasn't that big of a deal."

Charles laughs wholeheartedly. "Perhaps in this world, only you can say that. Oh, that's right. Remember how I said you'll have to wait for your badge to be issued by the Main branch?"

Lin Ke nods.

"Well, it's arrived so I came to deliver it to you." Charles said. From his spatial storage ring, Charles retrieved a small metallic emblem. When he took it out, a noticeable amount of World Energy began to move towards it, attracted to the emblem.

Lin Ke receives the badge before looking down at it. On it, in shining words were: "Lin Ke, A-class Artist. Issued Branch: Origin City Branch" 

"Congratulations Lin Ke. From today on, you are officially an A-class artist!"
