Before she knew it herself, Zarya slowly stopped crying. She sniffed the rest of her woes, using the blanket to wipe her face.

Zekhyr just stared at the little girl, his face the model of impassivity. He didn't want to make another initiative to reach out, considering he wasn't accustomed to doing such a thing

It was the truth that he had been searching for the little girl ever since she was taken. She was the only memory left of her mother. Zekhyr had a lot of plans for Zarya. 

To his knowledge, there was no forest that his subordinates didn't scour. They were slave drivers who hadn't been captured. They had traveled far and wide, meeting all sorts of people. A search was nothing but a trivial challenge. Yet to no avail, they couldn't find her.
