It was pure chaos inside the building beside where the Berserks were being kept. 

The moment he entered, Karveshe couldn't help but be petrified by the entrance. The smell that dominated in the air made him feel nauseous. The clamor around him sent his mind into disarray. 

He started breathing heavily, unable to focus his gaze. Beads of sweat riddled his forehead which soon descended down his pallid face. 

The sight of shifters and demi-humans in agony was transmitted into his nerves. His body tensed up, rising in temperature as he tried to stay conscious in that manner. 

All of a sudden, he felt a tight grasp on his shoulder. He quickly turned around to see who it was. Relief washed over him when he saw the familiar face of his fellow officer.

"Karveshe, what are you doing just standing there? Didn't the master order you to do something?" Lavern, administrator of the group, asked as she observed Karveshe's appearance.
