Unruly Anai'ya

"Let go!" Anai'ya struggled to pull her hand from his strong grip.

"Andre you cant drag me like this!"

"It hurts"

No matter what she said Andre ignored her cries and continued dragging her out. His iron grip caused her wrist to hurt. He was determined to have his way.

"Shut up! You better behave." Andre said gritting his teeth in anger. He was beyond his limit of patience.

However, Anai'ya was drunk and was not feeling very cooperative. She continued to struggle, digging in her heels like an unruly child. Tugging at his sleeve, refusing to walk any further. She fought him with all her strength.

Which at the moment was not even worth mentioning.

"You can't do this. I don't want to go with you." She yelled. Her face was red and her eyes teary. Although her mind was jumbled from all the wine, her body refused the man out of habit.

It also didn't help that he was being rough with her. His big frame made it harder for her to set herself free. The anger radiating off of him made her want to run away. All her training went out of the window at this moment. All she knew was that she had to get away from him as soon as possible.

"Andre stop this."

"I don't want to go with you!"

"You're a tyrant. A beast! Let me go!"

"Bastard. You're a fucking bastard."

Her spiteful cries only pissed the man off more.

Her loud voice attracted the attention of the people around them. Some cast worried looks her way while others just ignored her turning their heads in disgust. The women who saw them looked at her with jealousy and envy. The man was ridiculously handsome they would trade spots with her if they could.

They made it to the entrance of the club where a black Rolls-Royce Phantom was waiting. Two bodyguards stood at the side of the vehicle their faces were covered in black and white masks. The men could see their stone-faced boss pulling a beautiful woman with him. She seemed to be struggling to remove her wrist from his hand.

"Sir." One of the men greeted Andre, opening the door for him. He felt the woman's eyes on him begging for help. The man averted his gaze looking straight ahead. It was not his concern what their squabble was about, he was merely a bodyguard.

Andre turned to look at the angry woman behind him. He saw a trace of hatred in her eyes and felt a sharp pang in his heart. He knew he was being harsh with her but he wanted to leave this place as soon as possible. His jealousy got the better of him in front of Damien and all he wanted to do was get his woman out of his line of sight.

There was a small part of him who felt a certain amount of danger in letting his beloved woman near that man. It was the first time in a long time that she had shown any care for a man that wasn't himself. It could be blamed on the wine but he wouldn't risk it being something else.

He sighed and decided to use a different approach to make her cooperate.

He reached over to hold her chin. The moon was high casting shadows on his face making the contours of his jaw look sharper under the moon's glow.

"Be a good girl Ani, get in the car, okay?" He said gently stroking the silk-like skin on her face.

"..."

Anai'ya blinked at the sudden change in his attitude. The gentle sound of his voice sounded really nice making her nod as a reflex. She smiled foolishly at him making her eyes twinkle.

The man smiled and helped her into the car with care. He closed the door after making sure she was safely buckled in. He went around to the opposite side to take a seat next to her. The car made its way towards the upper Eastside.

Anai'ya turned to look at the man next to her. Her vision was blurry making it hard to focus on his face. She realized her behavior was making him angry. Tilting her head to the side she contemplated how to make the situation better. The only thing she could think of was to play coy, at this moment it was the easiest solution for her jumbled mind to come up with.

"Are you angry?" She asked in a pitiful voice.

Silence.

"You hurt me." She tugged at his sleeve and pouted her lips. Lifting her wrist up to his face so he could see the red marks left behind from his fingers.

Andre looked at the red marks on her delicate skin and frowned, pushing her arm away.

He turned his head to face the window refusing to pay her any attention.

He watched the city pass by them. New York was such a lively city at night, with restaurants and clubs filled with people enjoying food, music, and drinks in the company of their friends or significant others. He loved this city with all of its colors, his world had always been dark and dangerous and the lights that filled this city made it all bearable. Along with the woman next to him.

Living in the shadows came with its burdens. The darkness would slowly creep in holding the heart with an iron grip. The money and power that came with it would bring satisfaction but it was fleeting, leaving behind a void that was hard to fill. Sometimes it would feel like he was drowning and no matter how fast he swam he continued to sink into its never-ending waters. This life would strip one of all that made them good, snuffing out the light. It made one long for sunshine, warmth, and love.

Andre felt like he had finally grabbed a hold of the warmth he had been searching for all his life and he refused to let it-let her go. Even if it meant he had to use harsh means to keep it within his grasp he would never let go.

Andre could feel an intense stare on him but refused to acknowledge it. She was not in her right mind. The elegant and smart woman she normally was had disappeared. Under the influence of alcohol, she had turned into someone he had never met. Although he loved her he could not stand her in this current state. She was mouthy and unruly, saying things that displeased him. He had to get her home for a shower and some sobering tea.

All the way to his penthouse he remained silent making Anai'ya antsy. She tried all sorts of things to get his attention but they were all to no avail. It also didn't help that her head was spinning making the whole ride uncomfortable.

Eventually, she forgot her plan to play nice and started complaining.

"I'm thirsty, I want water." She whined leaning against the door. Her shoes had come off and her hair was in disarray.

Andre glanced at her from the corner of his eye but made no move to help her.

"What a bastard. You're cruel. I'm dying here." She cursed him while tugging at her shirt collar. Her skin was burning up making the turtleneck feel like a furnace.

"Andre I'm hot."

"My feet hurt, this shirt is hot."

"Why are you ignoring me?"

"I'll be good now."

"I am hungry!"

This continued until the car stopped at the entrance of the building. The bodyguards opened the doors for both of them. A look of annoyance plastered on their faces at the mouthy woman kicking up a fuss.

"We're here Anai'ya, time to get off," Andre said adjusting his clothes before leaving the car. He walked around to her side and waited with his hand stretched out but the woman made no move to get off the car.

"This isn't my house. I am not leaving." Anai'ya said stubbornly crossing her arms over her chest.

The vein on Andre's forehead throbbed. He was thoroughly exasperated.

"Get.off.the.car.now" He commanded.

"I will not ask you again."

"NO!" Came her childish reply.

Andre turned to his men and signaled them to make themselves scarce. He then ducked into the car and removed her seatbelt and slipped his arms under her body lifting her up placing her over his shoulder.

"Stop this now. Let me go." She fought him with all her might, twisting her body left and right pummeling his back with her fists.

"Put me the fuck down!"

"Andre!"

Andre made his way to the entrance and onto the elevator. He carried her with no effort at all. Once inside the elevator, he lifted his hand and harshly slapped her bottom.

"Behave. We are almost there." He said ignoring her curses and struggling.

Anai'ya immediately stopped what she was doing due to the shock.

Did he spank her?
