Meraki Sagepice woke up at the hospital with no memory of who she is or what had transpired. She just remained there, an empty shell of a human.
That is, until a woman in a suit appeared to her and pledged loyalty to her in a blood pact. With that, a sudden and painful bloodlust consumed her entire consciousness. 
Who is she? Who is this woman? And why is the Sagepice family so feared?

Outrun The Truth

We are all sitting in a circle in the parlour, tea in front of us as I sighed. This is like only a couple of hour ago, tea isn't necessary every time we have some kind of meeting. But Aurora doesn't seem to think that as she brought in more snacks for us to eat.

As I thought that, Leo reached forward to take a cookie and eat it. I guess I stand corrected then.

It is good that Aurora didn't notice anything at dinner, especially with Adan there to keep her in check. She would ask me about how I was doing every three seconds and with one look from Adan, she finally stopped.

My impressions of that man have risen just a little bit. Fortunately, the dinner tonight was mostly soup so it wasn't too hard to force myself to eat how much I usually did. Kefi was a big help as well, talking to Aurora when we need to.
