JENNIE's POV

"You damn brat! You hit her too hard!" Chaeyoung scolds while picking up Lisa from the hard ground. Psh! All she takes is just one punch and she got herself unconscious.

"She deserves it!" I croaked and turn my heels to enter inside their house but I was stopped when Marco hissed loudly.

"You're not getting away with this, Jennie. You hit my daughter in front of me!" He said raggedy and asked Sydney to bring her daughter inside.

"Chill out uncle Marco, this was a part of Lisa's training." Sydney tells him and put Lisa on her shoulder like a sack of rice.

"Training? Is hitting her unguarded is what you call part of a training? How can I let Lisa be with her if I know that she can hit my daughter just like that." Marco snorts and shoot me a dagger look.

I sigh loudly before turning my body to face Marco and look at Lisa who's still unconscious and I frown when I saw her jaw swollen and a big bruise on her lips, causing a lot of blood to drips on it.

"It shows that Lisa didn't told you what she did to me." I scoffed and turn my back against him after I saw the questioning look she was throwing at Chaeyoung. I'm never going to tell her what her precious daughter did to me!

"Lisa touched her..err." Chaeyoung hesitated to continue but Marco seems to get what was my subordinate trying to say.

"Oh. I didn't know that my daughter was that greedy." He chuckled.

I huffed before I twist the knob and puffed a breath when Marco didn't stop from giggling until he came near to their porch. I turned around to face him for the second time and his smiles fades away immediately. "What?" He asked, holding back the smile to break out again.

"That was an accident, Lisa didn't touch it intentionally."

"Oh now it's an accident, but earlier, you were plotting assassination towards Lisa." Chaeyoung mocked.

"Shut up, you know it would happen. You enjoyed it too much, are you done having fun with me?" I retaliate.

"That's enough, let's just talk about it inside, my wife might be shock to see her daughter unconscious." Marco chimes in and Sydney excused herself to put Lisa inside the house.

When we stepped in, all of them gasped upon seeing Lisa with blood dripping from her mouth, soaking Sydney's shirt.

"Oh my God! What happen to my daughter?!" Mrs. Mcklein asked in shocked when Sydney lay down Lisa on the floor. I mentally rolled my eyes at the sight of my future wife on the floor with a lot of blood and lifeless. Though, it's my fault, I'm still mad at her, hence! if I could just kill her, I would have done it.

"Yah, at least lay her down on the couch!" I hissed and pad towards the nerd, grabbed her collar and tossed her on the long couch, which make them all to gasped.

"Jennie!" Sydney yelled and ran into her best friend and picked up her head to put on her lap. "do you intend to kill her?!" She scowled.

"If I only can, why not?" I said in gritted teeth. I can't forgive her for what she did to me, even if it's not intentionally, she still touched the parts of my body she shouldn't have touch.

"Aish! You're seriously gutsy to do that to Lisa in front of her parents ey?" Jisoo whispered to me when I stood beside her. I just rolled my eyes at her and nod my head to Sana, she sigh loudly and shook her head in disappointment before nodding back and pad to Lisa.

She bend over and took the place where Sydney was sitting under Lisa's head, she was going to heal her but Marco stopped her by grabbing her hand and we all looked at him quizzically.

"Wait, let us talk first about her before you wake her up." He said and shifted his gaze at me. "But first, I want to make myself clear. Jennie Zee, just please. We're thankful that Sana's ability is healing, but can you stop hitting my daughter like that?"

"If she would stop being a pervert."

"Pervert? Why? What did my daughter do for you to hit her?" Mrs. Mcklein asked in confusion.

"Can we not talk about it? We don't have much enough time to talk about anything else." I said to dismiss the topic. "And moreover, we heard her thought earlier and it seems that there's processing on her vampire's blood within her body that's why she can use telepathy."

"Yeah, that actually surprised me." Jisoo said with a shrugs.

"So what if she's developing her body into a vampire? Is that enough reason for you to hurt her?" Marco asked. His dominant voice has me near to snap the thin thread of my patience.

I pursed my lips, making it into a thin line and sigh through my nose. I did it twice, thrice, keeping what's left on my composure. I popped a p sound and released a loud sigh for the last time.

"You know, your daughter is not a kid anymore, one single punch from me won't kill her unless I decided to kill her by ripping her head's off." I tells him sarcastically and signaled Sana to heal the nerd.

"Wait, don't." Marco stopped Sana once again and stand straight. "Forget it, I'm not going to allow my daughter to marry you–."

"I'm sorry." I cut off. They all whipped their heads at me in shocked. Especially my three subordinates, slack-jaw, eyes wide and mouths slightly hung open. Jisoo moved but I quickly grab her arm to stop her and smile at her softly. "I got this, Chu." I said to assure her.

And for the first time since we arrived here, Jisoo bow her head at me and took step backward. Seriously, I already forgot that I'm a Princess and a heiress, if it wasn't for Jisoo and Chaeyoung standing behind me with their heads hung low, I would have completely forgotten that I'm their princess.

"I'm sorry for what I have done, I will accept the punishment later Mr.Mcklein, but I beg you, do not condemn our marriage because that is the only way we can save her and our kingdom." I said in a calm voice and slowly lowering my head but I stopped when I felt a pair of hands on my shoulder.

When I looked up, I saw Mrs.Mcklein with her heartwarming smile, looking at me. "Please, take care of my daughter."

"Ma'am –."

"Call me mom, you're my daughter in law."

The smile makes its way on my lips and I chuckled softly and even if she's opposed on it, I still bow my head. "Thank you, m-mom."

"Now now, can we heal Lisa? She's running out of blood." Sydney butted in, she take off her shirt and wiped Lisa's blood that's dripping on her face. I felt a sudden guilt about that but I'm still mad at her.

"Can I?" Sana asked, specifically to Marco and the old Swiss nods at her as an answer. Sana took a deep breath and close her eyes before holding Lisa's head, and after three seconds.

Lisa sucked for an air, she clutched her chest and pushed herself to sat up. Her widened eyes darts up at me and our eyes collided. "Y-you–!" Sydney hold her trembling hands and rubbed them to calm her down while Lisa still grasping for air. "Oh my God! B-blood!" She exclaimed when she saw lot of blood on her shirt. "Mom! Dad!"

"Lisa.." Marco call her softly.

"S-she's a m-monster!" Lisa yelled while pointing her index finger at me and her eyes dilated.

"Chaeng, can you talk to her and explain everything? I might not be able to control myself and kill that woman." I whispered and walked behind Jisoo, resting my forehead against her back. Chaeyoung giggled before walking near to Lisa.

"Lisa–."

"Don't touch me!" Lisa yelled, making Chaeyoung to snickered.

"I'm not touching you, that was Sydney." Chaeyoung snort a laugh but still sat beside her. "Are you ok now?"

"Ok?! Have you seen this blood?! And this– my jaw! It hurts!"

"Wimpy." I scoffed.

"It will be ok later on, but now. I need you to listen to me." I felt Jisoo's body stiffened against my forehead, I got curious and peek at Chaeyoung and saw her holding Lisa's hand. My brow automatically arched at that sight.

"Was the holding hand, necessary?" I asked Chaeyoung and she quickly removed her hands from Lisa and smile shyly at me and Jisoo who's now shooting her girlfriend a dagger look.

Chaeyoung cleared her throat and distant herself at Lisa, squeezing herself to Sana. "Aish! Jealous bitches are scarier than facing hundreds of enemies."

"I heard that." I scoffed.

"That was meant for you to hear." Chaeyoung retorts and looked back to Lisa. "So Lisa, here's the thing. You need to marry Jennie and we need you to bring with us back to the kingdom." She said without caution.

"W-what?" Lisa asked in surprised. She looked at her mom, to her Dad, to Sydney, to Jisoo and finally, her gaze landed on me. "I'm going t-to marry you?"

"Wether you like it or not, your parents already gave us the blessings." I shrugs with a smirk tugging on the corner of my lips.

"And you're going to bring me?" Lisa asked again.

"Yeah, I need to bring yo–."

"No!" Lisa cut me off and she stood up abruptly but she fall on her knees. I was going to help her but Sydney picks her up immediately and tugged her back on the couch.

"Lisa, you need to go with her." Marco tells him but Lisa shakes her head furiously. "Lisa–."

"You want me to marry my mom's breed?!" Lisa yelled to her dad and Mrs.Mcklein gasped exaggeratedly, meanwhile the others didn't react as we already know that Lisa knows everything, even Marco.

"Are we an animal?" Sana asked through telepathy but we pretend that we didn't hear her.

"You look like Shiba, maybe that's what she's talking about." Jisoo replied, I looked at Jisoo in disbelief along with Sana who's throwing her death glares.

"Lisa, h-how did you know about y-your mom?" Mrs.Mcklein asked which make Sana to stop her retaliate against Jisoo and we all look at Lisa.

"It doesn't matter! Do you really agree with that marriage?" Lisa asked and her mom nodded hesitantly. "Why mom?"

Mrs.Mcklein stared at her for a second before releasing a deep breath and signaled Sydney to stand up and she sat beside her daughter.

"Lisa, I'm not going to ask you again if how'd you know about your real mom, but I want you to listen to me." Mrs.Mcklein reached for Lisa's hand and her other hand lean to Lisa's face, caressing it with her shaking hand. "This is the only way to save you from death, your life is in danger and going with Jennie is the only choice."

"I d-don't care mom, I'm not l-leaving you." Tears started to stream down on Lisa's face and I shifted my gaze everywhere, as I cannot bear that sight.

Why is she crying? It's not like she won't gonna see them once we get married, they can still visit her, she's the target of our enemies not her parents and how can she protect them if she stays here? Jeez! I'm not having any of this drama!

"Lisa, we'll be fine. Someone will protect us when you leave. Here's Sydney, Happy and Saddy, even the whole clan of werewolves watched over us." Mrs.Mcklein assured her but Lisa shook her head in disapproval.

"Exactly mom, there were a bunch of werewolves who can protect us, why do I need to go with that girl?"

"I have a name." I huffed and stepped out behind Jisoo. "And we need you, we need you to save our Kingdom–."

Lisa stood up,her eyes burning in anger, piercing at me. "I don't care about your kingdom! I don't care about you and everyone except from my parents! I want my normal life, I want to live like I used to, before y-you showed up and ruined everything!"

I admit, I was hurt by that, but this is not the right time to give attention to the pang on my chest. I want this nerd to come with me, willingly. And as much as I want to punch her again and dragged her flat ass with me, I can't. My Dad will know if Lisa surrendered herself or not. And arguing with her would not help me convince her to go with me.

I nipped my bottom lip between my teeth and sigh exasperatedly. I looked up straight to Lisa's doe eyes.

"You're a nerd, a weak nerd to be specific. You're a vampire but slouchy vampire, now tell me. How can you protect them? You can't always rely on wolves, you need to release the beast inside you Lisa and we can do that to our kingdom." I said, I was really near to burst out, especially when Lisa chuckled dryly, but I'm refraining myself to do so.

"What does it have to do with our marriage? Why do we need to get married when all I need to do is be strong?" She asked and wiped her tears with her bloody shirt hastily. I was really caught off guard by that, because to be honest. Even me, doesn't have any idea why do we need to get married?

I twitch my lips, pursed and sigh in defeat before looking at Chaeyoung, as if I was asking her to help me to tell her what's the reason.

"Actually Lisa, the King will explain about it, as he has only asked us to bring you and agree to the marriage." Chaeyoung takeover the conversation and I smiled at her softly to thank her.

"Lisa please, just go with them. You don't have to worry about us, Sydney will be here and–."

"Mom, I still can't, how can I be sure you are safe if I'm too far from you?"

"You are getting on my nerves nerd, don't you still understand everything what I had said? You are the target not them! If you stay here, you'll put them in danger!" I said in gritted teeth, jaw clenching and nails digging on my palm.

I don't know if she's really a nerd, as she couldn't get inside her big brain, all the possibilities of danger might be happen if she still insist to stay here.

"Why it has to be me?!"

"Because you're the one on the prophecy! You're the only immortal who's born with a werewolf and vampire's blood!" My voice raised just like hers, it's as if we're the only ones inside their house and they let us talk without someone daring to stop us. But I still couldn't punch her even though I'm eager to do it. Unless not in front of her parents.

"Prophecy? Do you still believe in prophecy?! It's 2020 for fuck sake!" She throws her hands in the air and plops them down on her side while laughing sarcastically.

"Yeah, it's 2020 but Vampires and werewolves still exist and so as prophecy." I said while shooting her deathly glares. My eyes squint and with my rest bitch face that I surely knows that she was afraid of, I take two step towards her. "You–." I paused and gulped hard, as the words what I'm going to say is embarrassing, but I don't have any choice but to use this against her so I can convince her to come with me. ".. you touch me on the part that shouldn't be touched and you need to take the responsibility of what you did."

"W-what?" Lisa snort a sarcastic laugh. "I'm a woman, I also have what you have, though yours are bigger than mine, but still–."

"Would you please shut up?! I don't want another word to hear from you and correction! You don't have a–."

"Jennie, I think we should stop with that one." Jisoo chimes in and pulled my hand away from Lisa. "Aish, we have adults here, maybe a little bit of shame?" She whispered hardly.

"So Lisa, uhm.." Chaeyoung cleared her throat and the obviousness on her face that she was holding back her laugh, is the reason for my anger to return inside me. She's really having fun seeing me embarrassed myself in front of Lisa, huh? "What's your decision?" She asked, stealing a quick and teasing glance at me.

"I can't be with a woman who wants to rip off my head–."

"You really don't understand anything?" I asked to cut her off.

"I did, actually. What was I'm trying to say is, I can't be with you alone." She said with no emotion. Her deep and husky voice with her flat face kinda look sexy for me, I raised my left brow and wait for her to proceed. "And I want to bring my best friend with me."

"You can't!" Chaeyoung and Jisoo exclaimed in unison.

"Isn't she my guardian?!"

"But she's a werewolf, the vampires inside the kingdom will going to attack her." Sana explained and look at me, as if she was asking me to say something about the matter.

I stared at Lisa, then to Sydney, back to Lisa and then sigh breathily. The look on Lisa's eyes is telling me that she'll come, only if with Sydney. And even if no matter what I say, the certainty on her eyes says it all. She decided it and no one can change her mind.

"I will address this to my Dad and to the entire Kingdom." I said defeatedly.

"Jen, you clearly know the history between werewolves and vampires, this is not an easy matter." Jisoo said with concern on her voice.

"I know, but if it's the only way to bring that nerd with us, I will take the full responsibility."

Lisa's gaze was heavy, as if she wants to say something but she didn't dared to open her mouth and turn her heels to faced her best friend.

"Syd, are you willing to come with me?" She asked. Sydney hesitating to answer, she was fidgeting on her spot while playing her fingers and she steal a glance at me and shifts back to Lisa.

"Lisa, I don't think–."

"We can bring Irene if you want and don't worry, I will going to protect you even if I'm annoyed with you." Sana butted in and flashed her cheeky smile at her childhood friend.

"I thought you'll stay here?" Jisoo asked.

Sana smiled at her, eyes turning into crescent moon, showing her complete set of white teeth, as if she was in a toothpaste commercial.

"Our princess needs me and so as all of the vampires." She said, making me to chuckled softly in relief. I need her, not because she's a healer, because she's one of my subordinate that became one of my trusted friend.

"We're not going to let our cousin to go alone." Happy chimed in, pulling Sydney and hide her behind her. "We're coming with her." She said sternly.

"Yeah, besides, all people living around the corners are werewolf, so they can protect Lisa's parents even if we go with her." Saddy shrugs while picking on her nail.

Jisoo and Chaeyoung look at me with concern on their eyes, I know that they are worried about me, after all, bringing werewolves in our Kingdom is forbidden but I think the king will understand it as they come along with Lisa, his dream daughter in law.

"Ok then, we will leave at dawn." I said before shifting my gaze at Marco. "Relax Dad, Lisa will be fine, I assure you that." I said sarcastically before shooting Lisa a dagger look and rolled my eyes. "We'll be back at three." I bid before turning my back against them and starts walking out but I froze when I felt big hand gripping my arm tightly.

"Apologize to me or there will be no wedding." Lisa demands and I can't help to snort and turn to face her.

"Are you fucking kidding me?"

"You hit me!"

"And you touched my–!" I stopped myself just before I could blurted out the inappropriate word in front of Lisa's parents. I breathe exasperatedly and jerk her hand from mine. I pursed my lips and make a hissing sound before I looked up to her to meet her eyes with my burning gaze. "Marry me, then I'll consider apologizing to you."

"Then don't expect a wedding with me."

"And don't expect that I'll be good to you once we arrive at my kingdom." I retaliate challengingly. "I don't care if you're the one who will save the kingdom, you're maybe the savior....." I paused and turn my body fully and I tiptoe to lean my face on her ear. "...but I am, Jennie Ruby Jane Zee, your inevitable wife." I whispered. Her body stiffened and I took that as an opportunity to peck a quick kiss on her left cheek and smirked at her before looking to my three subordinates and asked them that we need to take care of the matter about Irene.

"You're a tease, Jennie Zee!" Me and my three subordinates laughed when we heard Lisa's thought before we stepped out of their house.

"Please, teach her how to control her telepathy." Jisoo reminds me before we all made our way towards the coffee shop to talk to Irene. Sydney's girlfriend.
