JENNIE's POV

I exaggeratedly flinched on my seat causing the book that I was holding to thrown away when I heard a loud shatter of glass on my side when I accidentally bumped the table.

"Shit." I hissed before picking up the book on the floor, when the tip of my fingers touch my favorite book, I felt a sudden fear that makes my body shudder and I heard a rushed footsteps outside my room. "What the hell." I mumbled and ran immediately to my door and when I open it, I saw Chewy running toward me.

"Princess Jennie, I've been told to pick you up!" She said in rush and grabs my arm. "Let's go."

"W-wait, what happen?" I asked, though I let her drag me away and we are both running on the hallway in haste.

"The King will explain everything, we need to get there faster." She said.

I didn't ask another question and I travel in hazy to get to my Dad as faster as I can. I already have a hunch that it's about Lisa, the fear that I felt earlier was already enough to tell me that it does has something to do with her and the fact that Chewy is the one who picks me up, as an equerry's daughter who will take her parent's job once the throne will pass at me, I know that this is a serious matter.

When I arrived to my parent's room, I saw some of our friends standing outside including the three idiots she was with earlier, then Chaeyoung, Sana, Naian, and Mara, with full of worries on their eyes.

"Jen!" Jisoo exclaimed when she saw me.

"Where is she?" I asked as soon as I approached them.

"She's inside but still unconscious, we've been told to wait here for a moment."

"Just what exactly the fuck did happen to her?" I asked raggedly.

As far as I remember, when I left the four of them on the woods, she was fine, they were all fine but then this happen. Does she really that afraid of me that she fainted out of fear?

"Jen, we really don't know what happen, I swear! We ran to her as soon as she didn't came back after five minutes but when we arrived at her spot, The King were there with the Queen and Aira was nowhere to found." She explained but my eyebrows knitted when I heard the last name she said.

"Aira?" I asked confusedly.

"Yes, she was there and they talked but we didn't heard anything." Sydney chimes in.

"What the hell is that bitch wanna talk about with Lisa?!"

"I can explain." Chaeyoung said as she stood beside me and hold my left shoulder. "They're trying to confuse Lisa's mind."

"What do you mean?"

"That was their plan, they want Lisa to believe that if she surrender herself to Leehun, they will not kill you and Jessi used Aira."

"That bitch!" I said in gritted teeth, my nails digging on my palms. "Lisa will not going to believe that."

"Jen, this is what the King is worrying about. There's something wrong is going on what's written on the prophecy, even me, I didn't see it will happen." Chaeyoung said and I can see that she's now doubting her ability.

"The reason why Lisa got unconscious is she's starting to change everything." Mara said. We all looked at her and when her gaze darts up to us, she was as worried as Chaeyoung. "Lisa is changing everything."

I don't understand what she was trying to say, because first, I know that Lisa can change the future, second, this is what I'm expecting, all of us expecting that Lisa can change the future, but they seemed to be so worried.

We all whipped our heads when the door cracked open and Dad stepped out, he was also worried when he saw me.

"Jen."

"Dad, where's Lisa? I need to see her."

"She's still asleep and your mom was already taking care of her." He assured me before he shut the door behind him. "Can I have a moment with all of you?" He asked. I immediately nods at him and we all followed him in the throne room.

When we all got inside the throne room, Dad kept pacing back and forth while biting his nail, he was so anxious and I could tell by his actions that there's something bothering him.

"Dad, stop it." I said to break the thick tension lingering around us. Dad snapped his head at me as he halted his steps and sighed loudly.

"He's alive and I don't know how did it happen!"

"Who?" We asked simultaneously.

"Thrany, he's alive and I saw him, he was there with Hyo-rin!" He blurted out as he throw his hands in the air.

If there's something makes me flabbergasted than hearing Lisa's confession of her feelings, this is it. Lisa's biological father is alive? But how did it happen? Just how did it happen if Lisa was so sure that he killed his own father with her own hands?

"Are you sure?" I asked and he nodded his head vigorously. "But how?"

"That is what exactly I'm asking! How did it happen? Why I didn't see it happen?!" Dad said frustratingly and then she looked at Chaeyoung. "Do you have–."

"Tirthankara." Chaeyoung said and we all looked at her in confused. "He already conquered the samsāra, the cycle of death and rebirth."

"Ok, what exactly is that mean?" I asked. "This is more getting confusing than ever."

"I don't know if it's really possible but that was the only thing I can conclude right now."

"So what will happen? Is he an enemy now or what?" Jisoo asked. Though all of us are really not familiar with everything Chaeyoung had said, we still need to know if Lisa's Dad is a threat.

"No, he's not. Based on my knowledge about Samsāra, they were reincarnated to create and guide others to a new path." Dad said to answer Jisoo's question. "And that is why everything that's written on the prophecy was changing."

"Then what are we going to do? Does Lisa saw her Dad?"

"No Sydney, she didn't." Dad replied and Sydney released a lungful sigh. As much as I want to asked Sydney why does it seem that she's concerned about Lisa, seeing her Dad, which is their Alpha, that she supposedly be happy knowing that their Alpha is alive, but I don't want this conversation to get longer because I really want to see Lisa.

"Can I go?" I asked them.

"You can visit her, she's already awake, but I need to talk to them." Dad said to dismiss me and without questioning why he had to talk to my friends, I ran back to my parent's room.

As soon as I saw Lisa sitting on the edge of the bed, feet touching the carpeted floor, hands on her both sides and head hung low, I slowly pad to her and stopped in front of her. My hand snaked to her neck and pulled her head toward my stomach.

"Are you okay?" I asked calmly, even though inside me, I want to smacked her head for making me so worried.

"Hmm." Lisa hums and her hands fists the hem of my shirt before she wraps them on my waist and buries her face on my torso. "Did I made you worried?" She mumbled.

"Yeah." I answers while stroking her back. "Do you want to talk about it?"

"No." Lisa replied and she tip back slightly to look up at me. "Can we go out? Your mom is killing me with her stares." I chuckled knowing that I completely forgot about my mom who's standing behind me.

"Let the girl take a rest, Ruby Jane." Mom said. When she stood beside me, Lisa was about to remove her arms on mine but I stopped her and when her widened eyes darts up to me, I smiled at her. "You seriously need to learn how to hold back, Ruby Jane." Mom said and shakes her head before shooting a dagger look at Lisa. "I don't know what you did to my daughter and why she's so in love with you, but if ever you decided to leave her just because your half sister deceives you. I am going to kill you, understand?"

I felt Lisa's body stiffened but she still nods before releasing a lungful sigh and pushed herself to stand up.

"Thank you for taking care of me." Lisa said and bow her head lightly.

"If it wasn't for my husband and my daughter, I would've let you die." Mom snort and turn her heels abruptly to walked out of their room.

"Whoa.. she really hates me." Lisa hissed as she straightens her body. "What can I do to make her like me?"

"Nah, you don't have to do anything, just be you and she will like you eventually." I said giggling and put her arm on my shoulder and I wrapped mines on her waist and snuggle in.

"Jen, I know that you already know what happen." I looked up to see her face when I noticed how her voice suddenly changed the tone to being serious. "I'm thinking if–."

"If how would I kill you if you decided to leave me?" I asked to cut her off. She immediately looked down at me with her wide eyes. "I'm serious."

"I was just thinking–."

"Would you stop thinking? You're not leaving and that's final!" I said raggedly and removed her arms on me abruptly. "I hate how that bitch can easily confuse you!"

"Hey, that's my sister!"

"And I'm your fucking fiancé, Lisa! I'm not just a fucking random girls you can leave whenever you like just because your fucking half sister tried to confused you!"

"Ok, from now on, the word fucking is now banned inside this goddamn place!" Lisa said and she stormed out of the room.

My jaw dropped on the floor while staring at Lisa. I am the one who's outbursting here, yet she's the one who dares to walked out on me? Is it because of that bitch?!

"Lisa!"

"Don't talk to me until the wedding comes!" Lisa shouted back without even looking at me and continuing her way out.

"Get back here! We're not done talking!"

"I'm done, now let's see us–."

"Shut the fuck up! You fucking nerd–!" I stopped when Lisa ran back to me and within a blink of an eye, she was now claiming my lips and I was really shocked not because she's kissing me inside my parent's room, but her speed is more shocking than that.

"What did I told you Jen?" She asked when she pulled away.

"How did you do that?" I asked dumbstruck.

"What?" Lisa asked with furrowed forehead. "This?" She asked again before leaning her face closer and kissed me for the second time.

"Not that, stupid." I said and pushed her face away. "What I mean is your speed, you're faster than Jisoo and faster than me."

"What?" Lisa's forehead even furrows, making her face looks comical while her head tilting sideways. "I just walked back–."

"You're literally fifty steps away from me!"

"And so?! I'm a fucking vampire, Jennie! That's not even surprising that I move too fast!" She snapped and released a frustrating sigh.

"I was just asking, what the fuck is wrong with you?!"

"Are you two fighting?"  We both whipped our heads on our side when mom chimes in, who just went out of the library room. "If this is the case, then I think we should call the wedding off–."

"No/Much better!"

"What?" Lisa asked when she heard my answer to mom's suggestion. "You've got to be fucking kidding me, Ruby Jane!"

"Shut up!" I shouted and stormed away but Lisa blocked my way while spreading her arms in front of me. "Get out of my way!"

"What is your problem?!"

"You!" I said while pointing my index finger at her. "You are my problem, Lisa! I don't know what the fuck is running inside your mind! I don't–!"

"Fine! You wanna know what's inside my mind–."

"Yes! Because if you would ask me? I feel so stupid knowing that I'm the strongest vampire and yet I feel like helpless when it comes to you!"

Lisa's eyes suddenly changed from burning gaze to soft real quick. She tried to reach for my face but I swat her hands away, she was supposed to stop on that one try for how hard I swat her hand, but no.

She quickly cupped my face and wiped the tears that I didn't noticed that they were already streaming down on my face, not until Lisa wiped them with her thumbs.

"I'm sorry."

"I don't want your sorry!" I still tried to show that I was angry, even though I'm starting to sob hysterically. "If you want to leave me, then go! I don't fucking care!"

"Hey stop saying that, I'm not going to leave you and what I was trying to say earlier is, I was thinking if we can move forward our wedding day." I paused from sobbing and looked up to Lisa confusedly. "But you keep cutting me off." She adds with a chuckles.

"What?"

"Look Jen, I admit that I almost believed everything she said, but I heard my Dad's voice before I fainted and I think that's my wake up call not to believe Aisha."

I blink my eyes rapidly to wash away the shock after I heard what she had said. Dad told us that Lisa didn't saw her Dad, but he didn't told us that Lisa heard her Dad's voice.

"So you still want to try your luck by changing the future?" I asked while wiping my own tears. Damn, I looked stupid for overreacting on that one, thinking that Lisa might have the thought of leaving me.

"You told me that it's not a luck because I really can."

"I'm sorry." I mumble under my breath and bow my head out of embarrassment.

"You seriously need to listen at me before outbursting like that." Lisa scoffed but she still pulled me for a hug and kissed the crown of my temple. "And yes, you should feel sorry for calling my sister a bitch."

"You're still taking her side even if you know that she was deceiving you." I scoffed and pinch her side.

"BecauseI know that Aira was also used by my mother, the fear behind her eyes are already enough for me to perceived that she was being used." I tip back to look up to her and huffed a breath before pouting. "What?" She asked while laughing softly.

"You watched porn!"

"I'm sorry, I wasn't really expecting that you would've caught me and Jisoo told me that I can learn from that."

"Jisoo again!" I hissed and removed my hands on her waist and crossed my arms on my chest. "I'm about to block her from approaching you, Lisa."

"And I'm about to smack the two of you!" We both flinched when mom shouted behind us. "Get out of my sight, you're such an eyesore!" She growled before entering their room and slammed the door behind her.

"You and your mom are really alike." Lisa said while shaking her head and turned to me. She wrapped her arm on my waist and we both walked back to my room.

"Why do you wanna move forward our wedding day?" I asked when Lisa shut the door behind her and I pad over my bed and sat on the edge with my arms and legs crossed.

"BecauseI can't wait to marry you." She said with a shrugs and walk toward me. She hold my shoulders and pushed me slowly to lie down. "And I can't wait to show you how much I love–."

"What are you doing?" I asked when Lisa was trying to hover above me.

"Cuddles?"

"On top of me?" I asked mockingly and she immediately stood up while laughing awkwardly.

"Sorry."

"I know that you're excited, but please, I don't want you to ruin that for me wherein you already ruined my first kiss." I said with my calm voice and pushed myself to sat up again. "And about the day of our wedding, no, we're not going to move it, I want our wedding to be perfect, Lisa."

"I understand." Lisa said with a hint of disappointment on her voice. I let out a soft sigh before reaching for her hands and squeezed them lightly.

"Lisa.."

"Hmm?"

"I know that you're still bothered with what your sister had said, you're still bothered about my death that's why you're rushing everything, but Lisa..." I trailed off and stood up, my hands lets go of hers and I wrapped them on her neck before tiptoeing to reach for her lips. "...I believed in you, nerd." I said before kissing her lips softly.

"Oh my God!" We both whipped our heads at the door when Naian spoke and the four of them standing outside the door with their back facing us. "We didn't saw anything."

"Does knocking don't exist?" I asked irritatedly.

"Wasn't you supposed to hear we're coming?" Jisoo asked as she shuffled her body to face us. "You're starting to be a kiss addict, Jen."

"And y'all are getting on my nerves, what do you want?!" I scowled and let go of Lisa's neck to crossed my arms on my chest.

"From now on, I, Sydney and Jory, will going to be Lisa's bodyguards."

"What?" I snort a laugh and looked at them incredulously. "Who told you that?"

"The King." Sydney said with a shrugs and grabs Lisa's arm to pull her away from me. "And we need to guard her for 24 hours until the wedding day."

"That's insane, why do Lisa need a bodyguard?"

"Yeah, why?" Lisa asked them too.

"He just wanted to make sure that Lisa won't encounter another enemy." Jory said.

"And what makes you think that I will let the three of you to be with her 24/7? Y'all are bad influence at her!"

"That's true tho." Naian said before laughing.

"You too, you're one of us." Jisoo mocks and rolled her eyes before shifting at me. "Jen, we're really sorry about the porn but this is what the King's orders, don't you even think that we're also against by it? We have partners too, so being with Lisa 24 hours will be a nuisance to our love life."

"Ok then, I'll talk to my Dad about it–."

"No! Jeez! I was just kidding, I'm willing to be with Lisa forever, fuck Jennie! You're such a bitch!" Jisoo cut me off and grabs Lisa's hand before dragging her away.

"Hey! Where the hell would you bring her?!" I shouted.

Jisoo stopped from walking away and she look over her shoulder. "We will train her." She said while grinning.

"I swear to God, Jisoo Singh. If you let her watch another porn, I will rip off your head if I caught you one more time!" I threatens and Jisoo just laugh at me.

"Then we will not let you caught us!" She said before she curt a nod to Jory and Sydney, and they follow them.

"Mcklein!" I called and was about to ran after them but Naian grabbed my arm.

"Relax Jen, she was just trying to pissed you off." She said and she drags me back inside my room. "And after all I'm here, I'll teach you what to do and not to do in your honeymoon."

I looked at her ludicrously and shakes my head in disbelief before taking back my arm from her. "I don't need such guidelines about having sex, I know what I'm going to do."

"I see, so you're already know how to make Lisa begs for your touch, I therefore conclude that you watched too many porn." She said while nodding her head and I snapped my head at her.

"Excuse me?! I don't watch that kind of nasty stuff!"

"But you said you already –."

"Shut up, will you?" I growled at her.

"I won't shut up, because I know you need me, you know it too, even if you won't admit it, a virgin like you, needs a fucking pro like me, Princess." She still insisted and her wide smile showing her gummy makes me irritated and I know that she's not going to stop until she makes me agreed.

"Ok fine!" I said in defeat and sat down on my bed abruptly and crossed my legs as well as my arms before looking up to her. "What am I going to do?"

"Great!" Naian said and clapped her hands three times and the door swung open, revealing Sana,Mara, Chaeyoung and Irene behind the door.

"What the—."

"Let's start this shit, we ain't letting Lisa to be the dominant one in bed." Chaeyoung cut me off and she slammed the door behind her.

"Whoa whoa hold up, girls. This is not really a big deal." I said as I stood up and shakes my head furiously.

"Na-uh, we, the girls, won't let our princess to be submissive." Naian said as she motion her fingers around them then shakes her index finger. "We need to teach you everything."

"Wait, you too Irene?" I asked and she just shrugged her shoulders. "What the hell, girls?!"

"Oh c'mon Jennie. Stop whining already and let's start your lesson for today." Sana said as she pushed me to sat down on the bed and she fishes out a magazine behind her and gave me.

"What's this?" I asked while staring at the magazine.

"That's bible." Naian snort and took it from my hands and flipped the pages until she stopped in the middle and she grins. "Do you think Lisa has it big like this?"

"Holy shit!" We all gasped after Naian showed us what's in the middle of the magazine and I quickly covered my eyes with my hands and pushed away the magazine and it fell on the ground.

"What the fuck, Naian?! There's no way Lisa's dic–."

"Hey babe, I forgot my– what the fucking fuck was that?!"

"Lisa!" We all exclaimed when Lisa came back and her widened eyes piercing on the magazine on the floor where the picture that Naian showed me earlier was displayed.

"What happen?!" Jisoo exclaimed as she peered behind Lisa and as soon as she saw the magazine on the floor, she started bursting out into a loud harsh cackle of laughter. "What the hell?!" She said between her laugh, she was laughing too loud that Sydney and Jory became curious and they also peeked and they too, burst out laughing but Sydney stopped immediately when she saw Irene with us.

"Hey! What are you doing here?!" she yelled.

"They dragged me." Irene said.

"What's the meaning of this?!" Lisa snapped after she blink away her shock. "Jennie!" She shouted when no one dared to talk.

"It's not me! I swear–!"

"Then who?! And really?! You were mad at us for watching porn and yet here you are staring with another man's dick?!"

"We call it Touché, Lisa." Chaeyoung said and Jisoo stopped from laughing and shoot her girlfriend a dagger look.

"Who showed you that?!" Lisa asked again.

"N-nayeon." I replied while pointing at Naian.

"Nice one Naian." Jory said and winked at her wife.

"I just want her to get familiar with penis and based on your reaction, you seemed to be mad because that guy has it longer and bigger than yours." Naian said and we all looked at her slacked-jaw, especially Lisa.

"Ok, calm down everyone." Irene said as she picked up the magazine from the floor. "This will need to stop and let us leave the kid alone about their private matters." She said calmly.

"You seriously got to be fucking kidding me, Naian." Lisa growled and turn her heels abruptly, we already thought that Lisa was going to stormed out but she whipped her head back on us and her eyes pierced on me. "And yes, Naian was right, I don't have that kind of dick, because mine was bigger and longer than that!" Lisa said before she continued her way out.

"Oohh." All of them coos and they looked at me sympathetically.

"You hit a jackpot, Jen." Naian said and they all laugh before Jisoo, Jory and Sydney followed Lisa.

"You're much more in danger, Jennie." Chaeyoung said and squeezed my shoulder.

"I think, I really need y'all's help." I said dumbfounded while staring at Lisa's back.
