Bravery

After listening, Mu Yue then asked, "Is that all we need to know, father?"

"Hmm… Ah! I almost forgot to tell some details for the rankings. First, the rankings are not 'tournament' styles. Students that have no rank can challenge those of rank 100 – 71. Now the students with this rank can challenge those of rank 70 – 51. Then the students here can challenge 50 – 21. The rankings would then be separated as 20 – 11, 10 – 4, 3 – 2. Only the rank 3 and 2 can challenge the top ranker."

"Defeat would mean the two will change places. So it would suck for someone if they are ranked 71 and got defeated by a non-ranker. Also, each students can challenge once a month except for the top 10 that could do it every week."

"A student in a rank can only be challenged once a week. In the event that the student is absent, missions or other things as reason, he will be given another week to come back or be eliminated."

"The rewards are given every week of staying on a rank. If you got placed in two different ranks in a week, you will get the corresponding rewards for each day of each rank."

"If two or more person challenge the same person, they will all have to fight each other for the right to do the challenge. This would not happen on the same day as the challenge since you can 'reserve' challenges before the actual thing."

The two girls listened to the long explanation since both Mu Yue and Xiao Yan were eager to be part of the rankings. This was a way for them to be known by everyone, not as relatives of the principal, but as strong competitors.

"What about our room? Is it ready yet?" Xiao Yan asked. For her, the room that was given was enough but it seems that Mu Yue did not like the location.

"HAHAHA! Since the two of you liked privacy, I arranged for a house to be built beside the woods. The area has been forgotten and almost no one goes there. Don't worry as it is safe and no beasts are in the vicinity. Although, some normal insects would be present hehe." Laughed the principal.

Xiao Yan tried to keep a straight face, "Oh, what a coincidence that there would be insects in the area. Some teachers could have cleared it, right?!"

"Xiao Yan… I favor my daughter more than you. Now please leave as I need a private chat with my daughter." The principal shooks his head. A cute little girl and a troublesome one… what he chooses would be obvious. Xiao Yan could be categorize in the cuteness category since she was still young but the principal includes attitude in describing a person.

"You don't plan to…" Xiao Yan saw the principal grinning and she shouted, "No! Don't you dare! Mu Yue, do not listen to him! Ahhhhhhhh!"

The principal dragged Xiao Yan outside and then closed the door. Xiao Yan made noises outside but became quiet after concluding that the people inside did not care about her.

"Now the troublemaker is gone, its time to do the serious talk." Zhi Li said while using a rather serious look.

Mu Yue gulped as the information would be critical. It could affect her future in a way.

"Xiao Yan's weaknesses includes insect and beings that she cannot kill. She is not afraid of insects but she is disgusted by their look. I don't know which ones as it would be your job to find them. I wish you the best luck… and also for your well being." The principal muttered as he slowly pats the head of Mu Yue. Doing the plan can be a double edged sword.

"I understand, father. I will do it with the best of my abilities." Mu Yue promised. Failing would mean something she does not like. Even being successful can still have an outcome that she does not like. It was truly a not worth of a plan but she will do anything to for a weapon she can use.

"Alright you can now leave. Stepping out of the room will start the mission. Danger could appear any moment. I chose you as I believe that you have the best chances of doing it. Make me proud, my daughter."

Mu Yue nodded as she walks towards the door. The principal looked on her direction and saw the back of a brave soldier.
