Income
The next day when Vishnu woke up he get a tight hug from, Sia, he look at the woman in his arms. Yesterday they sleep in their messy state, so indeed they are not looking their best, but still looking at the woman whom he love for so long, he can't help but feel good.
Sia is the only reason he can survive, and also the only reason he wanted to die. He is scared that if he is not able to earn money then Sia might leave him. He will never blame her for that, but it will shatter him. He move and kiss her, Sia gets surprised due to this sudden attack but doesn't resist.
"Wake up, you have office today," Vishnu said while ending the kiss.
"No, I wanted to stay with you," Sia said while hugging him, to be honest, she is scared, scared of losing him, she never knows he is so much insecure. She is scared that if she leaves him, he might do something to himself.
"Don't overthink, yesterday I am in bad mood, but today I am quite energetic, and knowing my wife only loves me, I m feeling too good," Vishnu said while pinching Sia's cheek.
"To be honest I am quite tired," Sia said. But she also understands that she needs to go to work. Now Vishnu doesn't have a particular job, so she need to earn. She knows she can't afford to take holiday, but at the same time, she understands she can't leave Vishnu alone.
"I promise I will not do something harmful, okay" Vishu tell his wife helplessly.
"You have to call me every hour" Sia after a thought decided to find a midway.
"I Promise" Vishnu promised her. She quickly give him a peck and run to get ready. When she comes out of her room the breakfast is already ready. Even though it is only tea and toast. She is still happy with it. After eating it, she quickly give a peck to Vishnu and bid him goodbye.
Sia when reach at office, decided to give herself some time to breathe and decided to think for a while. Previously she is always in rush, and whenever she comes to the office she will start working. But now she has other plans in mind.
"Think on the paper" Sia hear the voice of Loki and decided to thank him once again.
"I must help you, You humans are so simple yet complicated, I don't understand you. With food, clothes, and housing, only love is what you required, still you are struggling for social status, etc. Isn't you are making your life too busy to enjoy it" Loki can't help but question. He often thinks about why these humans are fighting with each other when they can live peacefully. Mother earth will care for everyone. They don't need to fight, but humans become greedy and try to snatch things from their brothers.
"Being human means being able to feel everything know, not only good emotions but bad too" Sia said with a smile. She has also had the same thinking when she is young, but now when she is an adult she understands that she can't change anything, it is just she can try to be happy and try to protect those around her.
"hmm, anyway, as I said don't think everything in your mind, you are not a spy who will not leave any proof behind. So please write down everything and then take the decision" Loki tells her and Sia decided to follow it. She is now sure that she wanted to leave this job, but before that, she wanted to make sure that she complete her work. She doesn't want to give chance to others to scold her or say bad things about her work.
She quickly completed her work and open her bank statement. She check her salary account and found out that it is nearly empty, right now she still need to rely on her paycheque for survival. Then she checked the joint ACC she has with Vishnu, it also has the same condition, it just Vishnu never let it go to completely zero.
Sia at this point doesn't understand where her salary goes, so she decided to calculate this. She has a good job and earns nearly 60K a month, which is not too bad a salary. Vishnu even though don't have a fixed salary often earn a lot of money by doing many jobs. She decided to find out where her money goes. She check her statement and find out that she spend her lot of money on take ways and food. Whenever Vishnu is not at home she often eats outside or brings takeaway.
She also realized that she spend too much on her Sunday parties. According to her every couple should spend their Sunday while indulging in luxury which often follows as watching a movie and then eating dinner outside. Now Sia regretted it. To be honest, after starting her work life she nearly loses her interest in movies, it was just because Vishnu like a movie, and also because she wanted to put something on Instagram status she do it.
She also remembers that she give two lakh rupees to her parents at the time when her father's surgery happens. She realized that calculating this way is not going to be useful for her. So she take her mobile and download the whole year's bank statement. And after working with it for an entire hour she can find out where her money goes every month.
Her spendings followed in only a few categories.
1. Rent: 9k+2k for maintenance and cleaning.
2. outing and Sundays: 10K
3. transportation: 5 K
4. Food and other household expenses(light bill, water bill, gas, groceries, toiletries): 5K
5. Gym and parlor and other skincare products: 7K
6. Health: 2K
7. Banking fees and fine: 2K
8. Internet and other expenses:1K
9. impulsive shopping: 12K
10 Gifts to relatives and friends : 3K month.
11. Vishnu: 5k
So she is nearly spending 63k months while her salary is only 60k, indeed they also have the money of Vishnu, she then check her savings and find out that she only save some 100k which is only one lakh, till now. She knows many people who can save their half salary and here she is not able to even save her two salaries after four years of constant working.
She now really need to save. And also find another way to increase her income.
