Dragon Slaying

after flying, the group then gets to a place where there are lot's of dragon's, but there was one problem, the way to slay the dragons make's it hard to complete the quest, especially without a Dunimas, even with Alcaeus using Ki, it's going to be near impossible.

Alcaeus:" okay, now that we're here, let's talk about how we do this, I know I can give weapon's the ability "Dragon Slayer" to make them do more damage, but other than that, I am in trouble"

Makeda:" you can kill the dragon with your magic to count as an arrow, but the sword and spear, that's going to be tricky"

Sharifa:" I think if we take a spear, we can have him use one similar to his broken arrow's, since he's good with a spear thank's to Artemis, he should be able to hit one even if it's flying, and since we can use his magic to count for the arrow, he can defeat the dragon like that... but then there is the last one, the sword"

Makeda:" but we can't have a sword made of Elffiona, then it would just blow up in his face, killing Alcaeus"

Alcaeus:" yeah, this will be tricky, unless I have extreme luck, I don't think I can do this so easily... but I'll try"

as he made the weapons he would need to help him complete the task, they drained a lot of his Mana as he made sure they were very powerful, and he had to lay down, sleeping the 5 talk about their situation.

Makeda:"... do you think Alcaeus will be able to slay the dragons in the way's that he is allowed"

Camilla:"... I can't tell, Dragon's are some of the toughest monsters in the world, each one is powerful in its own right where even the weakest of dragons is considered a national threat, it also doesn't help that only certain weapon's and people can even scratch them, truth be told, Alcaeus's odd's are slim to none even with his powers"

Sharifa:" since Dragon's rank at level 4 at their weakest, because of that, only the highest tier level 4's and experienced level 5's are able to even stand up to them"

Aspalis:" whoever made these three tasks wanted to ensure that whoever attempted such a thing was guaranteed to either quit, fail, die, or all of the above"

Makeda:" what do you mean"

Abigail:" didn't you find it out yet, your parent's don't want you to marry someone else other than the bastard they set for you"

Makeda:" didn't our parent's make sure the task were achievable, I mean, even your task were doable if they committed themselves"

Camilla:" that's the thing, our parents didn't care who it was who achieved them so long as they proved valuable to use, that's the reason they had them, but tell me this, say the task weren't an option, would they have made Alcaeus able to marry us if he hadn't proved himself someone who is able to be useful or someone who can achieve great things in the future"

Makeda was thinking and then came to the conclusion, the only reason Aspalis, Sharifa, Camilla, and Abigail got their engagement's called off and handed to Alcaeus was because he proved himself someone to keep at the corner in case he is needed, and Makeda's engagement was not meant to be altered so they made 2 tasks that are achievable, and the last 3 down right impossible feat's in of itself logically speaking.

Makeda:"... I see, so mother expects Alcaeus to either quit or die"

Sharifa:" don't worry, his magic gives him a small chance, it's a 1 in a million chance, but a chance none the less"

Abigail:" right, I known Alcaeus for a long time growing up and traveling with Artemis, and he's also technically my husband now, so their was no way I would have let him do this if their was no hope at all for him to do this"

Aspalis:" also, we can't help him kill the dragon's, but that doesn't mean we can't heal his wound's or give him support, I also checked, the rule's say nothing about giving him support magic either, so I can use a spell to boost his physical abilities to help him"

Sharifa:" and I can help heal him when he gets injured and catches his breath"

Camilla:" and nothing says I can't distract the dragon's be dodging and running away from them either, although dragons can pierce through my Divinity, I am still faster than any dragon will ever be"

Makeda:" right, I can help as well"

Morgan:" and I can help as well, I've been keeping an ear out for the noblemen, and some of them are making a move as we speak"

Morgan showed up out of nowhere, she used a cloaking spell to hide her presence and told them about how some nobleman have been acting odd, though when asked how she knew, she only said it was a trade secret as her method wasn't entirely legal in her position.

Makeda:" what are you doing, for someone your age, I assume you're working in some high-end position since it seems you have authority over most noblemen"

Morgan:" let's just say, I'm the leader of a very important part of the human territory I got out of sheer luck of time and place, and as a werewolf, I was lucky to get it since, in the human kingdom, they do discriminate against those that aren't human... or white human's for some reason"

in this world, region matter's in everything, races enslave one another on a regular basis, humans enslave all that isn't human or a white human to be more accurate, but the other races are no exception to this, werewolves enslave those weaker than them, elves enslave what they believe to be savages, namely Dwarf's and Hobbit's, Amazonian's enslave any male os a species, only sparing the women, sometimes, and so on, no race in any kingdom is without slaves, and thus, any race trying to get anything in a foreign kingdom from their race is something that is not their own is an extraordinary achievement in of itself.

Camilla:" we can be in awe of your achievement later, but right now we need to focus on those noblemen, what are they doing"

Morgan:"... they plan to attack and kill my parent's to stall Alcaeus and make him fail"

Sharifa:" I am wondering why they're waiting so long"

Morgan:" it's only a rumor, but they say the queen herself is involved in this"

and as they discussed more, they then got to how to handle this, Morgan said she would do what she can, and as she was working, she asked to find Artemis, so she asked for a description of her to make sure to find her and tell her about what happened.

Camilla:" well, as you know, the god's can take on any mortal from, and Artemis is a very attractive woman who looks like she is in her early 20's from our perspective and looks like a werewolf due to our superior hunting abilities compared to the other races, oh what else..."

Abigail:" let me, she has long hair that is white/silver with green highlights, blue or light blue eyes, hmm... she normally has her hair partly braided halfway down her hair with 2 long bangs to the side of her face and a toned but filled out body, and while she is a fit, she is very muscular for a lady as well similar to an Amazon, as she has a good degree of muscle on her"

as Morgan gets dropped off in the clearing to enter the wood's, she is immediately meet with a female werewolf hunter it seemed, this hunter had on a pair of pale white, dark green, and aqua blue Tunic that goes to her knees with a cloth underneath a belt over her hip area to look like a skirt, however, the tunic is designed more like a shirt with some semblance of a dress and is snug on the woman making her features able to stand out, a pair of black pantyhose, long brown hunting boots, and has a scarf and hooded cloak that covers her upper body, and a silver and gold necklace and head guard like tiara on her head, and she had Gauntlets that seemed specially made for using a bow and Greaves specially made for running, jumping, and kicking harder, a light Leather breastplate, and a tasset for protection in her mid-body, clearly aimed to make sure she was given as little protection necessary to make sure she wasn't too heavy to make sure she was still agile and fast, but what stood out more is the fact that this hunter gave off a divine Aura.

Morgan:" you must be Artemis then, it's nice to meet you, thank you for looking out for my brother for all these years"

Artemis:" so he was adopted to a family even at his age, I see... aren't you that little girl I recused back then, that must have been ages ago, but still fresh in your mind I assume"

Morgan:" clear as day sadly"

Artemis:" anyway, I want to know what's happening, however, due to the circumstances, I can't intervene past allowing Alcaeus to call on my deer, however, that doesn't mean so long as I use someone as a medium who isn't in my Familia, I can't at least give advice and aid, now let me make my intentions clear, 3 of those girl's I raised myself with my familia basically, and they were forced to leave my familia to be married off to horrible men for the sake of their kingdom, along with 2 more... of course I'm not going to take that sitting down, in fact, I was about to head to Alcaeus and demand he wins their hand in marriage myself if he didn't have the sense to do this on his own"

Morgan:" then let me fill you in on what I know, and sit tight, I nearly covered the tip of the iceberg with my brother's fiancees due to the fact it will report back to the king's and queen's"

after about 2 hour's, Artemis got the picture, and she punched a bolder 50 time's her size and shattered it with a bloody fist, breaking her hand and part of her arm as well, but far too pissed to care even a little, she then told her familia they were going to defend Morgan and Alcaeus's family to make sure he didn't have anything to worry about and they all agreed, they all wanted justice for this as well, seeing 3 of their member's who they grew up with for year's in such a situation, it took everything each of them had to not just start a fight then and there, but they knew it was a losing battle, so they had to hold back, now, they can do what they wanted to, shove it to the people above them, now all Alcaeus had to do was make sure that he did his part, though, it wasn't going to be easy, but he had to try.
