The True Threat

(Y/N)'s Neighborhood

3rd Person POV

"Ow!! God, that's stings!" (Y/N) cursed, seething and rubbing the part Rias flicked. "Feels like my freaking skull was split in two!"

Rias merely giggled. "That's what happens when you misbehave." She explained. "That being said, try not to make a habit of it please. I don't like hurting my darling Pawn." She claimed, gently caressing his cheek. "I understand you were trying to help Kiba and Irina, but you have to be more careful now." She said, her tone more informative and cautious. "For some reason or another, you're being targeted. You need to be more careful." Rias pleaded, grabbing her beloved's hand gently. "Please."

(Y/N) looked to his master, seeing her expression of worry and genuine concern. He sighed and held her hand tighter. "I'll...try."

Rias smiled and hugged her servant's arm, proceeding with their walk back home.

"Master!" Artoria spoke up, grabbing her master's other hand. "I'm thankful for allowing me to come with you. Though, I must apologize for my inability to protect you when you needed it most." She said.

"Hey, don't sweat it. Really." He assured. "With all these new foes coming out of the freaking woodworks, it's hard to be prepared for things when we hardly know anything about them." He said. "Did you at least learn anything from tonight like you wanted? I assume that's the reason you wanted to come."

Artoria nodded. "Yes. Though, my sole objective was to protect you, I did indeed want to learn more of this Holy Sword Project. Thankfully, through my brief clash with that mad priest, I believe I may have learned something." She explained.

"Oh yeah? What's that?" He asked curiously.

"My true identity." She said.

The devils stopped and looked at the Saber Servant with shocked gazes.

"Are you serious?" Rias asked.

"You remember?" (Y/N) asked.

"Indeed." She released her master's hand and took a few steps back, a determined gaze dormant in her emerald eyes. "I am Artoria Pendragon. Known through history as King Arthur Pendragon, King of Camelot and ruler of Britain." She quickly took a kneel and placed a hand onto her chest in solidarity. "Though our pact may be forged by merely an oath for now, my master, I shall continue to protect you and fight by your side. I am your sword, your shield, your sheath, your Servant." She declared. She looked up, a gentle smile on her face.

"Artoria...Wait, hold up! You're saying your KING ARTHUR?!" (Y/N) asked in total shock.

"Indeed. That is my true identity." She said, rising up. "That being said, Master, I request that; while outside or in public, please refer to me by my class, lest we give my identity away to an enemy Servant."

"Class?" Rias questioned.

"That's right." Artoria confirmed. "There are seven Servant classes. The Knight classes consist of Saber, Archer, and Lancer Servants. The Cavalry Classes consist of Rider, Assassin and Caster class Servants. And the final class is Berserker. We've already faced two of them before."

"Koneko noticed the presence of that woman in the cloak as a Servant. I'm guessing by the amount of her magical energy she had, she was a Caster?" (Y/N) asked.

"It appears so. And upon my summons, we had combated against a Berserker, the most deadliest of all classes."

"No way. We really went up against two Heroic Spirits? Holy shit!" (Y/N) was surprised at this sudden revelation.

"That being said..." Artoria added. "Please refer to me as Saber when in public if you'd please. While we're alone or safe from prying eyes or ears, you can call me what you'd like."

"If that's what you want Saber, then I'll be happy to oblige." (Y/N) assured with a smile.

(Y/N)'s House

Upon seeing their home in sight, (Y/N) sighed in relief. "Home sweet home."

Asia opened the front door and happily greeted everyone. "Welcome home, you guys!" She smiled, revealing herself wearing nothing but an apron.

Everyone fell into shock upon the sudden naked apron appearance.

"You must be exhausted after working so late. We just started dinner, so it should be ready soon. Any requests?" Asia informed.

"Asia...What...What are you wearing?" (Y/N) asked, his mentality slowly shattering from the sight of Asia in such a lewd attire. "Or rather, what're you not?"

"Oh yeah." Asia said. "Some of the girls at school suggested it." Recalling her time in the changing room at school talking to Aika Kiryu. "They said the best way to help a guy feel better after a tough day is to wear things like this." She said, holding the apron from the side and raising it up.

"And did any of these people you spoke to happen have brown hair and big glasses?" (Y/N) questioned.

"Um...Maybe?" Asia admitted, looking away from her guardian.

'So it was that four-eyed pervy witch wasn't it? Damn her!!' (Y/N) mentally cursed and sighing in defeat.

"Hey, is Mister (L/N) back?" Tohru questioned, arriving at the entryway, dressed in the same manner as Asia. However, her apron was fastened tighter around her supple and buxom figure. "Oh, welcome back everyone!" She greeted casually. "So? What do you think?" The Dragon maid questioned, delivering a full view of her half naked body via gently twirl. "Does it make you feel happy?" She asked.

"For all the wrong reasons, yes." (Y/N) muttered with a pure red face.

Rias looked at the two, growing a proud smile. "Impressive." She said in praise. "It's simple, yet quite effective!"

(Y/N) looked to his master with a shocked expression.

"Well done. You are going to become a wickedly sexy devil one day, Asia. I'm proud of you. You too Tohru, very well done!"

Tohru smiled proudly, standing with her hands on her hips as she huffed happily.

"But, I'm, what if I don't want to be sexy or wicked?" Asia questioned worriedly.

"If that's the case, you should probably go chance. Like right now. Yeah? Yeah." (Y/N) replied. "I mean really, what's gonna happen if the others see you like this?" He questioned worriedly.

"Hey! How'd (Y/N) take to the outfits?" Isabela asked, leaning against the doorframe in a naked apron as well.

"WERE ARE YOU GETTING ALL THESE APRONS?! I KNOW I ONLY HAD, LIKE TWO!!!" (Y/N) boomed.

"Well, when Asia told us about her plan, those of use who didn't have one went out and bought one." The half-masked Rook explained. "So, whatcha think? Sexy right?"

"How did she even know how to do this?" He questioned.

"We all helped each other." Isabela explained, looking back into the other side. "Come on, Siris. You said you wanted to help him, right? Come on, show him." Isabela encouraged her friend on the other side.

"No! I can't! It's too embarrassing! This was a bad idea!" Siris whispered back in rejection.

"After all the time you spent trying to pick one out at the store? You're gonna show him! Now stop being such a wuss and show him!!" Isabela pulled the dark-haired Knight out from hiding, revealing her in her naked apron.

"Please...Please don't stare." Siris blushed, looking away from (Y/N) out of embarrassment.

"I...Don't even know how to respond to this anymore." (Y/N) replied.

"Everyone!" Rias boomed. "I'd like to wear one, too!!" She declared.

"Me as well! I'd like to wear one too!!" Declared Artoria.

"WHAT?!" (Y/N) questioned.

"Sure thing. We picked up plenty, so there's plenty to chose from. C'mon." Isabela motioned for Rias and Artoria to follow.

"If you'll excuse me." Rias said, removing her shoes before proceeding. However, she halted right beside Asia. "Oh, by the way?"

"Yeah?" Asia replied.

"You were very close to out doing me here. You should be proud of yourself." She praised as she and the others left to fine their own naked aprons.

"Thank you!" Asia smiled happily.

(Y/N) slumped again a nearby wall, hanging his head in disbelief. "What the fuck just happened? What even is tonight?" He questioned with a heavy sigh.

"(Y/N)?"

"Hm?"

"So you don't like what I'm wearing, or-?" Asia asked.

"W-What? N-No!" (Y/N) replied. "I mean, w-well...kinda...Yeah." He shamefully admittedly. "Sorry. You look great. It just...Kinda took me by surprise." He said. His expression suddenly turned sullen. "Asia. I need to tell you something."

"What's that?" She asked.

"Earlier tonight. When I said a client called form a sudden request. I lied. I'm so sorry." He apologized.

"I know." She said.

"What?" (Y/N) looked to the Bishop suprised.

"(Y/N) I've known you for quite a while. I'd like to think I know you a little bit by now. I knew you were still worried about Kiba. And I knew you wanted to help out Irina. I knew you were gonna do this. I know the reason you didn't tell me the truth. It's because you didn't want me to worry, right?"

"Well...yeah." He admitted.

"(Y/N), I want you to know that I'm learning more and more every day! So you can ask me for help whenever you need it! I'll always be there to help you!" She declared.

"Asia..." (Y/N) looked at his kindhearted devil in awe.

"So you know, I don't regret becoming a devil." She said. "I won't ever forget my faith or love of God, but I realized that making this change has introduced me to something even more precious. Meeting Rias, our friends, others from the school, all of the amazing people who've helped you in your life, Issei's mother and father who've been so kind, and you. That's something I know is real and moves me every day. I want is all to stay here together forever. I don't want to be alone anymore!" Asia lunged to her dearest friend, tears in her eyes as she held him close in her living arms.

(Y/N) flustered by her appearance and sudden contact, slowly began to focus more on what she had said. "Asia..." He whispered, reciprocating her affection by holding her close as well, an arm around her thin and slender waist and a hand behind her head. "I want you to know; No matter who or what, I will protect you. And I promise, I will always be by your side. I won't ever let you be alone ever again." He declared. "I know how stubborn I can be, so, if possible, could you please put up with me for just a little longer?" She asked.

Asia smiled with utter joy. "Yes!" She said.

"(Y/N)?" Rias called out.

Both devils looked on as Rias and Artoria appeared from the kitchen.

Rias adorned in a pink apron with white frills, and a massive red heart on the chest area.

Artoria appeared with a simply blue apron with white frills, though small enough to display her smooth and slender legs, as well as a fair portion of her chest from the side.

"What do you think?" They asked.

"I...I...I..." (Y/N)'s brain slowly began to fry, overloading from all the sexy women in his home dressed in a manner where any other man would lose himself. "I...Can't..." His head steamed and his mind went blank. His body became numb and he collapsed to the floor as blood slowly began to flow from his nose.

Kuoh Academy

(Y/N) rested his head on his desk, staring blankly out the window as he let his mind roam. "Last night was way too much. Too much nakedness for my brain to handle." He groaned.

"Didn't you say you were gonna let things happen as they happen, and not worry so much?" Starvlador questioned.

"I did. But seems like I'm still struggling to even go through with it." He sighed.

"You know, perhaps you should just accept your position and move on." Said the Dragon.

"What do you mean, "position"?" He asked.

"It true; the Dragon powers can be overwhelming to several of those around you. Some will want to fight, but then, many will find it charming. Especially the ladies." The True Dragon explained.

"...Is that why I have so many people in my life. Because of my power? Because of you?" (Y/N) questioned, slight hurt.

"What? No! (Y/N), that not what I meant. The relationship you have with everyone, they're entirely your own. That's why I said "some", not all." He quickly explained. "Listen, I've watched you grow up from a boy abused and tortured by his bastard father to an incredible young man who uses his power for the benefit of others. Your selfless and kind. And wanting a day to rest isn't selfish, it a necessity for maintaining your physical and mental well-being. Everything you have, the people who surround themselves around you, they did so because of you. Not because of the power you possess."

(Y/N) remained silent, slowly taking in what his Dragon had said. "Gotcha." He said, rubbing his eyes. "Sorry. I didn't mean to get all depressing like that. I'm just...worried about Irina."

"Understandable. She wasn't with the others when we got back dealing with that Caster Servant. It's possible she went with Kiba and Xenovia went after Freed like Issei said." The Dragon said.

"Yeah. And what's worse I can't get into contact with her 'cause I don't have any of her info. I can't believe I forgot to do that before the mission. Fucking moron!" He hissed at himself. "And what's worse I can't sense her presence within the city at all. That just makes me more worried. Doesn't help that Kiba's gone silent again. And I have no way of contacting Xenovia." He groaned as he slammed his head against his desk. "I'm such a fucking idiot."

The Perverted Trio noticed (Y/N) depressed state and approached him.

"Hey man, you alright?" Matsuda questioned, taking a seat at the desk in front of the sulking devil.

"Oh, you know, existential crisis, questioning my very existence, worrying by about my fiancé. You know, just another Wednesday." He replied.

"FIANCÉ?!" Boomed many of the students, overhearing the conversation.

"How the hell'd you swing that?" A male student asked.

"You lucky rat bastard!" Another cursed in jealousy.

"He's already engaged!" A female student cried in defeat.

"Why is life so cruel?" Another girl bawled.

"Is it an open marriage?" Some of the students asked.

(Y/N) raised his head, a questionable and irritated look on his face. He turned to his fellow students and glared. "For those of you who asked if it's an open marriage, fuck you. No." He growled.

The crowded quickly dispersed, allowing the young devil to return to his sulking with a heavy sigh.

He looked to his right and noticed Motohama with his head buried deep in a book about science. "Hey man, what uh...whatcha readin'?" He asked.

"Book on quantum physics." Motohama replied, turning the page.

"Like...a science themes porno mag?" He questioned.

"What? No! Of course not!" Motohama replied, almost insulted. "There's a seminar going on at the community center later this week, and I'm going to check it out. Want to learn more about all there is on the subject, but I want to study up a bit so I'm not completely lost during the discussion." He explained, burying his head into his book once again.

"Huh...Can't imagine Motohama actually taking an interest in anything other than girls." (Y/N) said in impressed awe.

"I know. It's kinda weird." Said Issei.

"Oh yeah, like you're one to talk." He said, unamused. Suddenly, his phone vibrated in his pocket. He pulled it out and saw the text from Chisato.

'Come to the Nurse's Office. I think I found something.' Read the message.

(Y/N) rose from his seat and started to make his way to the door. "I'll be right back."

"What's up?" Issei asked.

"Just some personal matters. Nothing to worry about." He waved back to his friends. 'I hope.' He silently wished.

Nurse's Office

"Chisato?" (Y/N) called out as he slid open the door, only to spot her at her desk.

The bespectacled beauty turned and smiled to her lover. "Hey you. Glad you came so quickly." She greeted. "Just made some tea. Come join me." She offered.

(Y/N) closed the door and stepped to Chisato, delivering a brief kiss on her lips before taking a seat. "Thank you." He thanked, taking the offered cup of tea. "So, how'd your search go?" He asked. "You said you may have found something?"

Chisato took a quick drink from her cup. "Have you ever heard of the Holy War of Britannia?" She questioned.

(Y/N) simply stared blankly at his physician and shrugged unknowingly.

The bespectacled brunette chuckled. "Very well. I suppose it's story time." She smiled. "A long time ago, long before the world of humans and non-humans were forever divided, the world was consumed in a massive war. The opposing sides consisted of the entirety of the Demon race, lead by the Demon King and his personal elite squadron of soldiers, The Ten Commandments, against the unified forces Giants, Fairies, Goddesses and humans, as well as a Demon who turned to the other side. The war apparently went on for a very long time, until one day, the Demon Race were bested, allowing the unified forces to seal them away for the next 3,000 years. However, in fear of a potential return of the Demon race, the King of Liones formed an order of knights to combat and defeat the Ten Commandments and the Demon Race should they ever return. This order consisted of a kindhearted Giant, a loyal bit rather lazy Fairy, a Doll of the Demon race who yearned for a heart, a prodigy turned master mage, an immortal thief, an all powerful human blessed by the sun, and the Demon who betrayed his brethren for the sake of his own heart and the livelihood of mortals. They were known as the Seven Deadly Sins."

"Seven Deadly Sins? Ten Commandments? Like, from the Bible?" (Y/N) questioned.

"Something like that. But the Ten Commandants existed long before then." Chisato confirmed. "Anyways, years later, the Demon race had indeed returned and the Holy War for Britannia, and the rest of the world began. The Demon King, trapped within the depths of Purgatory continued his plan of treachery and manipulated his children and soldiers into freeing himself. Taking control of both his sons, yet still failing and returning to the realm of Purgatory for the remainder of his existence, never able to die."

(Y/N) lowered his head, looking deep into his hand. "I've already been to Purgatory. And I saw some massive thing there, telling me tor free them. They called me "Child of the Traitorous Sin". I don't understand. What does that mean?!" He questioned, growing more confused by the moment.

Chisato looked at her confused and seemingly scared lover. "...Sadly, I'm still looking into that myself. I thought that you should know at least this much, it's possible the being you encountered during your trip to Purgatory could have been the Demon King himself. And for whatever reason, he wants you to free him. It's possible he wants to use your body as a way of acquiring a body with incredible power. If the times comes where you encounter him again, you'll have two choices, either escape if possible or fight him off."

(Y/N) simply sat in silence, taking in all that was told to him. "Chisato...what...what am I?" He asked, his voice trembling with uncertainty.

Chisato stood up and pulled her darling young devil close. "You are (Y/N). Nothing more. Nothing less. You are who you make yourself out to be. Whether you're a devil, a dragon, or a simple human, what you were born as does not define who you are. The actions you take and the choices you make are." She grabbed his head and turned his gaze to met hers. "You are (Y/N). You are you...Never forget that." She said, placing her lips onto his with affectionate intent and passion.

Kazakou Parkway

Spears of light crashed down blasting near Irina Shido.

Unleashing a pained scream, she plummets to the ground as her assailant flew past her from above.

Freed Sellzen lets out his twisted cackle from close behind her. "Found you, little girl!"

She quickly rose up, only to see the mad priest appear before her, Excalibur Rapidly in hand.

"You can run all you want, but it seems you're all alone now. So, who's gonna save you?" He questioned with a twisted smile.

Irina pulled her Excalibur Mimicry from her arm and formed it into a whip, extending it out towards Freed, who unfortunately dodged the oncoming attack.

Before she even realized, she was slashed across the chest, only to receive the delayed reaction from the blow and staggered back.

Freed appears before her, his arms out in an attempt to keep her contained in place. "Oh yes, the Excalibur Mimic. "Don't want to leave without that, now do I?!" He laughed, vanishing into thin air, only to appear as brief waves of light as he slashed at Irina again and again, repeatedly cutting both the defenseless girl and her uniform.

Bit by bit, shred by shred, Freed continued to cut away her clothing, until she was nearly bare naked. He grabbed her by the throat and slammed her against a tree.

"Let me go, you pathetic traitor!" Irina growled.

"What to do with pretty you?" Freed loomed closer to the girl, a perverse and wicked smile on his face.

"That's enough." Declared a deep, authoritative voice.

Freed jerked his head and looked up to the man in the air, watching from on high within the warped sky with his ten sprouted wings.

"Keep her alive." He said. "Even if she's a small fry, we still have a use for her."

"Hey. You okay?" Koneko questioned.

(Y/N) snapped out of his daze, looking to his underclassmen who he continued to walk with on their way to the clubroom. "Oh, y-yeah, more or less anyways." He admitted.

Koneko gazed at her upperclassmen unconvinced.

(Y/N) acknowledged Koneko's glare and sighed in defeat. "Honestly. I'm not doing too great. I can't help but worry about Irina, and I haven't heard from her, Kiba or Xenovia since they split last night. That and adding to the fact that I'm kinda having an existential crisis. So yeah, longest fuckin' Wednesday of my life." He complained.

"You didn't trade contact info with her before the mission?"

"No. I was so focused on the objective, so I totally spaced. Was a rookie mistake." He accepted.

"Wow." Koneko stared. "Way to go genius." She rubbed to her upperclassmen.

"I know. I fucked up." He admitted. "Now I'm really worried 'cause it can't even sense her presence. I think I should go look for her."

Koneko noticed how worried her senior was. She dug into her skirt's pocket and pulled out her cellphone. "I have her number. I can give it to you if you want." She offered.

(Y/N)'s eyes went wide and he head jerked to his loli Rook. "Seriously? Yes!! Please!!" He asked.

"Here." Koneko showed him the screen and he began to dial the number.

(Y/N) waited impatiently as the phone rang. "Come on come on. Pick up. Please pick up. Please be okay." He begged. The phone clicked. "Irina?!"

"The number you have reached is currently unavailable-" The message played.

"Damn." He disconnected and dialed again.

Koneko watched as her senior struggled to get in touch with his fiancé. She looked down in worry, her mind plagued and quickly raced with thoughts of what Mitsubishi said. "Hey, (Y/N)..."

(Y/N) looked to Koneko as he listened to the phone ring.

"Did you happen to hear anything that masked guy said?" She asked. "After he brought you back from your fight." She specified.

"After?" He questioned. "He attempted to recall him memories, but drew a blank. "Sorry, can't say I did. I was kinda unconscious before Caster teleported Artoria and I away. Why? Did he say something?"

Koneko stared at the confused (H/C) devil for a moment before turning away. "No. Not really." She said, continuing her way to the clubroom.

"Um...okay." (Y/N) accepted as he continued, still attempting to contact Irina.

As the approached the old school building, Koneko stopped once more. "Can I ask you something?" She said.

(Y/N) looked to his phone in irritation before ending the failed call and trying again. "Freaking AT&T!" He groaned. "Of course. What's up?"

"...If..." She hesitated. "What if I wasn't who you  thought I was, that there was a side of me no one else knew about. How would you react?"

(Y/N) was slightly taken aback by her question. He pondered for a moment for an appropriate and honest response. "I guess it wouldn't really matter." He said.

Koneko immediately looked saddened by his response.

"I mean, personally, I would be happy to know something about you that no one else knew. I think it'd mean we were close. And besides, I already like you." He said.

Koneko stared in awe at the young devil, growing a faint blush across her face. "I-I see. Thanks (Y/N)." She smiled. "Come on, let's head inside. I'm sure the others are waiting by now."

"Right." He said, redialing Irina's number again. 'That seemed hypocritical. Then again, I don't even know what the hell I am at this point so what can I really even say about that?' He questioned himself.

ORC Headquarters

After everyone arrived in the clubroom, Rias and Akeno recapped what had happened since last night.

"Are you sure?" Asia questioned.

"Does that mean Kiba contacted you?" Issei asked.

"Nope." Replied Akeno. Not even one time."

"Good news is, the two he's with are pretty skilled. I figured they could at least take on a stray priest if they run into one. However, I can only hope that, if they run into that Mitsubishi man, they retreat rather than combat him and his Servant." Rias claimed.

"So um...I'm really sorry if we made things worse." Issei apologized.

"You didn't." Akeno assured. "But we couldn't sit around waiting for him to contact us. We had to act. We sent our familiars to search around the city for us." She explained. "All we can do now is wait."

(Y/N), failing to contact Irina once more grew more worried by the minute. "No Beerus and Whis today?" He asked, trying to take his mind off his worries.

"They said they had some errands to run, so they took off a while ago." Rias explained.

"Gotcha." He replied.

Rias' eyes widened from shock, receiving a message from her familiar. "I've just received word, she found Irina!" She declared.

(Y/N) and the others looked to Rias in relief and worry. "Where?" He asked.

"Kazakou Parkway." She informed. "She's injured and tired, but she's alive. I'll contact Sona, have her met us there."

"Everyone, grab on! I'll teleport us there!" Declared (Y/N) with determination. "Not going to be paralyzed if there's a change an enemy is nearby! Come on!" He beckoned the others with haste.

Everyone Rias and Issei placed their hands on (Y/N), while the others placed theirs on them, allowing everyone to be teleported simultaneously.

Kazakou Parkway

Upon arriving, the Gremory Peerage quickly spotted the injured Irina in the arms of Rias' familiar in her human form.

(Y/N) looked on in utter horror and dread and ran to his finance's side. "Irina!!" He cried, sliding on the ground next to her and taking her from the bat-girl familiar. "Irina..." He saw the shape she was in and held her close. "I'm so sorry." He cried. "I should've looked for you. I'm so sorry." He cried. "Asia, please heal her!" He pleaded.

"Of course!" The Bishop ran to her guardian's side and quickly began to use her Sacred Gear to heal Irina's wounds. "Can you hear me?" She asked.

Irina, weakly regaining consciousness groaned in pain.

"What happened to you?" Issei asked. "Where are Kiba and Xenovia?"

Irina groaned. "I don't know. They got away." She replied.

"Got away? From what?" (Y/N) asked.

"I let them down. I was too slow." Irina strained.

"Try not to push yourself." Asia advised as she continued to heal.

"I couldn't get away. He was too strong." Irina cried.

"He? Who was it?" (Y/N) asked.

"Please, my love..." Irina weakly rose her hand and caressed (Y/N) face, which he gently held closer. "Please be careful." She pleaded. She quickly lost the remains of her energy and fell unconscious once again.

"Irina!!" (Y/N) cried.

A Sitri Family circle appeared from across the Gremory devils as Sona, Tsubaki and Saji materialized, arriving in the scene.

"Hey guys." Issei greeted quickly.

"Thank you so much for coming, Sona." Rias greeted her friend.

"Of course. I came right after I received your message." Claimed Sona, kneeling down to analyze Irina's condition. "The damage is pretty bad, isn't it?"

"Um, yeah. Twilight Healing isn't strong enough to restore consumed stamina." Asia said regretfully.

"It's okay. I have the equipment to treat her at my house. Tsubaki?"

"Right." Tsubaki knelt down to (Y/N), who continued to hold Irina. "Here, I'll take her." She offered, reaching for the unconscious girl.

(Y/N) grabbed Tsubaki's hand, gripping it tightly.

"(Y/N)?" Tsubaki questioned.

"(Y/N), it's okay. She'll be in great care. I promise." Assured Sona.

(Y/N) hesitantly let Tsubaki Shinra take his fiance.

Stepping back, Tsubaki summoned a magic circle and quickly vanished within the veil of white light.

"So does that mean Kiba and Xenovia are okay for now?" Issei asked.

"I hope so." Asia replied.

"So how's your rear doing?" Saji asked the brunette.

"Actually fine after a goodnight's sleep. Asia insisted on treating it earlier though." Issei explained. "Sorry you had to go through all that. Though, if I'm being honest, (Y/N) probably had the worst of it." He said, looking to his friend who was still on the ground silent. "Fought off one of the crazy sons of bitches that've been gunnin' for 'im, not to mention suffered a blow to at two hundred smacks to the forehead. You saw how strong Rias is, yeah? And having barely healed, probably hurt like hell."

"It's cool, don't worry about it. Hey man. You doing okay?" Saji asked the still silent (Y/N).

"...I couldn't protect her." He replied. "I was forced into another battle and lost, I wasn't there to help her when she left to look for Freed. I wasn't there for her."

"Damn..." Saji said, stepping closer to Issei. "What the hell happened, man?"

"We just got here, too, so I have no idea." Issei replied.

A burning sensation suddenly erupted within the devils. Their chests felt tighter and their bodies became encased in a violent chill.

"What's this in my chest?!" Saji questioned worriedly, gripping his chest.

Issei, detecting a familiar presence, turned around to a thick tree. "No way!"

"Well well well, if it isn't the "We All Took The Bait" club!" Greeted Freed Sellzen as he stepped out of hiding, a sheathed Excalibur in his hand. "So many damn devils!!" He smiled with his tongue extended.

"Thought it was you!" Issei said.

"Figures!" Saji added.

Freed spotted Asia and smiled wickedly. "Asia Argento. The traitor nun who gave her soul to the devils?"

Asia jumped back.

"How much do you love your new life as Devil Scum? Was it everything you hoped for? Was getting some devil dick really worth throwing away your humanity?!" Freezed mocked with his wicked cackle.

The reaction was immediate. Issei stood before Asia, his arm extended in front of her to defend her of any potential attacks. "Shut up! You lay one hand on her, I'll end you!" He threatened.

Rias and Sona had jumped in front of the group and raised their respective magic circles, in defense.

"Freed Sellzen..." (Y/N) acknowledged the madman, slowly rising to his feet as he slowly shuffled his way to the head of the group. "Was it you?" He questioned. "Were you the one responsible for Irina's state?"

"Well, I can't take all the credit, but I got a couple licks in!! Especially on her naughty little costume!!" He chuckled madly in response.

(Y/N)'s rage grew, the black mark on his head appeared, growing in size and with a more violent appearance. His iris went pitch black as darkness quickly emerged on his body.

"Heh?" Freed looked confused.

"You bastard..." He growled, lunging at the mad priest and slamming him into a tree by his neck, slowly crushing his neck with his claw of darkness. "You'll pay! I'LL KILL YOU!!!" He roared, releasing a massive and violent burst of black and greed fire.

Freed's screams of agony echoed loudly, slowly twisting into a sickening laughter. His body turned to burning stone, falling to the ground and breaking into pieces.

(Y/N) clicked his tongue in anger. Raising his foot to the head of what appeared to be a stone-shaped head of Freed, crunching it instantly. "...A fake."

"Phew! That was close!" Said a familiar and twisted tone of relief.

Off to the side, Freed Sellzen was alive and well. "Thank goodness for my Super Fast Sword." He said, holding out his childishly renamed Excalibur.

"It wasn't just the Excalibur, was it?" (Y/N) questioned.

Freed chuckled madly in response. "True enough." He said, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a clay figure with, what appeared to be, Ancient Greek engravings. "Thanks to this little toy I got from that cloaked hag from earlier." He said.

The stone figure slowly formed cracks within the body, eventually breaking on its own.

(Y/N) growled and prepared to attack once again.

"Whoa now, don't shoot the messenger, kid. Someone wants to talk to your woman." Freed said tauntingly.

"Don't care." The devil coated in darkness summoned Oblivion and lunged at Freed once again.

"(Y/N) wait!!" Rias called out.

(Y/N) swung his black sword, but was intercepted by multiple large yellow spears crashing onto the ground in front of Freed, protecting him from the attack. He jumped back and readied again.

Freed cackled once again. "Like I said; Someone wants to talk to you, Red!" He said, addressing Rias.

"Which someone?" Rias demanded.

Freed looked up in delight. "My boss!" He sang.

The sky immediately warped and darkened by the presence above.

Everyone looked up and took in the sight of a multi winged fallen angel.

"Fallen angel." Koneko identified.

"And he has 10 wings. He's of the Leader Class." Akeno confirmed.

"Great." You groaned.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, daughter of the House of Gremory. I am Kokabiel." The fallen angel identified himself.

"The pleasure is all mine, I'm sure. And please, call me Rias." The President replied in kind with her own diplomatic facade. "So you're the leader of the fallen angels? It's nice to put a face with the name."

"Your crimson hair is quite breathtaking. Just as lovely as the scarlet-haired Devil King. Even the facial expressions are similar. That is absolutely nauseating." Kokabiel spat.

"Thank you. Is there something you'd like to discuss with me, or are you just here to review my appearance? Not that I'm rushing you, it's nice to see a leader so closeup." Rias said to hasten the encounter.

"I'm thinking I'd like to do a little damage while I'm here, starting with this institution and moving on to the rest of the city." Explained Kokabiel.

"Why would you want to harm our school?" Rias questioned, clearly alarmed by the fallen angel's declaration.

"I figured if I do, Sir Zechs will have to emerge to help out his dear sister. What do you think?" Kokabiel explained.

Rias glared at the Fallen Angel General. "If you choose to do that, then you will be starting the war between God, the fallen angels and the devils all over again!"

Kokabiel laughed maniacally. "Better than what I got after stealing the Excaliburs: I thought for certain Michael would come after me, but all I got were some amateur exorcists and two pathetic Holy Sword Users. Honestly. It was disappointing."

"So wait, that was your goal?" Akeno questioned in disbelief.

"You actually want to start a war?!" Questioned Rias.

"Yes. Yes!" Kokabiel moaned in excitement. "After the first three-way war ended, I was so bored! There was nothing to do! Azazel and Shemazai were being so passive about when the next one would start.

"Those names...they sound familiar." (Y/N) thought back to the encounters with Raynare, and how she preached to them when she managed to steal Asia's Sacred Gears. "That's right. Raynare mentioned them before."

"Azazel. He's the General Governor of all fallen angels." Rias explained.

"Sounds like a good guy to know." Issei claimed.

'His voice sounds familiar too.' (Y/N) thought, watching the ten-winged as he analyzed his voice. 'Why do I feel like I've heard it before?' He questioned. He began to search within his memories. Thinking all the way back to his date and attempted assassination. 'That's it!"

"Not only is Azazel busy being distracted by impending wars, he's also spent time collecting something called The Sacred Gears. He always gets completely immersed in his collections." Said Kokabiel.

"So stealing the Holy Swords wasn't enough for you guys?!" Issei yelled.

"No need to generalize. Also, I have no interest in your Sacred Gears. I understand the Gremorys have a powerful collection, and I realize that they might be useful weapons, but I've got what I needed. Azazel might want them." Kokabiel smirked. "I'm sure he'd love to add children's toys to his collection."

"Like we would just hand them over!" Issei replied.

"Fallen angels, God, devils, we are just barely in a state of equilibrium. Which means...I CAN START THE WAR AT ANY TIME WITH MY OWN TWO HANDS!!!" Kokabiel roared.

"You're a complete war maniac!!" Rias chided.

The Fallen Angel General laughed. "Obviously. Why do you think I've been using devils this time? I've got you, Rias Gremory; Lucifer's little sister. Then I also have Sona Sitri: Leviathan's sister..."

The two girls glared at the war maniac.

"I have no doubt that there is an abundance of power hanging over the school the two of you attend. It'll make the perfect war zone. I know I will enjoy it immensely." Kokabiel smiled.

"That's insane." Saji said.

"Yeah, if by "insane" you mean totally 'effed up!" Issei replied.

Freed laughed madly at the shock riddled devils. "Don't you just love it when he lets his psychotic side shine? I'm starting to get excited about war, too! And look!" Freed revealed the four Excalibur's he had under his cape. "I even have toys to bring to the party!!"

"Holy Swords!" Koneko identified the weapons.

"Does that mean all the swords he has are Excaliburs?" Asked Issei with worry.

"That's what it looks like." Akeno replied.

"Shit-balls!" Issei cursed.

"The fun part is that every one of them is in hyper state and ready to be used! Who's your Daddy?" Freed chuckled shockingly. "And I scored this Holy Sword of Mimicry, Excalibur Mimic!" He said, pulling on the string on his arm. "It was a gift from that sweet little girl in pigtails.

(Y/N) immediately grew enraged by this, growling like a mad beast as he clenched his blade tighter.

"Oh, don't act so surprised. What do you say, dear little sister of the Devil King? NICE DAY FOR A WAR ISN'T IT?!" Kokabiel yelled, summoning a magic circle and calling spears of light down on the group of devils.

"FULL COUNTER!!!" (Y/N) roared, repelling the blades back to the sender, only to halt mere inches from Kokabiel's face.

The Fallen Angel General looked down to the young devil. He sighed and dragged his hand across his face, releasing an annoyed sigh. "You again?" He groaned. "How many times must I kill you before you stay dead, you persistent brat?"

(Y/N) looked at the ten-winged man with a stern and angered gaze. "Probably more than you expected. I'm know for being a persistent little fuck!" He replied. "That being said, I've been listening to you run on and on and I managed to place your voice."

Kokabiel looked intrigued.

"It was you." (Y/N) declared, earning confused looks from everyone. "You're the one who stabbed me from behind. You're the one Raynare was working for. You're the one who nearly killed me."

Everyone looked at the black marked devil in utter shock.

Kokabiel smirked. "Indeed. I'm impressed you managed to piece it together, seeing as how you were dying an all."

"Yeah? Well, shame for you, I'm still alive thanks to Rias. Guess you can call this well deserved ass-kicking reciprocation."

Kokabiel sighed. "I suppose it doesn't matter." He said. "Soon enough, your city will be nothing but a smoldering crater. How does it feel? Knowing you're never going to be strong to protect anyone you grow close to? The places you go? The places you call home?" Kokabiel goaded.

(Y/N) looked to the fallen angel with growing anger and confusion. "What are you talking about."

"Though, to be fair, despite my claims before, you certainly provide me with much entertainment. You put up more of a fight than I ever imagined." He continued. "Certainly more than your Mother and Father did, anyways."

(Y/N) eyes widened by Kokabiel's comment. "Wait what? You know...You know what happened to my parents?" He asked.

Kokabiel simply grinned. "Oops. Let that one slip." He said.

"Tell me! What happened to them!" He pleaded. "Were you responsible for their disappearance?!"

Kokabiel watched the tormented young Dragon Emperor plead for answers, much to his amusement.

"What happened to my Mother and Father?!"

The Fallen Angel General remained silent.

"Answer me damn it!! What happened to my family?!"

The fallen angel simply began to pick at his ears, looking bored.

"THIS SILENT TREATMENT IS STARTING TO PISS ME OFF!!! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO MY FAMILY?!"

Kokabeil simply laughed. "Freed, it's time to go." He said to his lackey.

"You got it!" Freed replied. "See you around kiddos!" He laughed, throwing down another bead that exploded into a bright blinding light.

As the light slowly faded, everyone frantically looked around for the enemy.

"Damn! Did they seriously get away?!" Saji asked in annoyance.

"Dude, are you okay?" Issei asked his friend, who hung his head in silence.

"We'll make him tell us what he knows (Y/N). I promise!" Akeno declared.

"Oh (Y/N)..." Rias looked to her servant with worry.

(Y/N) clenched his fists in pure rage. Baring his teeth in anger. "I'll make you talk..." He said. His dark magical energy exploded as he changed within the black and green darkness, forming his True Shadow transformation. "I'LL MAKE YOU TALK!!!" He roared, summoning wings of darkness from his back. "EVEN IF I HAVE TO RIP OFF EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOUR PUTRID WINGS TO DO IT!!!" He roared as he took to the skies after the fallen angel general, exploding the very ground below him as he took off.

"Did he seriously just take off?!" Saji questioned.

"I think I spotted him heading that way." Koneko, positioned on a tree branch, pointed towards the city in the direction of the school. "He's headed toward the academy."

"He's going after Kokabiel." Rias said.

"Alone?! Is he trying to get himself killed? Again in his case!" Saji bickered.

"Why on earth did a Leader Class fallen angel target (Y/N) specifically?" Sona questioned. "Any ideas Rias?"

"Not a clue." She claimed. "It's possible he was scared of his potential. But he seemed like he and (Y/N) had encountered each other even before then. There's something else going on here."

"Are they really gonna try and destroy the whole school?" Issei questioned.

"Guys." Sona addressed, looking out to the city. "They said that they were going to start at the academy, but it won't probably end there."

"True enough." Agreed Rias.

"Now what?!" Issei asked.

"No telling what he'll do exactly. But it would be very easy for a fallen Angel of that class to wipe out the whole city and it's detizens." Sona deduced.

"The whole city?" The mere thought of everything and everyone he held dear to him being destroyed was enough to enrage Issei. "I'm tired of the fallen angel shitfucks!! This is our home!! I'M NOT GONNA LET THEM DESTROY IT!!!" Issei declared.

"It's time." Said Rias. "(Y/N)'s already got a head start. We need to head towards the school."

"On it!' Issei replied.

Kuoh Academy

Upon the track field, a magic circle radiating holy magic continued to grow.

Galilie Valper laughed sinisterly. "This'll be fun. I can't wait." He said with an eager and excited smile.

A massive spire of golden holy magical energy erupted, swallowing the Excaliburs within the magic circle.

"Today is the day all my dreams finally come true!" Valper reveled.

Freed simply watched with a sickening smile on his face.

ORC Headquarters

Kiba simply watched the massive tower erupt from a window of the old school house, knowing now was the time to act.

Abandoned Church

Xenovia, upon the roof of the abandoned church, noticed the massive golden tower of magical energy.

Kuoh Academy

"By the way Freed, you did activate the Perfect Dome spell our Benefactors gave us to use, yes?" Valper questioned the mad priest.

"No." He replied. "But I mean really, who's gonna stop us at this point?" He questioned with a mad cackle.

"Excuse me..." Said a deep, threatening and authoritative voice.

The two excommunicated Church members looked over to the side.

Artoria, Isabela, Siris, Beerus, Tohru, and Chisato Hasegawa stood before them, weapons drawn and ready for battle.

"We're going to have to ask you to leave." Beerus said.

"Consider that your warning. Either leave now, or die." Artoria declared, gripping her golden blade.

Kuoh City

(Y/N) flew within the sky at breakneck speed, chasing down Kokabiel as he made his way to the academy.

Kokabiel looked behind him and grinned, speeding up after knowing the young devil was chasing him.

'I'll make you talk...' (Y/N) declared, forming a massive axe of darkness from his hand. "I'LL MAKE YOU TALK!!!" He roared, blasting at the Fallen Angel General. "KOKABIEL!!!"
