Another Powerful Enemy Appears

Kuoh City National Museum

3rd Person POV

Chisato Hasegawa continued through the empty halls of the museum to meet with an old college she had contacted to acquire materials in regards to (Y/N). As she continued down the Ancient Egyptian hall, she immediately sensed the lingering presence of magical energy. Most of which belonged to devils she knew. '(Y/N) and his friends must've been here on a summon request. This must've been when he was possessed by that perverted sorcerer.'

"Ah! Doctor Hasegawa!" Professor Nishimura called out, gaining the brunette's attention. "It's been far too long! Wonderful to see you again!" He smiled, offering his hand.

"Agreed. Far too long." She agreed, shaking his extended hand. "But, come on Rantaro, we went to collage together for years. Let's drop the formalities."

Professor Nishimura laughed. "I suppose you're right." He agreed. "Actually..." He began looking rather concerned and cautious. "I'm glad you contacted me when you did. I wanted to talk to you about something that has me rather worried."

"I see." Chisato replied as the began to walk and talk.

"Now, I'm sure this is not my place to say, but it's about that boy your watching over. (Y/N), was his name, yes?"

"That's right." She confirmed.

"I see. Well, he just so happened to come here about a couple weeks ago with some friends of his and helped me with a problem we've been having with one of our recent finds." He explained.

"Sounds like something he'd do." She smiled.

"But that not all...Chisato, I...I saw a mark on the boy's head. And, upon further inspection, I found it-"

"That's actually why I'm here." She interrupted.

The Professor looked to the Doctor in slight surprise. "I-It is?"

"Yes." She looked to her old friend with a determined gaze. "I came here for access to your archives. I need to make sure my theory is correct on something. And the content I need is within your archives."

"I-I see. Of course." He accepted. "Right this way." He said, guiding the young woman. "If you don't mind my asking, what exactly are you looking for?" He asked.

"I need everything you have on The Seven Deadly Sins, The Ten Commandments, The Holy Kingdom: Liones, Purgatory...And The Demon King."

(Y/N)'s House

(Y/N) was in his room, looking into the case that held his old combat attire from his old line of work. "It's been a while since I wore this. Hope it still fits." He said.

A knocked erupted on his door.

"It's open!" He answered.

"Hey (Y/N)? Are you feeling okay?" Questioned Asia in worry.

"Of course. Why wouldn't I be-?!" (Y/N) turned around and saw Asia rather alluring nurse's outfit. "A-Asia?!"

"So, what do you think?" She asked, fidgeting nervously. "Do you like this on me?"

(Y/N) simply stared in awe, completely captivated by Asia's attire and how well it suited her. From her body to her personality, they matched completely. "...Way more than I probably should-Wait, hold on! What are you doing; why are you wearing that?"

"Well, I thought you might still be a little upset after the duel yesterday. So I asked Aika for some advice on what to do. This is her idea; she thought wearing it would cheer you up." She explained.

"Wait, Aika. As in Aika Kiryuu?" He asked.

Flashback

Kuoh Academy

The girls were in the middle of changing for gym-class. As they did, Kiryuu and Asia continued to chat about Asia's concern for her friend.

"So, basically you think (Y/N) still upset and you want to make him feel better?" Kiryuu summarized.

"Yes." Said Asia as she removed her bra. "Do you really think there's anything that I can do, though?" She asked.

"Let me think for a second..." Said Kiryuu, stopping to think for a moment before snapping with an idea. "Wait! I have the perfect thing to cheer him up!" She declared. " And I just so happened to have bought it recently!"

Time Skip

"So, Aika let me borrow this cute outfit from her to wear especially for you!" Asia declared happily. "She said wearing this kind of thing has a restoring effect on the average male." She informed.

"...Well, it definitely suits you. No damn doubt about that..." (Y/N) mumbled, looking away with a concerned and doubtful expression. 'That girl's just as bad a Issei! Or Tony for God's sake!!'

"Well then? Did it make you feel a little better?" Asia asked.

"I am. Thank you, Asia." (Y/N) said with an assuring smile. "Look, I'm fine, really. I've just got a bit on my mind is all." He assured. "Besides, if I dwell on it too much, It'd kinda be saying like the guys would feel bad to, you know?"

"I guess that would be rude." Agreed Asia. "How is Kiba? He's not too upset about everything, is he?"

"He's alright. He's mellowing out a bit. Man's a trooper, he'll be okay." He assured. "Have some faith in ya boys, 'kay?" He smiled.

Asia smiled happily. "Okay!"

"Oh yeah, by the way...You know you can change out of that get up now if you want to, you know." (Y/N) reminded.

"What?" She looked to her friend confused. "I can if you'd like that, but I don't think you've been fully restored yet."

"R-Really, I'm fine; already restored enough!" (Y/N) claimed. "Anymore of this and I'll start feeling restored in a different way..." He mumbled.

Asia looked at the young devil confused. "What do you mean by "in a different way"?" She asked. "Did I do something wrong?" She asked, leaning forward and revealing the window of the outfit that bared the inside of her chest.

(Y/N) jumped in shock. "D-Did I say that out loud?! Never mind! Forget I said anything!" He begged. His phone suddenly buzzed in his pocket. He pulled it out and answered. "Yeah?...Got it. I'll be there soon." He said before hanging up. He closed the briefcase with his uniform and headed downstairs.

"(Y/N)?" Asia looked confused, grabbing one of his shirts and covering her outfit as she followed him all the way to the door.

"Sorry. Client wanted to go paintball shooting tonight. Figured I might as well go with the right gear and stuff." He said.

"Oh, I see." Accepted Asia. "I think it's great you're working so hard, but why so late?" She asked.

"It was kind of last minute. Didn't really think to much about it until he said the time. But by then, we already agreed." He explained. "When Rias gets home, tell her I said, "Hi!", 'kay?"

"Okay!" Asia smiled. "And congratulations on getting another regular customer besides Ms. Hasegawa!"

(Y/N) looked back and smiled. "Thanks. I'll be back later." He assured as he closed the door behind him.

As the young devil continued to walk through the dark neighborhood. After a far enough distance from the house, he stopped in his tracks. "I know you're there!" He claimed, turning around and looking behind him. "Come on out, Artoria!" He ordered.

The Heroic Spirit, as ordered, appeared from within an astral could of stardust, manifesting her true form, adorned in her armor. "You're not going to see a client, are you?" She asked, only to be met with silence. "Why did you lie to Lady Asia?"

(Y/N) looked to the ground, disappointed. "This doesn't concern her. I don't want her getting wrapped up in this." He explained.

"...You're going after Excalibur. Aren't you?" Asked the Knight.

(Y/N) chuckled. "You know me well."

"If that the case, I'm going with you."

"I don't need a babysitter, Artoria."

The blonde Knight glared her emerald eyes at her master. "As you're Servant, I demand you respect my authority as a Hero and give me permission to come with you, irregardless of whether you want me to or not!!" She ordered.

(Y/N) simply stared blankly at her.

"...Please." She added.

"Nnnoooo?" He replied.

Artoria sighed. "Diplomacy is out." She mumbled. "Too bad, I'm coming anyway!" She declared.

"Did Rias put you up to this?" He asked.

"She didn't. This is something that I wish to do on my own accord." She replied. "That being said, I feel it imperative I go with you."

(Y/N) sighed. "Artoria, I understand your concern. But this could be dangerous. Not to mention, we're working outside the actions and orders of the House of Gremory. I don't want you getting involved in this."

The Knight inhaled deeply, only to release a brief huff. "Master, need I remind you, I am a Knight!" She declared. "And not just any Knight, but YOUR Knight. And as your Knight, I swore to protect you and fight by your side, no matter the enemy! So, deny me all permission to go with you as much as you like..." She stood proudly, her hands on her hips and a proud smile on her face. "I'm still going with!"

"Oh yeah?" He questioned with a raised brow. "And why is that?"

"I just...I haven't been able to get this Excalibur incident out of my head after learning about it. I don't know why, but I have a strong feeling accompanying you on this mission will help me remember something about who I am or was!" She explained. "Please Master, allow me to go with you!" She pleaded. "My personal reasons aside, I don't want you facing these weapons alone!"

The young devil simply looked at the determined Knight. "...There's no talking you outta this, is there?"

"No. No there is not!" She proclaimed.

(Y/N) sighed once again, only to chuckle at his defeat to his Servant. "I see...Alright then." He accepted. "You know, you are one stubborn woman." He said.

"I guess I've pick up a thing or two from my stubborn master and his reckless behavior." She smirked.

(Y/N) smiled, offering Artoria his hand. "Come on, we're meeting up with the others. It'll be faster if we just teleport there." He explained.

"Very well." Artoria said, taking her Master's hand and holding it firmly.

The two quickly vanished in an instant, leaving the empty streets of their neighborhood.

Abandoned Church

As (Y/N) and Artoria arrived at the designated meeting place for their operation, greeting by everyone who had agreed to participate.

"Hey guys!" He greeted, quickly spotting Issei on the phone.

"I'm sorry, but we're not gonna be able to make it to today's summoning." Issei spoke.

"Well, all right." Said the boys' most recent client. "No problem; don't worry about it. I'll just call you again some other time. Later." He said before hanging up.

"Who was that?" Asked the newly arrived devil.

"Same guy from past two nights. Had to cancel 'cause of tonight." He explained.

"Gotcha. Good call." (Y/N) acknowledged.

Downtown Kuoh Pier

The man looked own to his smartphone, still smiling despite the news of the canceled summoning. "Only a devil would cancel on me last minute." He chuckled, turning to his side. "Hey." He greeted the person who had just arrived. "have you come to keep sad, lonely, little ol' me company?" He asked, tossing his line back out to the water.

The silver haired young man laughed. "That's funny. I didn't realize you ever got lonely."

Abandoned Church

"Okay, looks like everyone's here." (Y/N) noted. "If anyone has any special gear to ready, we should do it now before we head out."

"We've got these robes the girls gave us. Said they'd help us lure out Freed." Issei explained, showing him the garbs.

"Sounds good. Let's met up back here after we get all situated." (Y/N) advised as he walked off into a deeper part of the forest to change.

Irina watched as her fiancé walked off with a worried gaze, as did Artoria.

"So~" Saji slid next to the Heroic Spirit with a flirtatious smile. "How long be you been in Kuoh?" He asked.

"About two months, give or take." She replied.

"So uh, how do you know (Y/N)? Seem rather familiar with one another." He claimed.

"He's is my master. And I am his servant." She declared.

Saji was immediately shocked by this sudden news and fell to his knees. "Why? Why is this world so cruel?" He whimpered. "How's he already got a servant when he's still a servant himself?" He questioned, streaks of tears falling down his face. "He's already constantly surrounded by incredibly hot women, but now he's got a cute knight girl too? THIS SHIT ISN'T FAIR!!!" He bawled.

Issei kneeled down and patted him on the shoulder. "Dude, I get where you're coming from. But trust me, there more to it than you think."

"If your both done whining, then you should head inside and get ready. We don't have all night." Xenovia advised.

The two boys walked into the church to prepare.

Xenovia sighed. "I'm starting to wonder if enlisting their aid was really such a smart decision. Are you sure this was smart, Irina?" She questioned, turning to her partner to suddenly notice her absence, only watching her walking into the forest were (Y/N) had headed prior.

Deeper within the forest, (Y/N) entered a fairly large opening, illuminated by the moonlight above. "This should be alright." He accepted. He placed the briefcase on the ground, I clipped the seals and opened it, revealing his combat attire. He rose back up and raised his hand, channeling magical energy toward the clothing and himself. "Regarb!" He chanted, his current clothing changing with the clothes in his briefcase and his other attire vanishing. "Refitted to current size, just like the book said. Thank you for the Null magic tome, Akeno!" He thanked as he began to make mild adjustments to his new clothes. He fixed his collar and felt the "GO" pin. 'Genesis Operations...I wonder how everyone's doing.' He thought. Suddenly feeling a familiar presence approaching, he turned and spotted Irina coming into the clearing.

Irina stared at the young devil's new attire. A black shirt with elbow length sleeves with white colored accents across the arms and chest, secured tightly to his body by suspenders around his arm and chest. Black gloves with windows revealing the back of the hands were worn. A gray utility belt with six black pouches, two in the back and four in the front, strapped to his waist, securing the gray cargo pants he adorned and black combat boots grabbed his feet. She blinked two time to process his new attire and simply smiled. "Well, someone's all ready for a spec ops mission." He chuckled.

"That's...Not too far off actually." He murmured. "What's up? Shouldn't you be getting ready?" He asked. "Not that I'm not happy to see you, but we're are on a mission tonight."

"I know. I kinda have everything I need already. At least only what we were given for our mission here by the Church." She explained. "I just...Thought we could use this chance to catch up. We didn't really get a good chance to last time. Kinda just went on a spiel of what've I've been up to mostly."

"...Yeah." (Y/N) looked away, averting Irina's worried gaze. "A lot's happened...Since you moved. What do you wanna know?"

"Well..." She stepped forward, placing her hands on her hips as she stopped and looked more closely at her childhood friend's attire. "For starters, that outfit. Where in the world did you manage to get something like that?" She asked.

"Had it made due to work. Had to have something durable and comfortable to move in." He replied.

"Gotcha. And what were you doing for work?" She asked. "Are you still doing it?"

"No. I stopped working with them before my second year at high school started. It was...Freelance work. Mostly odd jobs. Ranges from whatever I was hired to do. From pick ups to...Exterminations." He explained.

"I see." Irina acknowledged. "By the way, the food you dropped off last night was amazing!" She smiled happily. Yukihira's food is always incredible!" She praised. "...How is she by the way? Mrs. Yukihira. Did she get better?" She asked.

(Y/N) almost didn't have the heart to tell her the truth. But he knew that Irina deserved to know. Having been gone for so long, she's have no idea. "...No. Her condition worsened after some time. She passed away nearly six years ago." He explained.

"Oh. I see." Irina said, the depressing realization of an old family friend passing away grew on her. "I should swing by their place when I get a chance. I should at least say hello and offer them prayer." She said.

(Y/N) smiled, kneeling down to tighten his boots. "I'm sure they'd really like that."

Irina suddenly fell silent, simply staring at the young devil in silence.

(Y/N) quickly noticed. "What? What is it?" He asked.

"Be honest with me...What happened after I left?" She asked.

(Y/N) sighed, looking away from the woman who he promised his life. "You want the truth, or a fluffed up version?"

"No lies. No more half-truths. I want to know." Irina pleaded. "Please."

(Y/N) took a deep breath and heavily sighed, preparing himself to explain everything that had happened after Irina left Kuoh. "After you left...My hand were tainted by blood. Kazuki died on a field trip trying to protect me after I went to go help her. My mother fell into despair and killed herself because she thought she failed as a mother. But before that, I had to kill that bastard of a father myself."

Irina's eyes widened from the shock.

"After that, everyone did what they could to help me recover. The Hyoudous, Tony and Pepper, the Yukihiras, and many others that came into my life helped ease the pain. But it didn't change the path I sent myself down. Shortly after starting fifth grade, I found myself working within a mercenary group called Genesis Operations, and worked as a mercenary up until the end of my first year in high school.

"So, during your fight with Xenovia, when you said those things, they were true?" Irina questioned in utter shock.

"I don't remember ever announcing something like that during the fight. Then again, I don't really remember some of it, so it's possible I mentally blacked out and said something." He admitted. "But that doesn't change the fact that I'm not the same boy you grew up with. The same boy you promised to marry and be with forever and such. That boy...Grew into a blood covered monster. Now, turned into a thing you're supposed to despise most of all, a devil."

Irina looked down, slowly coming to terms with the loss of some many she led dear, and what had happened to the man she loved the most.

"That's why...It's probably best if we call off the whole engagement thing." He said.

Irina felt a suddenness of shock and heartbreak. "...Why would you say something like that?"

"It was just a ridiculous promise made by a couple of kids who didn't know what the hell they were talking about. But hey, this'll give you the chance to find someone more deserving. Someone who loves you just as much, if not more than I do is out there somewhere just waiting for you. Someone who loves God as much as you do. Someone who's far more suited for your affection than I am." He turned to Irina with a stern gaze, only to watch as she fell to her knees and her head down. "Irina...After this, we'll be enemies. You need to accept the truth. I AM a devil. And you're a member of the Church and a follower of God. I could never forgive myself for making turn away from your beliefs."

Irina's eyes widened once again at (Y/N)'s statement.

"You need to accept the truth and disband any thoughts you had about-"

"I KNOW!!!" Irina yelled furiously, catching the young devil by surprise. "I already knew. We got the reports and when I found out...I was devastated. For a while I tried to convince myself it was all a bad dream. That it wasn't true. But I knew." She admitted. "But, to me, it didn't matter!" She declared.

"Irina..."

"It doesn't matter to me what you've become! A devil or fallen angel or whatever! It doesn't matter to me! Because I know, no matter what you are, you're still you! You're not a mosnter! You're not some blood thirsty killer!" She placed her hand on (Y/N)'s face, looking him straight in the eyes. "You're still the boy I fell in love with. You're the man I want to spend the rest of my life with! I want to become your wife! Live in a nice big house! Have lots of kids! And live happily ever after as we grow old together! So please..." She looked up, tears pouring from her eyes as she continued to proclaim her dreams. "Please don't throw away our promise! I don't even care if you have other women in your life! I just...I just want to love you, and be with you forever!!" She cried.

"Irina..." (Y/N) slowly began to shed tears of his own. He pulled his fiancé close, embracing her tightly as she did the same. "I do too. I just wanted what was best for you despite my feelings. I love you too. I just wanted you to be happy. And I thought...It was the best option." He said, hearing Irina hold in her cries. He slowly began to stoke his fiancé's head. "You know, the Church is never gonna accept this. You know that, right?"

"We'll figure it out. It doesn't have to be now or soon, but we'll figure it out somehow."

(Y/N) said nothing in return, only to sigh with contentment and an accepting smile sprouting on his face as he held Irina close.

The two cuddled in silence, comfortable in the others embrace, never wanting their moment of togetherness to end. However, the time had come.

"Hey." Xenovia entered the clearing. "Everyone's ready. Time to go." She said.

Both Irina and her devil fiancé rose up, releasing one another.

"Let's get this done. Then we'll talk about how we'll convince the Church." Irina assured.

"I don't think they'll listen, but we at least have to try." He replied back.

Irina smiled, planting a loving kiss on her lover's lips before she headed back to the abandoned church.

"You really care about her. Don't you?" Xenovia questioned.

"I do. Very much." He said. "Listen, Xenovia, I know we didn't get off on the right foot last time, but I have a favor to ask."

"Oh? And what's that?"

(Y/N) bowed perfectly before Xenovia. "I know Irina can be stubborn sometimes, and a bit of an airhead at others, but she's a wonderful person. Even if this request comes from a lowly devil like myself, please, I'm begging you, for as long as you two work together, please take care of her." He pleaded.

Xenovia was shocked by the young devil's request. "My word..." She sighed. "I heard of God believing devils, but a devil begging a member of the Church to watch over their own? What has this world come to?"

(Y/N) sighed in acceptance to Xenovia's supposed decline.

"But..." She added, catching the young devil's attention. "I've seen how much you love Irina...I'll do my best to watch over her. It's my job as her partner...And her friend." She smiled assuringly.

A wave of relief vanished from (Y/N)'s mind upon hearing Xenovia's claim. "Thank you, Xenovia." He smiled as he began to head back. "Let's go." He advised.

"Oh. Wait, before we go, there's something important I should tell you." Xenovia proclaimed.

"Something important?" (Y/N) turned back curiously. "What is it?"

"We truly appreciate being take such good care of. So, as thanks, you should know the White Dragon has awakened." She proclaimed.

(Y/N) looked stern at this new revelation. "Already? I see. Thanks for the info. I appreciate it, Xenovia." He thanked. "Come on, let's move." He said, continuing his way back to the church. 'The White Dragon Emperor...They make themselves known right after were told about them. It can't be just a coincidence.'

Time Skip

Rejoining the group, the devils were adorned in priest robes.

Saji didn't look too pleased about it. "A devil actually put on a priest's clothes." He griped.

"Not without kicking and screaming about it." Issei replied.

"Nothing will stand in the way of me and my goal." Kiba muttered, finalizing his attire.

"I think we'll be more efficient in two groups. Let's split up." Xenovia suggested.

"Sounds like a plan to me." Issei agreed.

"We'll go ahead and take the east side of Kuoh." (Y/N) claimed.

"The Irina and I will conduct our search in the west part of town." Xenovia added.

(Y/N) nodded, turning to his servant. "Artoria, you go with them too. Safety in numbers. Help them out." He ordered.

"As you command, Master." Artoria accepted.

"If you see anything at all, call the cell." Xenovia added.

"Understood." Issei agreed.

Eastern Kuoh

As the devils wandered through the empty streets, the information that Xenovia told him about the White Dragon Emperor continued to plague his mind.

"Everything okay, (Y/N)?" Koneko asked, bringing her fellow devil back from his trance.

"Huh? Oh, yeah. I'm fine." He said. "Just trying to think of other spots to go check out next."

"Probably some place without people." Kiba said.

"Does that mean you have a place in mind?" Issei asked.

Kiba nodded. "Yeah, I think so." He confirmed.

Abandoned Building

"This place?" Issei asked surprisingly. "It's where we defeated that stray devil, Riser, isn't it?"

"It was Viser, and no; this is a different building. But I definitely feel a stray's presence. But man, just hearing about that make it feel like ages ago since that happened." (Y/N) corrected and confirmed.

"You fought a stray devil?" Saji asked, shocked by Issei's claim.

"Yeah, like one every couple weeks or so." (Y/N) said as he approached the abandoned building. "She turned into a horrible monster, could hardly recognizer her as a woman or a devil anymore."

"It was wicked." Issei smiled lecherously. 'Especially her knockers.'

As the devils proceeded to walk into the rundown building, Koneko suddenly halts upon feeling a threatening presence. She turned around to survey the area, now on high alert.

"Wait, hold on."

"Something's wrong." Said (Y/N) picking up on the off feeling as well. Sensing further above, he looked up and saw the source. "Above!!"

A man with a savage looking sword, jumps from the top of the building, and slashes at Kiba. "Yahoo!!" He cheered.

Kiba quickly pulled a sword out of thin air and blocked the attack.

"Clink!!" Freed mimicked the noise of clashing metal, jumps back up onto the building, out of reach. "I forgot the thank you earlier!" He said.

"For what?!" Kiba barked back.

"Is that the stray priest?" Saji asked.

"Freed Sellzen. So it is him." (Y/N) glared.

"Oh hi! if it isn't the little midget and friends!" He grinned wickedly, quickly pissing of Koneko.

"Ha ha! Whoops! I mean "Little Lady"! Forgive me. You know I was really looking forward to some good old priest hunting tonight, but...all I found was a bunch of devils in costume." He said, licking the blade of his Excalibur.

"Careful with that sword. It's powerful." Koneko warned.

(Y/N) and Issei quickly deployed their Sacred Gears, immediately unleashing their Balance Breakers.

Welsh Dragon! Over Booster!

True Dragon! Over Breaker!

The light died and (Y/N) and Issei emerged in their Dragon Armor.

"No way! You've got Balance Breakers?!" Saji questioned in shock and jealously.

"That sword feels familiar, like the one Irina was carrying. It's an Excalibur!" Issei noted.

Koneko and Saji threw away their robes.

"Oh my my! Five of you in one night. I'm overwhelmed with my own popularity!" He bellowed with madness.

"Don't get too excited. I'm your only opponent!" Kiba roared, readying his blade.

"Oh I'm counting on it. After all, you never disappoint to show me a good time. That being said..." He smiled. "Why don't we make this little private affair into a public one? A good ol' fashioned gang bang?!" He cackled. "Yo! Tall, dark and musky, come on out!!" He howled.

"What the-?!" (Y/N) began to ponder, only to feel a familiar sensation of dread and murderous intent from above along with Freed.

"You sure don't waist any time. Do you, Sellzen?" A new voice began to chastise, revealing themselves by approaching the edge of the roof. A black haired man covered in red tattoos, shirtless with black pants, combat boots and a white and red yokai fox mask. Mitsubishi looked down and immediately spotted his target. "Well look at that, he took the bait. Well done." He said before jumping off the building and falling to the ground.

Everyone immediately put their guard up.

The fox-masked main rose his hand. "Calm down. I'm not here for any of you." He assured, slowly turning his head to the Azure Dragon Emperor. "I'm here..." A flame of black fire emerged within his hand, crushing it and forming it into a long blade. "For him!" He lunged towards (Y/N), grabbing him by the helm and pushing him deep into the woods, away from everyone else.

"(Y/N)!!" Issei called.

"I wouldn't if I were you." Another voice announced themselves. The devils looked up and spotted a woman in a hooded bluish-purple robe hovering in the air by wing-shaped extensions of her attire. "Not a single one of you will escape here. Besides, you wouldn't be able to get to him anyways, no one is leaving. I've placed a bounded field around them, and us. He won't be coming back, not until my master finishes him off. None of you will be able to help him. You will either fall to the mad priest's sword, or killed by my hands on the behalf of my master should you interfere." She threatened.

"Your master?" Issei questioned.

"Are you a devil too?" Saji asked.

The woman laughed. "I've been called such before, but no."

'This presence...' Koneko pondered, quickly realizing the connection between this woman. "I think I get it. Judging by your presence, you must be a Heroic Spirt, right?"

"Huh?! Koneko are you for real?!" Issei looked to the Rook in utter shock.

"A what?" Saji looked confused.

"My my, someone's done their research." The servant praised. "Yes, I am a Heroic Spirit. A Servant of the Caster class." She declared. "And seeing how you know of Heroic Spirits, I'm to assume you know of-"

"Blah blah blah blah blah!! So much annoying chitchat! Let's get back to killing each other!!" Freed cackled.

"Bastard!!" Kiba leaped up to the top of the building, charging at Freed.

"Hi!" Freed grinned. "What's hysterical, is the no matter how many brave little devils fling themselves at me, they are no match for this sword!" He declared, seemingly vanishing into thin air easily dodging Kiba's attack.

The Knight propelled himself back up as Freed descended back down.

"Thank you for playing!!" Freed screeched, crashing his Excalibur down onto Kiba's sword.

"Some have called the Holy Sword of Heavenly Flashes the "Excalibur Rapidly", but I don't. I call it...the "Super Fast Sword"!!" He proclaimed before vanishing once again.

The two started fighting at top speed, only revealing themselves through their strikes

"Oh man! He wasn't kidding! It's moving faster than Kiba! I guess that's why they say it can seal away a Knight's speed." Issei said, readying to jump in a assist Kiba.

A beam of light suddenly blasted the Red Dragon Emperor back down.

Everyone looked to the Caster, her hand aimed at them with a magic circle. "Don't think about interfering. Just be good little children and watch!" She ordered.

"This isn't looking good." Koneko worried, quickly pulling out her phone.

Boost!

"Dragon Shot!!" He roared launching a blast into the forest, only to disappear into the void. "Damn it!" Issei cursed. "We're really trapped in here! We can't help (Y/N)!" He said, angrily. He turned to the witch in the sky and clenched his fist. "Alright fine. Looks like we're taking these guys down first. Bring it!!" He roared, shooting himself up into the sky and onto the roof behind Kiba. "I've got your back, Kiba!" He declared. "No telling what this bitch will pull. I'll take her while you deal with Freed!"

"You got it!" Kiba agreed, charging at Freed once more.

The hooded woman merely giggled. "Oh I love it when children act tough~" She said, readying a staff. "Keep playing pretend sweetie~" She taunted, summoning multiple magic circles and aimed directly at the Red Dragon Emperor.

Beams of magic were fired and were barely evaded by the Red Dragon, only to destroy a piece of the roof.

Issei began to fly around with incredible speed, using only the thrusters on his back. "I'll take you down and shut down this barrier!!" He roared, sending a ferocious punch.

Caster ducked down and summoned a large magic circle in front of her, only to be destroyed when Issei kicked it into pieces almost immediately. "What the-?!"

"Eat this!!" Issei plunged his palm into Caster's gut, charging a concentrated blast in his claws until it was large enough. "DRAGON SHOT!!!" He roared, blasting the witch into the forest as she screamed within a trail of smoke.

Issei breathed and charged his magic once more.

"Aw! Feeling left out?" Freed asked mockingly. "Don't worry!! There's plenty left over for you, too!!"

"No thanks." Issei declined, charging at Freed to deliver a kick, only to be avoided. Through his countless attempts of attacking, Issei couldn't land a solid hit on the stray priest.

"Behind you~" Freed mocked, bringing down the Excalibur Rapidly on the devil in armor.

Issei quickly raised his left claw and blocked the attack but was sent crashing down.

"Hyoudou!" Saji called, running to check on him.

"Damn it! If only we could get that asshole to stop moving! Or at least slow him down!" Issei bickered.

Boost!

"So wait..." Saji smiled. "You just need to slow him down, right?" He quickly donned a stance. "Line up!" Violet rays began to flow onto Saji's hand.

Issei looked to the blonde in shock. "What's happening?" He asked. 'Wait, this presence...'

The light began to form into a black and yellow device in the shape of a chameleon with a deformed face appeared on his hand. "You'll see! Okay, Line, Go!" He said, the device throwing a thin blue beam of light from it's mouth and quickly wrapped around Freed's leg.

"Huh?!" Freed questioned before being brought down with a heavy slam.

"What'd you think? It's called the Absorption Line!" Saji informed. "Or yu can call it my Sacred Gear."

Issei looked to Saji in shock and awe once more. "You have a Sacred Gear, too?" He said excitedly.

"Hell yeah!"

"Freakin' awesome!"

"And go!" Saji said, attempting to pull Freed down from the roof.

The stray preist struggled to sit back up, but once he did, he proceeded to swing away at the blue magic line. "Damn it! Damn !Damn it!' He yelled with each swing. "This must be another one of those Dragon sorts!"

"Yours is a Dragon, too?" Issei asked, excitedly.

Boost!

Issei looked to his left claw and smirked under his helm. "Alright! Let's go!" He cheered, blasting himself back into the sky.

"What the hell?!" Freed questioned angrily.

"Issei?" Kiba watched as he ascended at incredible speed.

"Heads up!!" Issei called to the Knight and tapping him on the shoulder.

Transfer!

Kiba's body flowed with the additional burst of magical energy.

Issei, after tranfering whatever magical energy he could to Kiba, feel on his back as his Scale Mail vanished. "Yup, the dragon's awake. And so is his power now!"

"This power that I've been given is a gift." Kiba declared with a proud smile. "I will use it gratefully!!"

"What?!" Freed barked.

"Get up!" The Knight ordered.

Freed began to panic and began to swing at Saji's Absorption Line faster and harder. "Why can't I get this thing off?!"

"Sword Birth!!" Kiba plunged his sword into the ground, summoning a wave of blades, springing up all around the panicked Freed.

He looked to both his sides, watching the waves of blades coming directly to him at an incredible pace. He frantically began to swing his Excalibur, breaking each blade that came for him.

"Sword Birth, huh?" An unknown voice questioned with intrigue.

"Who's there?" Kiba asked with hostility.

A short, bespectacled elderly man with gray hair, a moustache, black eyes, donned in a white priest's garb emerged from the building. "A Sacred Gear that can exhibit invincible power, based on the user's ability. Oh Freed, looks like your use of Holy Swords, could still use some brushing up, couldn't it?" The old man asked.

"Look! It's Old Man Valper!" Freed said.

Kiba immediately glared at the man with pure hatred.

"That must be the guy Xenovia was talking about!" Issei thought out loud.

"He's the mastermind behind the Holy Sword Project." Koneko added.

"VALPER GALILEI!!!" Kiba roared.

The old man turned back and gave the Knight an egotistical smirk and a proud huff. "The one and only." He said.

Nearby Woods

As the others continued to battle with the rouge members of the Church, (Y/N) continued his own battle with the tattooed man.

The man swung his blade of black fire continuously at the armored devil, only to be repelled with every strike. Gripping the blade with both hands, he rushed the Azure Dragon Emperor with an overhead swing, only to be blocked once the young devil caught it with both his claws.

"So...I assume you're working with that weird kid with the space magic and that horned asshole, right?" He asked, struggling to hold the masked man's sword of black flames back. "I'm only asking because you went straight for me!"

"You'd be correct." He confirmed. "I do indeed work with them. But it's mutually beneficial!" He said. "They need more people with incredible power in their ranks, and they grant me ways to acquire powers I believe are more fitting for my use, to prove I'm the strongest being alive." He explained. "I am the perfect hunter. And I kill anything stronger than me to prove it!" He declared, raising his knee to the devil's gut, only to be blocked and tossed aside.

"Doesn't matter what your reasons! If you wanna kill me, I'm not going down without a hell of a fight!!" (Y/N) roared, his power bursting out.

"Good..." Said Mitsubishi, his blade of black flames shifting into the shape of a battle axe. "Then there'd be no point to any of this!" He declared, lunging at the devil.

(Y/N) pivoted to the side and avoided the strike, delivering a fierce kick against the man, who blocked with his weapon. He delivered a right kick, then a left, following up with a flurry of kicks at incredible speed.

Mitsubishi ducked down and kicked the young devil into the air, jumping up and sledgehammered him back down. The black flames coated his hand, forming into a massive bow. He pulled back the string all the way to his shoulder, conjuring a massive bow of black flames. "Now burn..." He said, launching the projectile at the target.

The Azure Dragon Emperor quickly rose up and readied for his counter attack. "Azure Dragon..." He began to chant, bringing his claw up. "Punisher-"

Mitsubishi chuckled. "Gotcha." He said. "Suzumushi Tsuishiki..." He chanted.

"Sheil-Huh?!" He watched as the arrow of flames broke apart into ten smaller projectiles and scattered around him.

Piercing the ground, the pillars of black fire began to  encompass everything around them in dark colored rings.

"Enma Kōrogi." Mitsubishi concluded.

Once expanded to the point where each one connected, the ten rings began to generate a black void all around (Y/N), growing in size until it formed a large black dome.

"Welcome to one of my many abilities; Zaraki. Within this space, all of your senses have dulled to the point of non existence. No sight, no hearing, no smell." Mitsubishi said.

"You still talking? If so, I can't hear, smell of see. I can not hear you!" (Y/N) replied.

"Now...Seeping crest of turbidity, arrogant vessel of lunacy. Boil forth and deny, grow numb and flicker, disrupting sleep..." Mitsubishi began to chant.

Ripples of darkness began to emerge on the ground, hitting (Y/N) with each wave.

(Y/N) collapsed, knelt down in pain. "The hell? What is this? Is this poison?!" He fretted. He stood up and conjured a blast into his claw. "Dragon Shot!!" He roared, punching the blast into the air, only for it to disappear into the darkness.

"Crawling queen of iron, eternally self-destructing doll of mud. Unite, repulse..."

"Damn it! I've got to get out of here!!" (Y/N) launches himself into the air hoping to fly out of the endless abyss.

"Fill with soil and know your own powerlessness..." As Mitsubishi concluded his chant, a giant black box formed around the dome on darkness. Dozens of black energy spears manifested around the box.

"Kurohitsugi..." The spears impaled the box, exploding violently.

The victim within cried out in utter agony.

The dark structures disappeared, revealing (Y/N) falling from high above, parts his armor destroyed and body wounded severely.

"Now, the finishing blow..." Mitsubishi conjured his bow of black flames once again, jumping high above the defeated (Y/N). Drawing the string, another bow of flames formed and grew ever more violent and prominent with each passing second.

(Y/N) weakly opened his decently good eye, watching the attack build up. His body was weak and his magical energy was almost nonexistent.

"Tenterudaijin...Kagutsuchi!" The masked man released the arrow, sending flying.

"Aw...Fuck..." (Y/N) cursed.

Abandoned Building

"One and only what, Old Man?" Freed asked in irritation. "Make yourself useful and get this lizard tongue off me!"

"You need to pour all your energy into the blade of the sword." He instructed.

"Oh, is that all it takes?" Freed asked, gripping Excalibur Rapidly with both his hands. "One energy cocktail coming up!" He said. Following Valper's instructions, the stolen sword quickly burned with holy golden flames.

Issei immediately grew worried. "Be careful, you guys! This is bad!"

Freed moaned in awe by the sudden rush of holy magical energy flowing into both him and the sword. With a maniacal laugh, he became engulfed with the same holy aura. He swung the sword down and cut off Saji's line.

"It's making sense now. If I figure out the perfect way to use the holy elements, I'll continue to gain power. I like this game." He deduced as he looked back to Kiba and Issei, immediately setting them on high alert. "I have an idea!" He cackled. "Why don't you all just stand there and become prey for my sword?!" He suggested, leaping into the air, and flies directly at Kiba at remarkable speed.

Kiba quickly pulled out his sword and rushed to Issei, ready to block Freed's attack.

"You first!" Said Freed, downward swinging onto Kiba, only to be blasted away by a nightly blast of wind.

"What the?" Freed baffles as he barley recovered.

"Artoria?!" Issei awed upon her arrival.

"Hello Issei. Glad we got here when we did." She said, donning her fighting stance.

"Yoohoo!" Irina called, quickly joining the others with Xenovia by her side, discarding her cloak for combat.

"Irina? Xenovia? What are you doing?" Asked Saji.

"What? What do you mean? You contacted me so we came to help, duh!" She explained.

"We did?" Saji asked, confused.

"Yeah. Good to know you're paying attention. I called them." Koneko explained.

"But how'd you get in? That Caster chick said she put up a bounded field around us so we couldn't help (Y/N)."

"Wait what?!" Irina suddenly began to worry, suddenly noticing her fiancé's presence. "Where is he? Where's (Y/N)?" She questioned.

Xenovia jumped high into the air, bringing her Excalibur of Destruction down onto the mad priest, it's golden aura flaring up as it clashed with it's sister sword. "You're both traitors!!" She hissed. "Hear me,  Freed Sellzen and Valper Galilei! I condemn your souls in the name of our God!!" She declared.

"How dare you say that! Don't you ever croak that disgusting name in my presence again!!" He roared.

"Answer the question you wicked fiend!!" Yelled Artoria, charging at Freed with her invisible blade. "Where is my master?!" She swung her sword, only to be blocked by the stray preist's Excalibur.

In that moment, Artoria's mind was flooded with images and scenes of an age long ago. A kingdom long in the past, familiar faces, battlefields and much much more. The wind on her blade vanished with the clashing of swords, revealing the blade she had been using all along. A golden blade which radiated the light of victory had been revealed.

"I...I remember..." She muttered.

Freed took Artoria's stunned stance as a chance to break away. Kicking her in the gut, he propelled off her and backflipped down to Valper.

"You're done." Valper said.

"Heh?" Freed looked to the old man, shocked confused and disappointed.

"All you had to do was to rid us of those vermin from the church who had snuck in while our benefactor finishes up his task. Easy. But there they are, all with holy swords, and you're outnumbered."

From within the forest a tall black spire of flames erupted, a roar of agony and pain echoed loudly.

Everyone looked back and watched as the tower of fire slowly died down and faded from the distance.

"And there's our indicator. Time to pull back." Valper added.

"Aw, so soon?" Freed whined, only to smile. "Well, see ya!"

Freed pulled a small object from his pocket and threw it to the ground, releasing a blinding flash. Kiba, Xenovia and Irina leapt to the center of the flash, only to find it vacant. The light died down, Freed and Valper had escaped.

"Let's go, Irina." Beckoned Xenovia.

"Leaving so soon?" A Dark Corridor appeared in front of the forest, stopping Irina and Xenovia in their tracks. Mitsubishi emerged, a horrifying sight in his hand. "Don't you want to know how your little demon spawn friend did?" He said, raising his hand, revealing a defeated and badly burned and severely wounded (Y/N). He tossed the devil over to the others and watched as they all ran to him.

"Is this really the best he has to offer?" The masked man questioned with disappointment. "I would've thought that the one who fought Beerus to a draw and took one of my Berserker's lives would prove to be more formidable. Then again, he couldn't even fight against an Ifrit, so I guess it shouldn't be too surprising." He concluded, moving slowly towards the devil on the ground.

Those still able to fight readied themselves in the case of any potential attack, protecting their friend and comrade.

"You fight for him, knowing how weak he is?" Mitsubishi questioned. "What's the point? He's weak. It's best to cut him lose so you can continue to grow stronger." He said.

"How dare you!" Irina hissed, holding his wounded love.

"The hell're you taking about!" Issei barked.

"The weak die and the strong live." Mitsubishi shook his head. "That's just how the world's supposed to work. It's what we've been trying to restore since that THING started walking this earth." He explained. "He has all that power. All that limitless potential! And what does he do? He uses it to HELP people! Make the world a better place!! HE SHOULD BE USING IT TO TAKE WHAT HE WANTS AND SUBJUGATE THOSE BELOW HIM LIKE THE MONSTER HE IS!!!" He roared, enraged and disgusted by (Y/N)'s actions and choices.

Everyone fell silent to the man's words and proclamation, feeling the pure hatred and dread he emanated as he raged.

Mitsubishi placed his hand to his face, shaking it in disappointment as he took a deep breath, calming himself. "But, that's his choice. It's a stupid one. But it's his." He admitted. "...That being said..." He added, quickly conjuring a sword of black flames. "That makes him weak. And we must purge the weak from this world in order to save it." He said, slowly stepping towards the group. "That's more than enough reason to kill him." He pointed his blade of flames directly at the beaten Azure Dragon Emperor. "Those who don't wish to die, stand aside."

Sona's Sauna

Sona gently slapped a brush of herbs against her back. "Really? Kiba did?" She asked Rias.

"Do you think-Did I make a mistake?" Rias asked, questioning her own judgment.

"He is still part of your House, right?" Replied Sona.

"Of course." Rias quickly replied. 'No matter what he says, there's no way I'd let Kiba leave me like that. He's just being dramatic. At least, I hope he is." Rias continued to worry.

Sona simply chuckled over her friend's worry, though not out of mockery, but out of acceptance. "Why am I not surprised? After all, the House of Gremory is famous for the strong bond between its family members, is it not?"

"Yes." Rias replied.

"I believe it's true his feelings may have gotten the best of him, at least, for the moment, it seams." The Sitri explained, sprouting a reassuring smile. "I have no doubt. He will always be a member of your house."

Rias looked to Sona, rather surprised by her claim.

"Kiba will come back to you, Rias. I know it." Sona added.

Rias' shocked gaze slowly turned into a knowing and accepting smile, reassured by her friend's comforting words. "Thank you, Sona. Thank you."

Suddenly, a beam of light emerged from the floor and appeared before the two Kings. As the light expanded, figures began to form through the projection of light, revealing Akeno, Tsubaki and Whis.

"Excuse me, ladies. Apologies for the interruption." Whis pleaded.

"Thank you all for all of your hard work today." Rias thanked. "Especially you Whis, you certainly didn't have to."

"Think nothing of it, Rias. If it means lending a hand to the families of devils in which me and my Lord favor, then we're more than happy to lend a hand." Whis bowed courteously.

"It's getting pretty late though, isn't it? What's going on?" Sona asked, slightly concerned.

"Well, that's actually why we're contacting you." Whis said, his laid back expression suddenly turning grave and stern. "The situation has turned quite grave." He claimed.

Both Rias and Sona's expressions suddenly grew concerned and serious.

Abandoned Building

Issei stepped forward, digging his feet into the ground and glared at the man with solid determination. "You want him...You got to get through me!" He said.

"No..." Artoria went to the young devil's side along with Kiba, Xenovia, Koneko and Saji, all readying for battle. "You must make it past us!" She declared.

Mitsubishi sighed in annoyance, slowly shifting his gaze towards Issei. "You're the one who fought of Caster. and with brute force no less. Impressive. As expected of the Red Dragon Emperor." He looked at the others, huffing in acceptance. "I see. Sword Birth, two Excalibur fragments, Boosted Gear, Absorption Line, a Saber class servant, and a Nekomata..."

Koneko was instantly terrified and shocked by the masked man's identification.

"Quite the menagerie you've got yourself here!!" He hollered to the slowly rising (Y/N). "Still, at the way you're at now...None of you...Will be able to beat me! For I..." He rose his sword of black fire up, the flames growing more intense by the second. "AM THE ULTIMATE HUNTER!!!" He declared, raising his hand to the sky as it became engulfed in black flames. "AMATERASU!!!" He roared, slamming is fist into the ground and sent a wave of black flames at everyone.

Artoria ran forward and plunged forth her sword, releasing a massive burst of magical energy and dispersing the oncoming wave of ebony flames.

"Impressive. But how will you counter the one up above?" He asked.

The Heroic Spirit quickly looked up, spotting a blast of black fire falling towards them with incredible speed.

A massive ball of Ruin Fire flew forward and crashed into the descending arrow, causing the attack to dissipate upon impact.

Mitsubishi smiled under his mask. "Well we'll, do the masters come to put her lose pets back in their leashes." He taunted. "I was wondering when you'd show up...Rias Gremory. Sona Sitri."

The mentioned women arrived on the scene, their Queens right beside them.

"Sona!" Saji said in shock.

"Rias!" Issei noticed in surprise.

"Akeno...Tend to the injured." Rias instructed.

"Yes ma'am." Akeno replied, turning to her severely injured junior.

"Tsubaki, lend her a hand." Sona said.

"Yes, President." She agreed.

"You girls still pamper and treat him despite knowing how weak he is? I'll never understand devil society." The masked man sighed. "Whatever. So what? You going to fight on his behalf now?"

Rias said nothing, her bangs hid her violent glare within their shadow. "...Sona...He's mine." She said.

"...Very well." Sona accepted, taking a step back. "Just one thing...Give him hell."

Atop the abandoned building, Beerus and Whis simply sat and began to watch the inevitable battle.

"Do you truly this this is wise, Lord Beerus?" Whis asked.

"Of course. Rias' been working hard to get stronger. She can't rely on her Azure Dragon Emperor for everything, now can she? She even said so herself. Isn't that why you desired to train her?" Replied the G.O.D.

Whis smiled humbly. "I wouldn't say I trained her, I simply taught her a few tricks and gave some advice on how to properly preform in combat." He explained.

"Well...Let's see if it pays off." Beerus looked back to the ground below, watching Rias closely.

Mitsubishi chuckled. "Really now? You're going to fight me one on one? While your power of Destruction is impressive, compared to us, it's nothing more than a little light show. Far from the caliber that your little demon spawn is fro-" Mitsubishi was immediately silenced by a blast of Ruin Fire crashing right into his face, destroying a portion of the forrest behind him in the process.

"Did THAT feel like a light show, asshole?" The redhead asked.

(Y/N) slowly began to open his weakened eyes, regaining consciousness once more. "Wha-? What happened?" He asked, quickly bombarded with pain. "Ow! Pain! Everything's in pain!!" He groaned.

"Just hang on! Try not to move!" Akeno ordered as she began to heal him.

"Just try to breath." Added Tsubaki.

Rias watched the black and red fire burn before her, waiting for the enemy to make a counter attack.

"Well now..." The masked man groaned, rocking his head back and forth as he rubbed his neck. "That definitely stung a bit. Not bad. Still..." He quickly conjured a spear of black flames. "It's nowhere near my level of power!!" He hurled the spear at Rias, only to be blocked by a magic circle barrier.

Rias conjured a ball of Ruin Fire in her other hand and slammed in into the spear, destroying it completely.

"...Well now that just seems unlikely." Mitsubishi admitted. "But, now I'm just intrigued." He said, conjuring a scythe of black flames. "Let's see just how much stronger than your servant you really are!!" He said charging at the Crimson Haired Princess of Ruin.

Rias pivoted to the side and spun around, evading her opponent's attack and allowing her to elbow him in the chest.

Mitsubishi fell back, stunned by the surprise blow.

Rias coated her hand his Ruin Fire, creating a small black and red blade with the raging and destructive magical energy, and lunges towards the tattooed man, only to be blocked by his axe of black flames. She quickly kneed him in the gut and rose the rest of her leg up to hick him in the jaw. She leapt up and put his head in between her thighs, spinning around until throwing towards a tree and breaking it upon impact.

Everyone simply watched in utter awe.

"...Holy shit." Issei said, slack-jawed.

"Ever since you left for Alistor, she's been training under Whis. She's more attuned to magic, but now she's learning to fight hand to hand. We can't have our reckless and incredibly adorable Azure Dragon Emperor to thank for that." Akeno explained with a smile, still healing her underclassmen's wounds.

(Y/N) said nothing in response and simply waited patiently for his injuries to heal and his magical energy to recover.

"Master..." Artoria addressed, kneeled down to her master. "Allow me to help." She insisted, placing her hand on his shoulder and releasing her magical energy into him.

Mitsubishi roared in anger, taking the broken tree and throwing at Rias. "Bitch!!"

Rias simply summoned a ball of Ruin Fire and incinerated to hunk of wood as it approached. Sprouting her wings, she shot towards the masked man, kicking him in the neck and sending him into the air and took off after him.

"Tch!!" Mitsubishi ticked. "This is getting annoying!!"

Rias rose her arm, pointing her flat hand at her enemy and shot numerous smaller blasts of Ruin Fire.

Mitsubishi simply dodged each one with ease, but that did not stop the barrage. He eventually stopped and watched as each is flew past him.

'What is she planning? I stopped evading her attacks and they're still just flying past. What is she-?!' He suddenly realized what was happening and quickly noticed he was surrounded by spheres of Ruin Fire

"Carnage Cage!" Rias growled, clenching her hand and sending the surrounding orbs of Ruin Fire towards Mitsubishi.

"Oh...Oh that's good." He admitted, bracing for the impact of the multiple impending blasts.

As the battle between the King of the Gremory Peerage and the masked assailant continued, (Y/N) began to feel his magical energy return to a decent amount, enough to the point where he could fight once again.

"Unforgivable!" A voice growled in spite.

Nearby Forest

"What the-?!" (Y/N) turned around and noticed he was within the forest once again Artoria.

"What the-What just happened?" He  asked.

"Were we teleported?" Artoria questioned, readying her blade.

"Unforgivable!" The voice growled in spite.

From within the shadows of the forest, Caster emerged. "I can not be defeated like this!" She said. "I can not lose like this! Taken down by a devil boy who's barely got a grasp of their own power?! It's unforgivable!!" She yelled, looking to (Y/N). She instantly smiled wickedly. "However...If I we're to kill you here, then my master's goals shall be realized!!" She declared, pulling out a jagged rainbow colored dagger and summoning her staff. "Now be good little devils and stay out of my way!!" She ordered, blasting towards the devil.

"Oh? I'm afraid I can't let you do that." Another new voice denied.

Caster was quickly bombarded by golden blasts of magic, prompting her to evade each on as quickly as possible.

The Heroic Spirit and the young devil looked like towards the direction of where the blasts came from, spotting a familiar blonde haired man. "This boy has provided me with much entertainment. And he will continue to do so."

"Wha-?! Gil?!"

The blonde haired man looked down to (Y/N) and smirked. "Long time no see, devil. Seems as though you need a hand. If so, allow me." He said. Golden portals suddenly appeared behind him and a stone made book-like object appeared before him. "Now, behold, mongrels! For now you shall bare witness to the prowess of the King of Heroes!! Feel the power of the all powerful Caster Servant: Gilgamesh!!" He declared proudly, continuing his barrage of blasts at the other Caster servant.

"Another Servant?" Artoria questioned. "And two of the same class no less...What in the world is going on? Is this...?"

Abandoned Building

The smoke from Rias' attack eventually cleared, revealing Mitsubishi in a guarded stance as small flickers of Ruin Fire remained on his body.

"As expected from the Empress of Annihilation. Your powers are rivaling that of even your brother's." He admitted. "However..." His magical energy exploded, encasing him in a violent and explosive swirl of dark flames. "It's still no match for me!!" He declared, dispersing his blade of ebony flames and gripped his hand tightly, conjuring a massive sphere of black and purple fire. "Hear me well 0'three headed black dragon..." He chanted, slowly raising his arm up as the flames grew. "Destroy those wedges of time, and tear apart those chains of life! Engulf the world whole!!" He released the flames, taking the shape of three Dragon heads as they shot towards Rias violently and at incredible speed.

Rias quickly put up a barrier and blocked the incoming flame-made beast heads.

From within the flames, Mitsubishi appeared, his blade of black fire drawn and ready to strike. "Völkermord Feuerdrachen!!" He swiped his blade, proceeding to destroy Rias' barrier.

She quickly ducked down, nearly missing the attack from her opponent, leaving him wide open for an attack. She shut her leg straight up and kicked the masked man in the gut, staggering him. She rose her other leg and kicked him to the ground and forming a massive crater down below.

Mitsubishi struggled to move his body, from ten debris he became trapped within. He looked up and sensed a large collection of destructive magical energy forming.

"My turn..." Rias glared, extending her finger and raising hit up high, forming a small ball of Ruin Fire. "Now fade away...Total Detonation!!" She roared, hurling the ball of Destruction magic.

Mitsubishi simply watched the incoming projectile, instantly noticing, despite its size, the magic of Destruction was condensed so deeply within, it was able to destroy anything it touched instantly and violently. "Protect me flames of the gods...Amaterasu!" He chanted, a pool of black flames quickly emerged.

The sphere of Destruction magic made contact, resulting in a massive explosion of red and black, releasing a powerful blast of wind and nearly destroyed anything nearby by its sheer force.

Nearby Forest

Gilgamesh, the King of Heroes, ruler of Ancient Mesopotamia, summoned to the modern world as a Caster Servant, continued his endless assault on Mitsubishi's Caster.

"What's wrong, Witch? Surely you're trained enough where you have the aptitude's to repel one of my attacks!" He said, watching her simply fly around to avoid getting hit. "If this is grisly all your capable of, then you're a disgrace to all Casters! You do not deserve to be called a Heroic Spirit!!" He chided.

"Damn you!!" Yelled the female Caster, quickly halting and making a B- line to Gilgamesh. She readied her rainbow colored dagger and aimed it at the blonde, only to be blocked by two sword appearing from below.

"Fool." He said, summoning chains from below and binding her in place. "You've sealed your fate!" He said, leaping back as a massive golden portal appeared from high above.

Everyone looked up and watched in utter awe as a massive sword began to slowly appear from within, its massive blade aimed right for the cloaked Caster.

She didn't even say anything. She simply watched as the giant blade came crashing down towards her.

Abandoned Building

They smoke and flames from Rias' attack slowly began to fade, revealing a small cocoon-shaped structure on the ground. Cracks began to form and was suddenly shattered, revealing Mitsubishi on his knee, faint of breath.

Rias glared at the man and slowly descended back down, Ruin Fire in hand.

Mitsubishi chuckled as he rose up, dusting himself off. "I'll admit. You're very powerful. If I hadn't invoked the Protection of the Gods, I may have been reduced to nothing." He admitted. "Honestly, I'd go as far to say you're stronger than your precious Pawn." He mocked, earning a glare. "But that just begs the question; why bother with someone like him in the first place?"

"Because he saved my life. He gave me my freedom. He showed me affection that didn't come from my name or title. He showed me what it's like to be sincerely loved. And for that, I will protect the man I love no matter the enemy!! No matter the threat!! I WILL PROTECT HIM!!!" She declared, taking her aim.

"Rias! We have a problem!" Akeno yelled in panic. "(Y/N)'s gone!!" She said.

Rias turned around and noticed her beloved was indeed missing from the scene.

"Irina and Kiba are gone too! So are Artoria and Xenovia!" Issei added.

Suddenly, from farther off into the forest, a giant sword appeared from a larger golden portal from high above, suddenly crashing down and emitting a massive earthquake.

"So that how it is?" Mitsubishi said with disappointment.

Rias jerker her head back, glaring daggers at the masked man. "You...What did you do?!"

"I didn't do anything." He claimed. "But I have a feeling I know who did." He growled in anger.

Caster laid on the ground in a pool of her own blood, screaming in utter agony, her body ripped, twisted and broken in multiple places.

"Shut up..." Gilgamesh mumbled. "Come on, Witch! This is disgraceful to all us Heroes." He said, his irritation growing.

"END MEEEE-!!!" Caster begged.

"SILENCE YOU WITCH!!!" Gilgamesh ordered.

Caster immediately silenced herself.

"Heal yourself, you pathetic mongrel!!" He ordered again.

The cloaked Caster groaned in pain as her wounds and body began to heal and regenerate.

"Uh...what?" (Y/N) questioned.

"Oh, you've got to be kidding me." Irina gripped.

Caster sighed in relief, her body back to how it once was.

"I knew you had more magical energy. So much that you managed to evade a direct blow from one of my treasures." Gilgamesh deduced. "I'd go as far to say you managed to flicker time at just the right moment, allowing you to live through that attack. Isn't that right, old hag?"

"That's right." She confirmed. "Thanks to my master, I was able to acquire more than enough magical energy before we began tonight attempt of killing that monster you're protecting." She explained.

"Oh?" Gilgamesh questioned, looking back to (Y/N). "I see." He simply said.

'Caster, where are you?' Mitsubishi questioned telepathically.

'I'm in combat with another Servant. He appears to be another Caster. But he's protecting the boy.' She explained.

'...I did not order you to do so..." Mitsubishi replied, sounding incredibly disappointed.

Caster was shocked by the dark tone in his voice, and was instantly terrified. 'M-Master-

'We're leaving...Let's. Go.'

'But I-'

'Now.'

Caster shuttered, looking to the young devil. "You should count yourself lucky, children. My master has taken pity on you. This time. Don't let it go to your head. You won't be so fortunate next time!" He declared before vanishing into stardust.

Abandoned Building

"Right. Well now that that's taken care of, I'll be taking my leave as well." He said, a Dark Corridor opened behind him and he began to walk through it.

"That's it? You're running?" Rias said.

"Our goal is to kill your little Pawn. My goal is to kill the strongest being alive. No point in staying if he's not here. That being said..." He looked to Rias Gremory, a small smile formed under his mask. "Fighting you was a nice surprise. Who knew the Gremorys were so powerful. Though, they're not as strong as he could be, it's still a nice surprise."

"Why are you doing this? Who are you?" Rias questioned.

"I'm sure you already know who we are. But, out of respect for that wonderful display of prowess, I'll tell you my name." He said. "My name is Mitsubishi Amaterasu. And I will be the one who kills your precious demon spawn. You can count on it!" He proclaimed, vanishing into the Dark Corridor as it soon vanished.

'So, these are the kinds of people that are targeting (Y/N).' Rias thought.

'I just got him back. No way in hell I'll let them take him.' Akeno thought.

'I'll never let them have their way!'  Rias declared.

'I won't lose him again!' Akeno declared.

'Never!!' They thought in unison.

Gilgamesh chuckled. "You certainly never fail to attract the oddest of attention, do you devil?" He questioned, hopping down from the tree and walking towards (Y/N) and Artoria, who immediately put her guard up.

"While the assistance is appreciated, what was your reason for doing so?" She questioned.

"Simple. I was protecting an investment for my entertainment. That's all." He replied.

"You what?!"

"Gil." (Y/N) gaining the floor. "Er Gilgamesh, or Caster-"

"Gil will be fine." He assured.

"I appreciate the help, really. But I'm sorry you had to step in like that." (Y/N) apologized.

"Don't worry about it. Just remember you owe me one. Now, let's get you back to your master."

"Yeah. Probably should. It must be chaos over there."

"Master, allow me." Artoria said, putting (Y/N) arm over her and lifting him up.

"Thanks." He said, trudging back to the others with the Heroic Spirits in tow.

Abandoned Building

As (Y/N), Artoria eventually made it back to the others, they instantly saw his team on their knees, their heads down in shame as their masters stood above them.

"Oh, this doesn't look good." (Y/N) realized.

"I believe this is where I should take my leave." Gilgamesh said. "I'll come by and cash in on that favor you owe me sometime later, devil." He said, looking up and noticing Beerus and Whis. He smiled before vanishing into gold stardust.

"Goodness, what have you gotten yourselves into?" Rias asked playfully.

"Rias..." (Y/N) mumbled.

"I'm sure this will be a lively story, I can't wait." She smiled.

"Whenever you'd like to start explaining, I'm ready." Sona glared at Saji.

Issei and Saji screamed and shrieked in fear, while (Y/N) held his head down in shame.

Time Skip

After the injured were treated, (Y/N), Issei and Saji were seated in the ground, on their knees. Issei looked like a sad puppy, Saji looked as if I'm he were in fear for his life, and (Y/N) bangs his his eyes as he continued to lower his head.

"I know we said that we wouldn't intervene but I at least want to know what's going on." Said Rias. "Therefore, Akeno and Tsubaki will be keeping an eye on you from now them."

"Wait, what?!" Issei questioned.

"Saji!" Sona yelled.

The blonde yelped. "Umm, yes?" He looked up sheepishly.

"You weren't nearly as cautious as you needed to be back there." She said, causing Saji to whimper. "Seriously. I'm disappointed." He said coldly.

Saji's fear began to grow. His master's scolding added with the cold gaze mixed with the darkness of their surroundings increased it to a whole new level of fear for him. "I-I'm so sorry. Please forgive me." He begged.

"Well, I'm guessing Kiba isn't here because he went to look for that Valper, is that correct?" Rias questioned.

"Yeah, along with Xenovia and Irina." Issei answered.

"They must've taken the chance to go and search during your fight with that masked man." Akeno suggested.

"It's possible." Rias pondered with worry.

"I mean, I'm pretty sure if something happens, he'll let us know." Issei assured.

"I wonder. His head is so filled with thoughts of revenge. Plus I don't know that he could call if he wanted to."

Issei looked shocked at this realization, only to lower his head. "Damn!"

"Koneko." Rias addressed.

"Yeah?" She replied.

"Why did you ever get involved with all of this?" She asked.

"Because...I didn't want Kiba to go away. Sorry." The Rook admitted, the sound of guilt loomed within her usual stoic tone.

Rias simply sighed. "Well, there is no use dwelling on it now, is there? I need you to be mindful of your actions. The choices you make will always have an effect on the rest of us. You understand that, right?"

"Yes." Rias' devils replied.

"I'm very sorry,Rias." Issei apologized.

"Me too." Koneko added.

(Y/N) continued to sit in silence, only to clench his hand in spite of himself.

A loud slapping sound followed by a scream echoed through the entire building and drew the attention of the others over to Saji, who was screaming in utter pain as he was continuously smacked on the butt by Sona, using magic to increase the amount of power behind each blow.

"I think you need more time to reflect on your actions!" Sona said, smacking him again.

Saji screamed once more. "I'm sorry, Sona! I beg your forgiveness!" He begged

"Not yet." Sona Sitri denied. Not until you've had a thousand spankings."

Issei immediately grew fearful for his own wellbeing being. "She's using her powers to spank him? No way! What's Rias going to do? I'm screwed!"

"ALRIGHT ENOUGH!!!" (Y/N) boomed, halting Sona's punishment and gaining everyone's attention.

"Please. Don't punish them. This was all my idea. If you're going to punish someone...Then punish me." He demanded, ready to accept the consequences.

"(Y/N)..."

"I just wanted to help Kiba. He's done so much for me. But it's like you said, his mind is so fixated on revenge and hatred, he'd do anything to accomplish his goal. That path of life is dangerous. I didn't want him going down it. I was going to ask Irina for help because they said they'd either want the swords returned or destroyed. In the end, the goals were more or less the same, so I figured we could work together. I didn't want Issei or Koneko getting involved, I really didn't. I know I'm one to talk, but they can be stubborn, and they wouldn't take no for an answer. However, the mission was to simply draw out Freed and take him out and retrieve the Excaliburs, we didn't anticipate a Master and a Heroic Sprit to show up. It's was my fault for not taking that into consideration, and it left you having to clean up my mess. And for that, I'm very sorry. So please...Madam Sitri...Master..." (Y/N) bowed pleadingly. "Please, don't punish them. I accept full responsibility. So punish me instead."

Everyone simply stared in awe.

"...Yeah. That dork doesn't speak for me." Koneko said.

"Koneko?!" (Y/N) looked back in shock.

"Like I said before, I did this because I didn't want Kiba to go away. I wanted to help him." She explained.

"Same here. I wanted to help my friends!" Issei declared. "I could tell Kiba was suffering. And I m ow (Y/N) would go to hell and back for his friends, there's no talking him out of it. So I figured I should help them both! They're both my friends! (Y/N)'s my brother! I won't just ignore them or abandon them!"

Rias looked back to Artoria. "And you Artoria?" She addressed. "Do you feel the same?" She asked.

"We all know how reckless (Y/N) can be. Besides, ever since you told me of Kiba's past and the incessant with this Holy Sword Project. I felt I had to intervene and gather more information and assist in any way I could." She explained. "Besides, there's something about these Excaliburs that's vexing to me." She added.

"Oh? And what's that?" Rias asked.

"I'm not sure. But that's why I wanted to involve myself. To see why I'm so troubled by it." She explained.

"Saji." Sona addressed.

"Yes!" He sprung up.

"Do you feel the same way?" She asked.

"Uh. W-Well I-" Saji hesitated.

"Be honest." She ordered.

"Well, yeah." He admitted. "After I heard about Kiba's past, I wanted to help. I wanted to do the right thing! Punishment be damned!" He declared, quickly realizing he was speaking to his master. "I mean, that's just how I felt anyways."

Rias and Sona simply looked to each other.

Rias stood up and walked to her devils. "Issei. Koneko. (Y/N)." She addressed.

"What? Yes?" Issei asked, bracing himself for punishment.

"What is wrong with you kids? All you do is make me worry." She said, embracing each and every one of them.

"Huh?! How come they get hugs over there, and I'm getting my ass beaten?!" Saji cried.

Sona glared. "That's them. This is us." She replied. "Do you want me to continue?"

Saji gulped loudly, silencing himself.

"All right." Said Rias, releasing her devils from her hug. "(Y/N). I need you to bend over please."

"...What?! I thought you were going to forgive us!" Issei feared.

"That's not how it works." Rias smiled sweetly. "A master is responsible for disciplining her servants. He will be punished with a thousand spankings." She said, a magic circle appearing on her hand.

"What?! A thousand?!" Issei feared even more.

"...Understood." (Y/N) accepted, getting in his hands and knees and presented his rear to her.

"Wait just a moment, Rias." Koneko pleaded, bending over beside (Y/N) and presented her bottom to her master.

"(Y/N) is not the only person at fault here. So please, I think I should be punished with half the spankings." Koneko explained.

"What?! Koneko no!" (Y/N) trees to deny. "Rias, please, don't punish anyone else! Just punish me! I'm the one at fault here!" He begged.

Rias dispersed her magic circle and looked to her Rook. "Okay then." She accepted. "Koneko. Get ready for your spankings."

"Yes ma'am." Koneko complied by sitting lower to the ground, on her knees and forearms.

"Rias, please, don't do this!" (Y/N) begged.

Koneko looked back and watched as her upperclassmen continued to fight for her.

"This whole thing was my idea. I'm the one who put their lives at risk! Neither Koneko, Issei or even Saji deserves to be punished!"

"Dude..." Said Issei.

"You're wrong..." Koneko mumbled.

(Y/N) bowed to his master. "Master! Please forgive them. Take it out on me as much as you want! I'll take any punishment! I'll even do any weird S&M stuff Akeno wants!"

Akeno looked to her junior devil and blushed.

"Please! I'm begging you!!" (Y/N) begged, nearing on the verge of tears.

"Move out of the way, (Y/N)." Rias ordered.

"Rias...Please..." He begged once more.

Rias stepped to Koneko, kneeling down to an appropriate level to deliver her punishment. "Are you ready? Here I go."

"Ready. Thank you. Go ahead." Koneko said, bracing herself.

Rias gently patted Koneko's butt, causing Koneko to release a soft moan.

"Okay, all done, Koneko." Informed Rias.

"Huh?" Koneko looked confused.

"That's right. It's commendable for you to have reflected on your actions in the way you've done. So this is the punishment I've decided to give you in response to your choice today." Rias explained.

"I-I don't know what to say. Thank you." Koneko said, nearing on the verge of tears herself.

"Classic Rias Gremory. She can be firm but kind, too." Issei smiled with admiration.

"Now, it's your turn next, (Y/N)." She said.

"R-Right." He said, stepping forward.

"Right there's fine. Sit on your knees." She ordered. "And close your eyes."

The young devil did as instructed and sat on his knees with his eyes shut.

She crouched down, moving his (H/C) bangs away from his forehead and planting a gentle kiss. "Get ready, his might sting a bit."

"I'm ready." He declared.

Rias rose her hand up, preparing to flick his fore head. She summoned a magic circle on her finger and released it, sending her beloved Pawn flying into the closest wall, crashing with a massive burst of collateral damage. "There. You've received your punishment. Take this time to reflect on your actions." She said.

As the smoke cleared, (Y/N) coughed up blood through the main. His head was bleeding and his vision was blurred. "Yes ma'am...Understood..."

"Saji." Sona addressed.

"Y-Yes?"

"I've changed my mind." She claimed. "In regards to (Y/N)'s wishes, I will not give you one thousand spankings."

"R-Really? You mean it?" Saji beamed with hope in his eyes.

"Correct. I'll only give nine hundred!" She said, summoning her magic circle back onto her hand.

Saji immediately became engrossed with fear.

Sona smacked his ass one once more, and he screamed.

"Okay, Issei, now it's your turn." Rias said.

"R-Right." While somewhat hesitant. "Sat down and closed his eyes as (Y/N) did.

"What're you doing? You're getting spankings." Rias chuckled.

"Oh. Okay." Issei repositioned himself. "'Kay! I'm ready!"

"All right. I'm going to do the rest now." She said.

"Wait, like all the rest?" He asked.

"Koneko took place for one out of the thousand, and (Y/N) was meet with the force equal to that of a hundred; you should be grateful. You only have eight hundred and ninety-nine left!" She assured.

"Eight hundreds and ninety-nine spankings?!" Issei wailed.

Rias re-summoned her magic circle onto her hand and slammed it onto his rear.

Issei screamed at the seething pain as it continued. "I'M SORRY!!!" He said, only to be spanked again and again.
