Chapter 15

We leave Dumbledore's office, and once we get to a good distance, we start talking.

"I really hope he doesn't mess this up." I sigh, not having to much trust in the old man.

"If he does, then there is something else going on." Ginny said, looking at me.

"Do you think he's up to something?" Luna asked, with a unusually serious voice.

"I don't know, but let's keep an open mind. But it will be very suspicious." I say.

We reach the Entrance Hall, and see Harry being brought in, was his arm rubbery?

"What happened?" I ask, looking at his arm.

"Lockhart happened." He said, sounding annoyed.

"Who?" I ask, finding the name familiar.

"You forgot again, it's the DADA teacher." Ginny said, facepalming.

"Oh, don't worry I'll jinx him later." I whisper to Harry.

He laughed a bit, then he got taken to the hospital wing. Since the match has ended, we head to the kitchen, to grab some food, and head to our training room. Just before we get there, we have to hide from Peeves. We see him putting chewing gum into a keyhole, Filch is gonna be pissed. After he passed, we continued on. We reach the room and start practicing. I try a new spell idea, but I'm not having any luck on getting it to work. We keep at until look at my watch, and I'm shocked at the time.

"It's past curfew, we are going to need to make it back quick." I say, wishing there was a door straight to Ravenclaw tower.

"Er Claire, Ginny, a door just appeared." Luna said, with a surprised voice.

"What?" We both say, looking towards the newly appeared door.

"Um should we have a look at where it goes?" Luna asked, walking towards the door.

I follow Luna, as she walks towards the door. She opens it, and looks out, she looks left then right, and pulls back.

"Um well it's Ravenclaw tower." She said, with a confused look.

"Wait what?" I asked. "I was thinking about a door to Ravenclaw tower, and it pops out. What is this room?"

I think about everything I've heard about this place from dad. Oh I wonder if I ask for some information on the room, will the room give it to me. So I think about it, then look around the room. I don't see anything different, and sigh. It didn't work, but I will find it's secrets eventually.

"It's late, let's head to bed." I say, walking towards the newly appeared door.

Once we get back, I see Rose is actually in bed. So I use my Eyes to see if I could find the book, and yes I found it. It's in her trunk, I'll have to sneak over. I went to the trunk, and tried to open it, and it's locked.

"Alohomora." I whisper, pointing my wand at the trunk.

I quietly ruffle through the trunk, and find that evil thing. I take it and put it in my robes. I then close the trunk.

"Colloportus." I whisper, again pointing my wand to the trunk.

I head to bed, and hide the book in my bracelet. I'm not giving this to Dumbledore again, he'll just lose it. Luna looks at me with a questioning gaze. I give her a 'I'll tell you later' look, and she nods. We go to our beds and sleep. I wake up to Rose throwing things out of her trunk.

"Where is it. I know it was in here, how did it disappear. My trunk was locked, no one could get in it." She says loudly, still pulling things out.

"*Yawn* What's up Rose?" I ask, knowing what was wrong.

"Ah sorry to wake you up, I've err lost my diary." She said, looking away a bit. "I need that diary, um could you help me?"

"Sure." I say, 'helping' her look for it. "What does it look like?"

"It's a black book." She said, nearly in tears.

"If we can't find it, why not just buy a new one." I say, looking under her bed.

"I can't this is very special to me." She says, with visible tears in her eyes.

Luna and Ginny wake up, and asked the same as me. After an hour we look at Rose.

"It doesn't look like it's here, are you sure you didn't leave it in the library?" I ask, looking at her.

"I'll have a look, and thank you for helping." She said, leaving the room looking defeated.

Then Luna turns to me.

"What was that about, why did you take her diary?" She asked, with a very serious tone.

"It's has an evil aura about it." I said, thinking how to explain it. "We found it awhile ago in with Ginny's books, but I saw it had an evil aura so we gave it to Professor Dumbledore, but he lost it and gave me a mission to find it."

"Oh, so that's why you're training so hard." She said, in that dreamy voice of her's.
