This is a story about an open-relationship between an unwilling prostitute and a married man. 


He was in an open marriage, but she's not the wife. To be one of the many partners of a man committed to another woman was her role. 


She wanted to hide her feelings that were starting to grow, her longing to be by his side, and lastly herself, by virtue of an open relationship. 


However, it was all for naught. When everything came to light, she desired to end the relationship they had. Her last words echoed through his mind as she bid him farewell through her mournful eyes.

A Rich Man's Lover

As of the moment, it was all on Syn's hands.

It wouldn't be an understatement to say that Syn had thought of breaking the contract with Konrad. Without taking into account the repercussions of such brashness, she hoped to go back to a time when she had nothing to do with him.

In the brief window that she had imagined what life would be like for her if she reincarnated with the knowledge that she had now, Syn felt nothing but bliss that she had yet to encounter. It was intoxicating. It made her yearn for something that had no possibility of happening.

For her to have these kinds of thoughts was astonishing in itself. She had been living her life without believing that the hand of miracle would lovingly pat her on the head. She preferred being realistic, taking on the challenge of the masochistic life that she was living in. To prove that, one ought to observe how she conducted herself in the face of predicaments.
