Signs

They had to run home that night as the snow got heavier with the minutes that passed by. By the time they reached home, they were covered with snow from head to toe and Ellie was not happy one bit. 

"This is why I told you that I would send Alex." She said, helping them off their clothes and wiping the snow off them. 

Kaia and Carlotta's hair were wet, even though they wore wigs. She called for towels and began to instruct the other maids turn up the heat and bring in bathrobes for them all.

"Sae is gone for one day and you are already out late, getting soaked to the bone? What will I do if you get sick?" She continued to complain as she wiped the boy's hair vigorously. 

The other maids began wiping everyone else's hair but as one approached Kaia, she took the towel from her and wiped it herself, keeping a respectable distance between the two.
