Kaia Marschall, a mute student of Fanning High is in her final year of high school, waiting to start her university life.

So, when it was discovered and announced that killing a person will allow the killer to gain that person’s lifespan, she was killed. Only to return to the age of twelve, to the day of her mother’s death, the day everything begun to go wrong in her life, with the chance to change her destiny.

In The Eyes of the Beholder

"Anything?" Shia asked as she held up a large slab of debris with Max and Ran crawled down to look underneath it.

"Nothing." He said, jumping to his feet and dusting his gloved hands as the two dropped the debris on the ground.

"Who thought this was a good idea?" Max asked, leaning against a half-broken pillar while glaring at Ran.

"I wonder that too," Shia said, looking over at Ran as well with a crooked smile on her face.

"I thought this was a good idea at first. Since there is nothing to be able to stop us, it will be easier to find things here." He said, shrugging. "Besides, you both gave me the ok."

"You told us that you were going to do something that might be able to help us find this sooner," Max said, throwing his hands in the air.

"We didn't think you were going to destroy an entire house!"

They stood on a huge pile of rubble that once was, Kaia's house, getting weird looks from the neighbours around.
