Bright City...

All four of them had already finished their supper, but three people that left the house still hasn't arrived yet. This was strange.

Of course, they didn't think his father and mother were mugged or such. The government made it secure enough that no ruffian could even exist here. This planet wasn't just a habitable planet, no this planet was one of the business platforms for the entire dome cluster.

The only ones that didn't care about rules were pirates, but even they rarely show up in highly secure and militarised planet like planet Dawn.

"Did they enter auction or something?"

"Could be, they have been planning for this for some time now. Did you know, they even bought a combat suit for Ed? I don't think they would spend so much for these kids."

"They value the military above everything. And they probably still haven't forgotten my rejection."

"Oh! that they haven't I assure you." She continued, "They would probably return midnight. Ed is supposed to enter the military shuttle tomorrow evening so they probably won't be wasting any more time. Go take some rest, we can talk more tomorrow."

Eden got up and left for his room. After laying down on the bed he began thinking.

A real combat suit costs at least ten million credit at the very least. And it's value went up with regards to its capabilities, based on armor, weapon, energy capacities, and many more. On planet Dawn alone, the price of a combat suit could reach up to a billion credit.

And let's not forget the fact that the Dome Star Cluster was forth rate star cluster system. When we go to a second rate star cluster, one combat suit price starting point was half a billion credits. However, no mechanic wanted to stay in a confined space. No, they wanted to expand, and Eden was no different.

"I need to expand my capabilities," Eden mumbled as he closed his eyes.

The next day when he woke up everyone has already gathered around in the compound. Children were standing in a row, and in the front stood his father giving orders.

"Right turn... March ahead..."

Eden looked the time in his comm, seven AM. "God, this is too much." His little brother and twins were in one of the rows. Shaking his head he walked away from the compound.

Warsons may say; he was scared cat, lazy bum. But he didn't care. As he walked out of the gate, he was finally greeted by Ed's face.

"Looks like you're finally out of the bed."

Ed left him and entered the compound acting as if he didn't know him. Eden didn't look back either. He was in no mood to mock with anyone. Instead, he walked towards the Bright city. Now that he had registered himself in the mechanic competition he needed more practice with different parts of suits and machines. He had no time to get caught up in useless chatter.

High-rise buildings, flying cars, crowded people. This was the third-largest business city of planet Dawn. Some people were flying around as if they were celestial beings or something. Of course, they were using an anti-gravity module. Some flew around in their mechanical suits. And finally, some flew using energy wings and even physical wings. But most of them were walking down on the road. Eden was one of them.

Eden planned to study a virtual class today after he returned home. Hence he was planning on buying some license and also roam around to see any new developments that had occurred since he left the planet. After some shopping some license, he was about to leave the mech market when he thought of something.

"Hmm, my gene production is providing me with lots of profit. However, I can't say the same about combat suit sales. I have only made one licensed suit design that is still selling the in-game market. I need to expand my design catalog. Also produce some real suits. And do some more research." He didn't want to stay as a beginner mechanic the whole time.

Eden than bought even more raw materials worth at least fifty combat suit. "Now, let's visit the gene market."

By the time he returned from the city he bought another five thousand vials of blood essence. This time though only twenty of them were a boring frog. Other blood essences were all from other very powerful creatures that even the seller was confused and was hesitant to sell. But Eden didn't care at all. He only checked the attributes and abilities of the creatures before accepting to buy all of them.

After returning from the city he went directly to his room. If he stayed in the compound then he would probably have to talk with his parents, which he didn't want to do at all.
