The Moe Café get IDs

The next day, with Melody guiding them, the crew set out for town.

"By the way Melody, I meant to ask. Are spells different from normal magic?" Asked Rustage.

"In a way. Normal magic is based on the four elements, water, fire, earth and wind. In addition we have light and dark magic."

"So basically the normal things we all know from anime." Said John.

"And spells are a type higher type of magic. They are based of the six types of magic we already have. They are enhanced, but need to be chanted. And can cause more damage or as you already experienced, can do things such as gender swapping and transporting people to other worlds. Well, you get the picture."

"I see. That makes sense." Said Joey.

"I sure would love to learn some magic and spells." Said Hiding.

"Oh you will. Once you get to the E-class that is."

"Wait. We're in the F-class?!" Asked SOS.

"Well yeah. I already assessed you and since you're new to this world, you're class is equivalent to that of a ten year old."

"WHAT?!!!!!!" Asked everyone in shock.

They continued walking for a few more hours and soon enough, they could see the town walls in the distance.

"Wow. It's huge." Said Katie.

"Well of course it is. It's the capital after all."

"The capital?!" Asked Dono.

"Yes. This is Osval, capital of the Kingdom of Exforia. Pretty grand, right?"

"Sure is. It looks amazing." Said Libellus.

The capital city extended for as far as the eye could see. From where the group was staying, they could also see the giant palace that was at the center of the capital. It looked like something out of a fairy tale.

"Let's go, shall we? Asked Melody leading the way.

The crew walked for another half an hour. And soon enough they were almost at the main gates.

"Listen, when we get there, let me do the talking."

"Sure. But why?" Said Johnny.

"Well, everyone here has an ID that they need to show before getting in. And since you guys aren't really from this world, then that means you don't have any."

"That's true. But how will you get us in?" Asked Recon.

"Just leave it to me." Said Melody, giving them a thumbs up. "Hey boys. Long time no see." Said Melody who went over to greet the guards.

"Ooohh!!! Melody!!!" Shouted the guards.

"Miss me?!" Said Melody as she held one of the guards' arm seductively.

"O-Of course I did." Said the guard blushing hard.

"Ah! No fair." Said another.

"Um Melody. Who are these people?" Asked another.

"They're my friends from Litoria. Won't you please let them come in?" Said Melody who stroked the guard's cheek.

"B-B-But I n-need to check t-their IDs first." Said the guard shaking a bit.

"Aww come on. Don't you trust little ol' Melody?" Asked Melody, getting closer to his face.

"O-Of c-course I d-do, but…"

"Tell you what. Next time you boys come over, I'll give you a special discount. And maybe a little something more." Said Melody as she winked at them.

"OOOOOHHHHHH!!!!" Shouted the guards.

"You may go right in, Melody's friends. Welcome to Osval. Enjoy your stay." Said the guards as they lined up, and bowed.

"Thank you." Said he crew.

"You guys are so nice." Said Nux, winking at them.

"OOOOOOHHHHHH!!!" Shouted the guards again.

"She winked at me." Said a guard.

"No. She winked at me." Said another.

"Why would she wink at a cue ball like you?!"

"You take that back." Said the cue ball.

"Was that really necessary, Nux?" Asked Hirito.

"Yup." Laughed Nux.

"Wow Melody. I never knew you were that popular." Said Gaby.

"Well, I am good at what I do after all."

"Oh yeah. What kind of job do you do?" Asked Briggs.

"Let's just say that I am good at satisfying a person's deepest desires." Said Melody, smiling at them seductively.

Of course, all the boys (girls) got nosebleeds.

"Perverts." Said Libellus.

"Well, now that we're in, what now? Do we go get jobs?" Asked Animak.

"Well, you can't get jobs without IDs. And I believe you all need a change of clothes."

"That's true. We look like circus freaks." Said Tekking.

"But we don't have any money." Said Chibi.

"Don't worry about that. By being a top class succubus, I made quite a fortune. So let's go get you all some nice clothes."

Melody then led the way around town. The town was full of people. It looked like something out of an anime. The group was so amazed by how beautiful everything was and since they were all weebs, they were extra excited about the Isekai vibes they were getting since they were actually, well, isekaied. Especially Hirito and Recon.

'We're here." Said Melody as they got to the front of a large boutique.

"Wow! It looks so fancy." Said Katie.

"Just a heads up. The owners can be a bit over the top. But they're great people." Said Melody before opening the door.

"Hi there. Welcome to Fantasia where we sell the best clothes out there." Said a woman, welcoming them to her shop. "Ah! Melody! So good to see you again." Said the woman, hugging Melody.

"It's great to see you too Chiika."

"It's that you Melody? Long time no see." Said a man who came from behind the counter.

"Hey Ouji. Looking good as usual." Said Melody, winking at him.

"Not as good as you though."

"Hmph."

"What is it Chiika?" Asked Melody.

"Oh nothing. More importantly, who are these people?"

"These are my friends from Litoria. They were coming into town, when they got robbed. And the only things the robbers left behind are these clothes they're wearing."

"Oh how terrible. Don't you worry about a thing. We'll get you all dressed up. All the girls should come with me and the men go with Ouji."

"Eh?!" Said everyone.

"Nothing! Don't worry about it. They're just surprised to hear that they're gonna wear such wonderful clothes." Said Melody, eyeing the group.

The group split in two and followed Chiika and Ouji into two separate large rooms. Melody followed Chiika and the girls (guys).

"This is kind of embarrassing." Whispered Evan to Melody.

"Oh don't worry about it. Just do what she says and you'll be fine."

"Alright. You there. With the white hair. What's your name?" Asked Chiika pointing at Nux.

"Oh. I'm Nux." Said Nux walking towards her.

"What a nice name. Okay Nux. Please take your clothes off. Same goes for all of you."

Everyone's eyes widened and looked at Melody who tried her best not to laugh. Everyone slowly started taking off their clothes. Once everyone's clothes were off, they just stared at each other. And soon enough, they started getting nosebleeds.

"Oh my! Is everyone okay?" Asked Chiika looking genuinely concerned.

"Ah don't worry about them. They just got a little too excited about the clothes you were gonna give them." Said Melody.

"Oh is that so? He he. That's good to know." Said Chiika. "And now let's get you all some nice clothes."

In the other room, things we're just as weird as in the first one.

"Okay. Off with your clothes." Said Ouji.

The guys (girls) didn't have a choice but to obey. But it was a bit too late for them to realize that besides the maid outfits, they also had female underwear on. Ouji's eyes widened for a bit and then cleared his throat.

"Would you have preferred to go with Chiika?"

"No. Don't worry about this. We were robbed, remember?"

"Ah yes. Sorry about that. Let's get you out of those and get you some good clothes."

Soon after, everyone got dressed and came out of the rooms. And sure enough, everyone looked good.

"Wow. Everyone looks great." Said Melody. "So how much for all this?"

"Oh don't worry about it. It's on us. We're just glad we could help you guys out." Said Ouji.

"Just make sure to come buy from us whenever you need new clothes." Said Chiika.

"Of course." Said Johnny.

"Thank you so much." Said Gaby.

"Don't mention it." Said Chiika as she and Ouji waved goodbye.

"Alright. Now that we got this out of the way, let's head to the Town Hall and get you some IDs. Once we get that out of the way, you can choose your jobs." Said Melody as she led the way to the Town Hall.

"Nice." Said Steve.

"But what jobs are we gonna choose?" Asked Libellus.

"That's a good question." Said Melody. "What do you all wanna do?"

"Hmm. That's a tough one." Said SOS.

"You know what? How about we all go and get your IDs today, then go back to my house and you guys talk it over tonight and choose your jobs tomorrow?"

"That sounds awesome." Said Animak.

"But Melody, you've done enough for us." Said Chibi.

"It's true. We can't let you do any more." Said Jack.

"Don't worry about it guys. Plus, you don't have anywhere to stay, right?"

"We don't. But…" Said Katie.

"Just let me help you out. I live alone anyway. And my place has plenty of room."

"She's right guys. We don't have anywhere to go. Plus it would be rude not to accept her hospitality." Said Nux who went to stand beside Melody.

"Yeah, yeah. Exactly. So let's go." Said Evan who stood on the other side of her.

"Fine. Let's go then." Said Spooky.

"Thanks Melody." Said Mental Quorum.

"Don't mention it."

"Alright. Let's go get those IDs." Said Poxal.

Melody led the way and soon enough, the town hall was in sight. As they got inside, Melody told the crew to wait for her as she went to talk to someone at the main desk. The man there quickly recognized her. And after a few strokes on the cheek and an air kiss, she came back with good news.

"You're all set. Just go to him, tell him your name and touch the crystal ball in order to get your other stats down."

"So who's first?" Asked Connor.

"I'll go." Said Nux as he went towards the man.

"Hello there. Please state your name and touch the crystal ball." Said the man.

"My name is Nux." Said Nux winking to the man. He then touched the crystal ball. The ball started shining for a few seconds. After that, a card started coming out of it.

"There you go. Please keep it with you at all times." Said the man.

"Thank you very much." Said Nux as he went back to his friends.

"That was fast." Said Joey.

"Let me see." Said John.

"Nux, Female, A-Class, High Level." Said Jack.

"What?! That's impossible. You should be an F-Class, Basic Level. How is that possible?" Asked Melody in shock.

"Could it be that the ball made a mistake?" Asked Briggs.

"No. It's designed by God Level people. The crystal ball never makes a mistake. "

"I'll go next." Said Spooky.

"State your name please."

"Spooky."

And just like with Nux, the crystal ball started shining and after a few seconds, it released Spooky's ID.

"Spooky, Female, D-Class, Basic Level." Said Melody. "How is this even possible?"

Everyone else started going to get their IDs one by one and all of their IDs stats came out as follows:

"Jack, Female, D-Class, Basic Level."

"Rustage, Female, C-Class, Basic Level."

"Dono, Female, A-Class, High Level."

"Jordan, Female, C-Class, Mid Level."

"Katie, Male, D-Class, Basic Level."

"Recon, Female, A-Class, High Level."

"John, Female, C-Class, Mid Level."

"Steve, Female, B-Class, Mid Level."

"Evan, Female, A-Class, High Level."

"Chibi, Female, D-Class, Basic Level."

"Libellus, Female, D-Class, Basic Level."

"Hirito, Female, A-Class, High Level."

"Mental Quorum, Male, C-Class, Mid Level."

"Briggs, Female, A-Class, High Level."

"Hiding, Female, B-Class, Mid Level."

"I don't understand how this is all possible. Not one of you got an F-Class. And since you guys are from another world, you guys should have definitely gotten F-class. Unless…"

"Unless what?" Asked Gaby.

"Let's go back to my place and we'll talk more there." Said Melody as she led the way out of the Town Hall.

The crew walked away from the Town Hall and followed Melody. They walked through the city for quite some time. As it started getting dark, the night life started to show in different places. Soon enough, the night lights started lighting up the city and everywhere looked even more beautiful than it did when they first arrived to Osval. After a few more minutes of walking, they saw that they were getting close to a small forest. And just in front of it was a mansion.

"Wait a second. You live there?!" Asked Connor in disbelief.

"Yup. I told you. I am quite rich." Said Melody, smiling back at them.

The doors to the mansion suddenly opened and they were greeted by a dozen maids.

"Welcome home, Lady Melody." Greeted the maids as they bowed.

"Lady Melody?" Asked everyone.

"Oh didn't I tell you? I'm also what you'd call a princess. My mom is the Succubus Queen."

"PRINCESS?!!!!" Asked everyone in shock.

"Everyone, these are my friends. They'll be living here from now on. So please make all necessary arrangements."

"Yes, Lady Melody."

"Living here?!" Asked everyone.

"But Melody…" Said Katie who was about to object.

"No buts. It's been decided. As long as you all are in this world, you'll be staying with me. Friends have to help each other right? So since my house is mostly empty, you guys can help me by filling up the empty rooms and making this house livelier. It gets so lonely around here, you know? In return, I give you all a place to stay. Sound good?" Said Melody as she flew next to Nux and Evan, giving them a kiss on their cheeks.

"I vote to help Melody out!" Said Nux, getting a nosebleed.

"Me too. How can we leave Lady Melody in her time of need?" Said Evan, who also got a nosebleed.

"Hmph. Perverts. Fine. Thank you for your hospitality, Lady Melody." Said Hirito.

"Oh don't be so formal. We're friends, remember?" Said Melody, caressing Hirito's cheek.

"Y-Yeah. We're friends." Said Hirito who also got a nosebleed.

"Get away from her!" Shouted Nux and Evan, launching themselves at Hirito.

"Lady Melody, dinner is served." Said a maid.

"Alright everyone. Let's go eat. I'm sure you're all hungry." Said Melody leading the way to the dining hall.

"Finally. Real food." Said Poxal.

"I'm starving." Said Animak.

"And it smells great." Said Joey.

The doors to the dining hall opened up and in there was a large table full of all the food you could think of.

"Wow. This looks great." Said Dono.

"Am I in heaven?" Asked Rustage.

"Come on everyone. Take your seats. And dig in. There's plenty to go around."

"Thanks for the food." Said everyone.

The crew then started eating as much as they could. It's been long since they had so much fun and so much food. They all laughed and ate till they could eat no more. After dinner, they all went into the living room.

"So Melody, what did you want to tell us back then after getting our IDs?" Asked Tekking.

"What I was gonna say is that there is a possibility that the spell that was cast on you that got you transported here, might have also altered your DNA. Well, it's obvious that something changed when you swapped genders. But that spell must have done more than that."

"So is that bad?" Asked Jack.

"It's not bad. It's just that, like I said before, since you guys are from another world and have never been here before or born here, your bodies should be like that of a ten year old. Basically F-Class, Basic Level. But all of you are above F-Class. Some of you are even A-Class. And are at a High Level at that. I don't think I've mentioned the connection between the classes and the levels. Like I said, to go up a class, you need to get points. And to go up a level, you need XP. Now the benefit of having a class is that you can learn new skills and improve your magic capabilities. Basically since my element is fire, I can use fire based magic. As for the skills, those vary from the ability to read minds like myself, to super speed and so on. As for levels, you will be able to learn spells and improve your abilities. There are millions of spells in this world. Each of them has its own quirks. But spells that have connections with an elemental magic, can only be learnt by a person with that elemental magic."

"So if you use fire as your elemental magic and find a spell that has connections to fire magic, only you can learn it?" Asked Johnny.

"That's right."

"Wow. This world sure is complicated. But now I see what you meant by classes and levels having connections." Said Jordan.

"So tomorrow, we will try and figure out what your elemental magic is."

"Awesome!" Said Recon.

"Can't wait." Said Noble.

"Now, it's time you all decide what jobs you want to do. And what your end goal is." Said Melody.

"You're right. We're gonna have to live in this world until we figure out how to get home." Said Dono.

"Or at least get our genders right." Said Steve.

"Before we decide all the jobs, let's talk a bit about the main job." Said John.

"The adventurers, right?" Said Melody.

"That's right. There isn't really much to say. Because I believe everyone here knows who should take on the jobs as adventurers." Said John.

"Yup." Said Joey.

"Well, it was obvious since we got our IDs." Said Gaby.

"The ten A-Class, High Level individuals. Nux, Dono, Recon, Evan, Hirito, Briggs, Animak, Tekking, Johnny and SOS." Said Libellus.

"Well, they're the most suited for this job after all." Said Katie.

"Now that that's settled, what about us?" Asked Hiding.

"Guys, not to be negative or anything, but what if we can't go back home? What do we do then?" Asked Chibi.

"You've got a point there." Said Recon.

Everyone fell silent. The fact that they might not find a way to go back to their world started to seem like a possibility.

"If that does happen, then why not live here?" Asked Melody.

Everyone turned to look at her with surprise.

"I'm not saying that you won't be able to go back. But in case you can't, living here will be your only option."

"You make a fair point." Said Spooky.

"And living here doesn't seem that bad." Said Connor.

"Yeah. It doesn't." Said Evan.

"But what about the café?" Asked Poxal.

"What café?" Asked Melody.

"Back in our world, we owned a café called The Moe Café. And we were about to open up a new branch in…." Said Libellus. He then kept quiet and seemed lost in thought.

"Libellus. Are you okay?" Asked Hirito.

"I've got it!" Said Libellus as he jumped up.

"What did you get?" Asked Katie.

"We open up The Moe Café here."

"WHAT?!!!" Asked everyone in shock.

"Just think about it. The Moe Café in Another World. Doesn't that sound exciting?"

"As a matter of fact, it does." Said Johnny as he stood up.

"Yeah. It sounds amazing." Said Rustage.

"Let's do it then." Said Noble.

"Alright everyone. I can see that you're all excited. In fact, I am too. I would really love to hear more. But I will have to be going to work. You guys should get some rest. We'll talk more tomorrow." Said Melody, standing up and getting ready to leave.

"Alright. Thank you so much Melody." Said John.

"Yeah. We don't know what we could've done without you." Said Joey.

"Don't mention it. I'll see you all in the morning. My maids will show you to your rooms. Good night."

"Good night Melody." Said everyone.

The crew stayed up a little longer discussing their future plans. Everyone was excited for what future they might have in this new world. But soon enough, their fatigue caught up with them and they all started going to their separate rooms to get some rest. Because the next day, they were going to start planning the revival of The Moe Café.
