WEDDING GOALS

Juan and Jacky were sent by Katsuo to attend a seminar on Kaizen. Juan and Jacky invited Ruthie and Paulo to join with them. Katsuo agreed and four of them were sent to Palace Hotel Tokyo together with the young executives of the Takuma empire. The seminar's topic that day is OGSM.

It is an acronym for Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures. It is a planning tool. It's a way of defining what you want to achieve, and how you will get there. The model divides your aims into broad objectives, fixed and measurable goals, strategies to guide your actions, and measures to give you a direct way of monitoring your progress.

Objectives refer to your vision for what you need to achieve in the long term, taking into account your fundamental principles and mission statement.

Goals are about specific long-term targets aligned with your objectives, which should be measurable and will often have a financial basis.

Strategies are the ways you will deploy resources to achieve your goals. Measures are the things you will monitor to judge whether your strategies are working.

Overall, all stages of the model need to be strategically aligned, so that all your efforts feedback to your overall objectives for success.

After the seminar, they ate and make some new friends, socialize and learn and heard things about the business. Actually, Katsuo let them attend this seminar to know the people they will lead someday in the Takuma empire.

They met intelligent people and they discussed with them business concepts and problems in the workplace.

They had some workshops to simulate real problems in the workplace and what to do to solve them.

Juan made a personal OGSM for the moment his BAR exam result is released, he has the plan of what to do.

He made an OGSM to practice what he learned.

Another dream, he will build a Call Center Agency, A product testing facility, and an international law firm.

He is planning also to study International laws. According to its definition, in its broadest sense, international law provides normative guidelines as well as methods, mechanisms, and a common conceptual language to international actors—i.e., primarily sovereign states but also increasingly international organizations and some individuals. The range of subjects and actors directly concerned with international law has widened considerably, moving beyond the classical questions of war, peace, and diplomacy to include human rights, economic and trade issues, space law, and international organizations. Although international law is a legal order and not an ethical one, it has been influenced significantly by ethical principles and concerns, particularly in the sphere of human rights.

There are many ways that we can help, opportunities to make what we can do to make our world a better world that will give hope to this deteriorating world.

After the seminar, they went to the Sky Tree to eat in the Sky Restaurant at 634 meters above the ground.

"What things do you think we will start first in planning our wedding? Jacky asks leaning in Juan.

" Let's start with the budget," Juan said.

"I have made a budget in percentage. Reception: 40%, Honeymoon: 14.5%, Photography and videography: 10.5%, Wedding attire: 7%, Engagement rings and wedding bands: 6%, Flowers: 5%, Music: 5%, Invitations: 2%, Miscellaneous: 10%. It's here in my notes," Jacky showed the notes.

I want that we will not make expenses just by buying things. I want it to give jobs or pay local talents and pay them premium. For example, my gown, I will find a local gown maker, better if it is a relative or friend, discuss with them what I want and the price they will ask I will pay it double during payment. Instead of visitors bringing gifts, We will give gifts to our visitors. Especially in the Philippines, We will invite the poorest friends, and give them gifts like big appliances and business packages. What do you think?" Jacky said.

"I love you, Jacky! They will be surprised" Juan said.

"We will have two weddings. Here in Japan and in the Philippines. First here in Japan, then after a day in the Philippines. In the Philippines, I want it to be on the island that all visitors must stay two days and one night. It must be a vacation for them by family, all expenses paid by us. Then our gifts for them will be delivered to their homes." Jacky said.

"Misibis Bay Resort, Cagraray Island, Bacacay, Albay, What do you think?" Juan said.

"Let me see? Wow! It's nice! I love it!" Jacky said.

"I want this to be different, I want to give those who can not afford to have this vacation can have that opportunity to experience the best experience of their lives. We will give them the free fare, dress, and vacation at this wedding. If possible, husband and wife invitation as if they won a trip for two vacations with this" jacky added.

"I'll allocate three million but I will have two million reserve funds. We will have a visitor selection process, we will give our prospective visitors questionnaires, they must be willing to give the measurement of their suit or dress, must stay at least two days and one night or additional days for the travel for those who are far. Must be willing to fly by plane. They may enjoy the resort for at least one day before the wedding and after the wedding" Juan said.

I'll find friends who are good at music, good at singing, instruments and pay them for their talents.

"We will use products from the Pangutaran Mission House weaving products, and also from Tugaya Mission House products," Juan said.

"We will have some guard's supervisors to give us a saber arch in the wedding in which sabers or swords are used to salute a newly married couple. The bride and groom pass under an honorary arch of sabers, typically when exiting the building in which the wedding ceremony took place. The tradition is in use worldwide. This is their request" Juan said.

"For our bridesmaids, Ruthie will be our maid of honor, who will be his partner?" Jacky asked.

"What about Kosei Yamada-san, he is courting Ruthie for about a year or so?" Juan said.

"Yes, that is a good idea," Jacky said.

"My best man is Joel and Paulo. I can not think who will be their partners yet" Juan said.

" Joel will have Elena! And Paulo, my classmate doctor who loves his paintings" Jacky said.

"I'm excited about this! Hahaha many surprises for them and let's make the wedding be a big blessing for our loved ones" Juan said.

"Robert and Rose will light our candles. I think they will marry ahead of us. What do you think is our gift for them? Jacky said.

"We will award them with a house and lot from Camella Homes," Juan said.

"Seriously? House and Lot?" Jacky asked.

"Why? Their loyalty and friendship deserve such a surprise" Juan said.

"I agree! I love you, Juan," Jacky said.
