The Fanged Rabbit and the Wizard's Express

After being sidetracked for a while, Set flew back to the wolf and the deer he had sent into the distance. Even though he did not know their location, due to the taming rune, he could sense their general location. And after a while of flying, he found them.

Fortunately, Set had sent them in the opposite direction of the cave, if he hadn't done so they would have long turned into one of his treasured blood points. After reaching the duo, Set felt happy and at the same time felt sad, as they had been scared to the point of fainting by his sword slash. Set jumped down from King Raven and gently kicked his two companions in the arse, prompting them to jump up in fright.

When the wolf saw his master, he was relieved, but the same could not be said for the deer. Seeing the threatening armor Set was wearing, it was even more terrified. It hurriedly looked around trying to find a way out, but all he saw was Set, his wolf, and the terrifying King Raven. it cried out repeatedly, but no one answered.

Set seeing such a tragic scene was saddened beyond sadness. This little deer just witnessed the death of her mother, and yet it still cried out for her. Such a sad scene left Set feeling empathetic towards the deer, and so he threw away the world-class beast core he had acquired from the Nightmare scorpion towards the deer. He returned the King Raven to the inventory before hopping lightly onto the wolf before slowly riding it away from the forest.

The deer seeing the World-class beast core was cautious and curious. It got close and took a sniff, but as it did, its eyes opened wide and it quickly gobbled it in just a single breath. It looked in the direction Set had left and slowly advanced.

Although Set wasn't a decent person, he was an animal lover. So offering the deer the beast core was not a big deal for him, as he felt sorry for what the deer had been through.

But as he was traveling with his pet, (Wolf: The Fuck, Author! Am I just a minor character that you won't even give me a proper name?! Calling me wolf, pet, companion! If you're planning to kill me, do it, but at least give me a name so I could die with dignity!) he thought, "Hey wolf, I'm going to give you a name. I can't just keep calling you wolf all the time."

The wolf, hearing this, was surprisingly excited as he was wagging his tail left to right at a pace that the eye could not see. Set seeing the willingness of the wolf, felt satisfied, and began to think of a name. After a while of thought, he turned to the wolf, looking confidently. The wolf, seeing the look on his master's face, was pumped up, and howled as if to say, "Tell me, Master, tell me my name!"

"How about, DEMON DOG!!!" The wolf's howling came to a sudden halt, it turned and glared at Set with blood lust. How can a wolf be compared and called a dog? This was outrageous! But when his eyes met Set's, it was as if he were staring at the devil itself, Set's eyes crimson red, staring deep into his soul.

"You've got a problem with the name I chose?" asked Set as he summoned the King Raven Brass Knuckle. Demon Dog, seeing this was scared shitless. He shook his head quickly and whimpered slightly as if to say, "Of course not! I'm so glad and grateful to have such a wonderful name from master!"

Set took back the brass knuckle and petted Demon Dog, saying, "I knew you'd like it!" Of course, Monster Dog was depressed. Such a name was truly an insult, it was as if naming your child Ugly Ape, or naming a lion cub, little kitten! But Demon Dog knew he couldn't do anything about it, as the only thing he could do was accept that his name was now Demon Dog and move on to a better future.

But a thought emerged in Set's mind as they walked. "How could I have been so blind! If my attack knocked out a World-class beast like Demon Dog then that means anything in and lower than World have also been knocked out!"

With that, Set and Demon Dog went around killing any knocked out beast they found. And at the end of the day, Set was able to gain 29 blood points and Demon-class beast cores. Although it wasn't much, it was the equivalent of twenty-nine lives. And just as the day had come to an end, Set brought out a tent and a sleeping bag and placed it under a massive tree. After enjoying a scrumptious meal, Set went to his tent to call it a night.

The night passed, and it was early in the morning. Of course, Set wasn't going to wake up early as he was a gamer to the core, as such long sleeping hours had been inscribed in his bones. As the hours passed and the sun was at its highest point, Set slowly crawled out of the tent. He stood up half-awake and with his hell flame, re-lit the bonfire of the night before. He pulled out a cooking pan and added cooking oil, placing it on the fire. And while waiting for it to heat up, he took out a bottle of water to clean up.

After eating his fair share and feeding Demon Dog, they packed up and continued on their journey. And just like that two weeks went without anything happening. By this point, Set had already ordered Monster Dog to run at his fastest speed, as he had fallen to a terrible illness called boredom. He couldn't care less about the occasional blood point that he might have gotten from the pain stacking, boredom inducing pace.

At that time, he had also fallen in love with his new celestial treasure. And just as Set was thinking of his mighty celestial treasure, he heard some rumbling in the bushes next to him. Although They had traveled through the forest for two weeks, the forest was quite large as Set hadn't even seen any indication of a different terrain at that time. What shocked him was that Demon dog was running at its fastest pace, which was incredibly fast. Almost as fast as the King Raven Set had, but the only difference was that there was no need for a safety harness and wind resistance when riding on Demon dog. It was as if there was a shield around Set that repulsed any wind that dared to disturb him.

Back to the case, what shocked Set was that the beast in the bushes kept up with the speed of the Demon Dog. Set was amazed and pecked out his head to see what kind of beast it was, and he was shocked by what he saw.

The beast had pure white fur and green emerald eyes, showing everyone it was a World-class beast. But Set couldn't make out its appearance as seeing its fur and eye color was tough on its own. He sent out a small fireball aimed at a few meters ahead in the path of the beast. The beast immediately saw the fire in front of it, leaped as high as it could, and that was when Set saw the beast. It was a rabbit with snow-white hair, green emerald eyes, and a fang that reached its chin.
