The rabbit in the air was the same as a sitting duck. Set instantly flew to the rabbit while shooting fire out of his hands. Although the fire did little damage, that wasn't Set's aim. The fire had produced a curtain that hindered the rabbit vision, allowing Set to summon his King Raven. At the same time, a spherical capsule exploded on the ground, revealing the King Raven. The King Raven beat his wings reaching Set instantly, and with its sharp, lance-like beak, it pierced through Set's armor as though it were butter. Leaving a horrific scream and a hole in Set's chest.
But Set has never stopped releasing a fire. He immediately brought out and fitted the safety harness. After which the King Raven, as if possessed by a demon, beat its wings at instantly arriving before the Fanged Rabbit. The Fanged Rabbit under King Raven's sudden arrival was briefly shocked until it leaped even higher, increasing its altitude. But as soon as it emerged, it was bombarded with flash and smoke bombs. Although its eyes were powerful and were capable of seeing a kilometer to two kilometers ahead without a problem, under the unexpected and continuous bombardment of the flash and smoke bombs, it lost its vision or a few seconds.
As he looked around in fear, King Raven flapped his wings and appeared in front of the rabbit. Set, with his sword, slashed with all his might. Of course, in the face of the rabbit, Set's actions were as sluggish as a turtle's. And so with a light tap in the air, it went higher. But it never knew that was its greatest mistake!
As soon as it flew higher, when it looked at its foe with disdain, Set was nothing more than smoke fading away. Just when it saw him, a brilliant light shone from the sky above. But because of the smoke bomb, the rabbit could only see a bright light. But even before it could respond, flash after flash sped past the rabbit. And just like that, the rabbit's whole body was riddled with holes. Blood spilled out as the rabbit dropped to the ground. A large crater formed as the rabbit met the ground. Set floating atop his Titan Blade, was shining with blinding light, the same blinding light when he had killed the Nightmare Scorpion. He slowly flew towards the wounded rabbit, looking mighty and ruthless.
After landing, his eyes fell on the critically wounded rabbit. Seeing the lifeless body of the rabbit, Set moved closer wanting to carve out the beast core. But then unexpectedly, in a last-ditch attempt, the rabbit threw himself at Set, seeking mutual destruction. But before it could get closer, a flash was seen, drilling through the head of the rabbit and coming out of its arse. Once the rabbit died and the blinding light around Set's body died down, the flash that drilled through the rabbit slowed down. And a pitch-black kunai knife with a golden Sun Mark was unveiled. Slowly, the dagger flew towards him, before eventually turning into a pitch-black card. Yes, the card was the Wizard's Express.
The Wizard's Express only had one ability. It had thirteen transformative powers, each more powerful than the last. This dagger, known as the Sky Shade, was the first transformative ability. It was the only one with a base number of thirteen, meaning that at most with the first transformative ability, Set had thirteen daggers at his command. And the best thing about the first transformative skill was that it wasn't limited to thirteen daggers, as long as you had enough power you could fill the sky, rendering it shady on the lowly lands below. Hence, that was the basis of his name.
Although Set didn't know what the other transformative abilities were, seeing how powerful the Sky Shade was, his heart couldn't help but skip a beat every time he thought of it. Although Set won, he was thinking about the fight and how he could strengthen his strategies. As his armor absorbed and release capacity was strong, it had an obvious weakness. That was the number of blood points he had. If he didn't have a lot of blood points, this fight would have taken a bad turn. He wouldn't die, of course, as he could cook a plan in the most difficult of conditions without any problems.
At least this time, though, he had learned from his previous mistakes and conserved some of the absorbed power of the armor. If he hadn't and sent out an attack like the one he did against the Nightmare Scorpion, Set would have truly regretted his actions. But it wasn't the end of the action. Smelling the blood that came from the Fanged Rabbit, all sorts of beasts crawled out of the forest with eyes full of greed and mouths full of saliva. By Set's initial count, there were more than twenty Demon-class celestial beasts, but the number grew rapidly. Out of all these weak beasts, four of them were Saint beasts that were hiding in the darkness. Thankfully, there were no more powerful beasts.
Set felt the greedy stares of the beasts and grinned before cutting out the beast core. While playing with the baseball-sized beast core, Set chuckled aloud before saying, "You weak bastards think you can steal my loots? Keep on dreaming!" and with that, he ordered Demon Dog to take out the weak ones. And just like that, the battle had begun!
The Demon beasts, seeing the beast core in Set's hands, were overwhelmed with greed, prompting them to charge with red eyes. But even before they could take three steps, claw marks appeared on their necks, slicing clean through and beheading them on the spot. Just as their heads made contact with the ground, Demon Dog appeared, next to his master with eyes full of disdain. A World-class powerhouse that focused on speed, ordered to take care of lowly garbage, was a blow to its pride. Set seeing the instantly killed beasts was amazed.
Looking back at the first time he and Demon Dog met if he hadn't equipped the King Raven Brass Knuckle, he was sure that Demon Dog would have killed him. While Demon Dog was just a newly-installed World Beast, its speed and attacks were top notch. Looking at Demon dog, Set felt that it was worth nurturing.
He looked into the forest with scorn, waiting for the hiding beasts to reveal themselves and try
to fight, but those spineless bastards didn't even let out a fart after seeing Demon Dog's show of power.
Set under the watchful eye of the beasts, commanded Demon dog to retrieve the bodies. After which Set dug out the beast cores before allowing the Demon dog to eat its fill. As it was the way for the celestial beasts to grow stronger, by devouring those who are weaker than them. That was also the reason why all these beasts had gathered here and looked at the wolf as it had ripped the flesh from the bone. If they could eat the rabbit, with five to six bites, their stage would defiantly grow one or even to stages higher. But it was just for Saint beasts, if the demon beasts had eaten it... they would certainly have EXPLODED! Since their bodies were not capable of handling so much power. And to make matters worse, their beast nature wouldn't let them stop feeding. In the end, driving them to death.
As for World beasts, it would only give them small amounts of power they were on the same level or higher than their meal. Set waited for Demon dog to finish, but as he waited he went from being surprised to being shocked. This son of a bitch was really a glutton, as it didn't take ten minutes to finish feeding. Its stomach must have been a bottomless pit, as it did not even blink after eating so much. As if what it had done hadn't even phased it. Set under the eye of the beasts made his way through the forest, riding atop his trusted tamed beast.
