Julian POV

Julian rushed to her home with a very important task in her mind. Hiran was already waiting for her lovely granddaughter on the porch of their lovely home.

Julian came in with a flushed face turning towards Hiran she said,

"Grandma! You have to help me. Shawn had just asked me to go with him to his convocation and he will accompany me to my convocation, but I don't have a dress for this occasion. Will you help me?"

With that Hiran was subjected to Julian's puppy dog eyes, and she caved in. She wanted to tease Julian, but then she thought against it. Sighing and putting up a serious facade she addressed the girl in front of her.

"Julian! I know this is important but as the HOD slash owner of the hospital, I don't really get much free time. Why don't you ask your girlfriends, I am sure they will be delighted."

Julian was disappointed after hearing that, unlike other kids she always keeps family first and others second. She always valued the opinion of her mother and grandmother over her friends, no matter what anyone said, and it has been like that for a long time.

Hiran saw the emotions flickering across Julian's face by the second, she had always been able to read Julian like an open book. Seeing her emotions low, she couldn't hold it in and burst out laughing, dragging Julian into a hug.

Relieving Julian from the deep hug and patting her on the shoulder she said,

"I was just teasing you. I am not going to miss such an important time in your life. Your multi-talented grandma is going to help you pick out the best dress."

Grabbing her bag and keys, they got into the car and headed towards the mall. As soon as they reached the mall and parked their car, Hiran took Julian by the hand and headed straight to the La-Vista Boutique.

They were greeted pleasantly by the shop attended. Browsing through the various articles of the clothing, they were finally able to narrow down and select ten dresses before Hiran pointed Julian towards the changing room to try on the dresses while she took the seat outside the room waiting for Julian.

Julian came out after a few minutes in the first dress and then went back and tried on the rest of the dresses, showing her grandmother all the dresses one by one.

Finally, they were able to select two beautiful and gorgeous dresses for Julian which agreed with the themes of both convocations. Hiran asked for it to be packed and paid for it.

After that, she took Julian to the spa where they both enjoyed a massage and spent some time bonding.

Finally, they headed home after eating an ice-cream. They were both looking forward to tomorrow. Hiran had already put their cameras on charging, so they would be fully charged tomorrow, and they will be able to take multiple pics of the memorable occasion.
