***** Violet's POV*****

SHIT!!!

"I just had to open my big damn mouth." I groaned as I dropped my head in my hands.

All bark and no bite...

"Don't worry it's not like your reputation is at stake." Said Sophie earning a death glare from me.

"Please be serious guys! I don't know what to do because the last thing I want is to see his annoying smirk. I want to punish that devil, if only I could drag him back to the depths of hell where he crawled out from." I mumbled the last bit to myself.

" Please, you mean that handsome devil. You are a lucky bastard to live with a body like that." Said Ethan leaning his head on his hand as he gave me dreamy eyes. I rolled my eyes at my odd ass friend.

"Of course you think that now, but live with the Anti-Christ that makes you want to go back his time and urge his parents to use protection. Wait, stop going off topic! What the hell am I going to do?!" My helplessness was definitely evident in my voice.

"You could set his car on fire, I have this guy I know who can set you up with some—" said Ethan.

" Are you crazy!" I asked whilst throwing a frie at him, "I will not commit vandalism, that's a felony which he would definitely charge me for."

"You could embarrass him in public?" Said Sophie.

"Haha. Ya right, like that is even possible. You know it would probably all just back fire." I said laughing.

"Or you could use one thing he hates more than anything, find one weakness and exploit it." Said hunter who was standing behind me with both his hands on my shoulders.

"Oh, I am glad you finally joined us." I turned around and said. He smiled and took a seat next to me and began eating my fries as I glared at him.

"Ya ya, what about my idea?" Asked Hunt.

"Dark, very dark." I Said causing his eyebrows to lift, " but I love it and on the contrary it just may be One of the best ideas." Everyone laughed at my reply.

We all walked out the restaurant laughing and bidding our farewells since Sophie, Camila and Ethan were done for the day so they were heading to their homes and I sadly had to go back to work.

"Hey you want me to walk you back to work?" Asked Hunter.

"Ya, that would be great. I feel like I haven't spent any time with you lately." We made our way along the side walk strolling and catching up.

" I can't believe I missed so much." He said laughing," well this is your stop."

I wrapped my arms around his neck, embracing him in a warm hug whilst placing a kiss on his cheek," Thank you so much, you da best bro ever! Love you bye!" I exclaimed as I walked away.

"Bye, little sis." He said whilst ruffling my hair and laughing ," I love you too."

I walked up thinking about Hunter's idea. What on earth is the devil's weakness. I have the perfect idea.

I walked into my office and picked up my phone and dialed a number. I patiently waited as the phone rang.

"Hello?"

*****Eric's POV *****

Does she really think she can win against me? I wonder what she is plotting?

I was busy sitting at my desk currently starring at files, a loud knock on my office door reined my mind back in," Come in!" I shouted, the door slowly opened as my recently discovered paranoid side became oddly anxious to see who was behind the door.

"Ah, Miss Hall. What can I do for you?" I asked to my PA. She walked towards me and wrapped her arms around my neck from behind," what are you doing?"

"Nothing." She whispered in my ear, placing light kisses down my neck.

"What do you want Miss Hall?" I asked her whilst trying to peel her off me.

"I want you ."

"What happened on the business trip is a one time thing, one could say it was poor judgment."

"But, you said—" she whined but I cut her off.

"Miss Hall I know what I said but current developments have made certain stuff very complicated. Now I ask you politely to please leave me alone."

yup, definitely nailed the politeness.

she looked at me with tears ready to stream down her face, as she ran to the door but landed straight into my brother, Reece's chest.

"Another of your little play toys brother?" Asked Reece with an unsurprised look my guilty smile confirmed his statement," I honestly thought marriage would have changed you, guess I was wrong." He said laughing.

" It was a horrible drunken mistake, but that was the one and only thing, though can you blame me? I am married to a fire breathing dragon who really made me develop an urge to intoxicate myself."

"Oh, really?" He asked laughing.

"Of course but can you believe the nerve she has?" Reece's laughter rang through my office as we continued talking about Violet.

"If I didn't know any better my dearest brother, I would think you have finally met your match." He said laughing.

After finishing work I finally went home. I slowly opened the door contemplating whether or not I should enter. Could she have gone all 'Home Alone' on my ass? I shook my head and accepted that I was being completely paranoid. I continued walking slowly towards the kitchen, to what sounded like laughter.

I stopped dead still when my eyes came in line with the two people.
