"I told you not to get too close to your enemy! Are those ears just for display?! If this was real battle you are already shredded into pieces!" The white Dragon in his human form who is quite far from me shouted
I immediately stepped back the moment he started talking
"Farther! if you are against a Dragon and it suddenly transformed into its true self you will undeniably be eaten! You are right in front of its snout!" He shouted again so I jumped backwards
"Now launch your attack like you mean it! Do I really have to tell you step by step what to do? is that brain of yours an empty shell? A baby is smarter than you!" My eyebrow twitched at his words.
The once called genius of the biggest empire in history is now being called dumber than a baby with an empty shell brain. Damn what happened to me?
due to irritation and frustration I conjured a chant less spell which formed a ball of electricity as big as my body and launched it towards the white dragon.
The ball of electricity flew in a speed comparable to the speed of light but it did not leave even a tiny scratch on his Transparent barrier.
"Is that all you got?! You have a uselessly infinite mana capacity yet you are this weak?! I told you to condense the mana to make a more powerful spell!! Do I have to start teaching you the basics again?! If time is flowing normally it might have already been a million year but you are still this useless" He said while face palming
I just gritted my teeth and did what he said
I wish I had the skill to just remove that annoyingly sturdy barrier!
Just when I was about to condense my Mana to its purest and thickest form outside my body and readied myself to attack, a transparent window appeared in front of me

User can create any kind of skill they can think of but limited to those that has not existed before and impose it into the world, Can change physics or physical law to make those skills possible if they are not before. Overall, as long as the user is able to think about it, they can create it. User can also combine existing skills to make an advance skill
Application: Physics change, Additional skills, Mana is consumed upon creation base on the skill's ability, Mana consumed will be lesser the more this skill levels up
Limitation: If the created skill is not learned with in 24 hours it will disappear, Limited to oneself, Needs to be based on skills one already knows, Abnormally high mana requirement to the created skill until the skill is mastered. Advanced skills may also disappear together with the lower class skills used for combination if not learned in 24 hours]
I was dumbfounded by the words I read, Isn't this a little too much? I mean I do have infinite mana but is this okay? Isn't this too OP? But the risks are also too high.
despite those thoughts one side of my brain is already formulating a skill to be created and useful, not just for today but for the rest of my life.
A specific skill crossed my mind, it was vivid in my imagination, so I started thinking about the name of the skill

Application: Concussive force, cutting, matter creation, Image of the weapon must be vivid in the user's minds to create a more sturdy and durable weapon
Limitation: Durability of the weapon and how long the weapon lasts may depend on the mastery of the skill (All weapons in the current skill level can only be used for 5 minutes and may be less depending on the damage it receives), weapon's quality depends on the mastery of the user in the weapon skill, weapons created are limited to the weapons the user had already learned]
