Chapter 12

"Please, stop! Please, no! Please, don't do this! I'm not ready yet!"

"You want this. You want it so bad. So I'm giving it to you!"

I jerk out of my sleep panting like crazy. Sweats slip down my face tickling my skin. I quickly wipe it with the back of my sleeve.

What have I done?

Every night I see the same thing. Me getting abuse by Kara. I tell her I don't want it but she persist and I finally give up.

I get up and stumble to the window. My hand land on the handle and I pull it open. The cold chilling air hits my face and I relax under the breeze.

The sky is purple, and the gray clouds look bluish. I can hear the faint honking of cars below the building down the street.

I sat on the window seat and just inhaling and exhaling. My gaze shift to the clock. 5:10 am. 

I tread to the bathroom with my feet shuffling. I lazily trip out of my clothes, as I hop in the tub, turning the warm water on.
