Four

After I woke up and got dressed in a black long sleeve top, anbu-like pants and a pair of black shoes I started to head out the door to training ground 7.

Kurama, who had been through this before, had told me that the whole point of this test is teamwork. So, in all honesty I could just sit back and do nothing until its lunch and feed the person tied to the pole. But wheres the fun in that?

As I walked up to the training ground, a little earlier than when I needed to arrive, I saw that only Sakura and Sasuke were there.

"I swear, if hes late again I will kill him." I grumble as I walked to a nearby tree and lean against, waiting for Kakashi to arrive.

Kakashi POV

I walked up to the training ground, making sure to be on time because honestly that kid creeped me out.

"Alright, so you all passed the genin test. Congratulations," I said in a monotone voice, "but that will mean nothing if you cant pass this test, because I'll send you back to the academy!" I had a fake smile on my face at the end and Sakura looked horrified.

Sasuke just huffed and said in a smug voice, "well that's easy for an Uchicha elite like myself, good luck you two, you're gonna need it."

"Anyways, as soon as I say go all you gotta do is take these two bells from me." I pointed to the bells I had attached to my waist, "if you dont get the bells by noon you'll be tied to a pole and starve. Understood?"

They all grumble a, "yes."

"Okay," I say after hearing their words of understanding, "go."

Immediately after I said go Sasuke and Sakura bolted to hide, Sakura behind the leaves of a bush and Sasuke in the branches of a tree. I continued to look around to see where Naruto hid when I saw him right in front of me. 'That's bold, let's see what this kid can do.'

I looked into his eyes to see,the sharigan? I was extremely confused, not just because it looked different than any other sharigan I had seen, almost as if it was reading my thoughts as well, but what confused me more was how he even had those eyes in the first place.

He just stared at me, and me staring back until all of a sudden my body froze and he disappeared.

My mind completely shut down as I was surrounded in a coat of darkness.

Naruto POV

I waited for Kakashi to finish scanning the trees and bushes until he finally noticed me.

As soon as our eyes connected he was locked into my genjutsu.

Let me explain how I have this power, back when I first met Kurama he gave me a gift, that being the sharigan. All this time I've simply been hiding it while Kurama helped me practice at night and in my mindscape. But, since Im now allowed to use some of my powers, I see now harm in pulling this little trick.

Kakashi sensei was trapped in my genjutsu and therefore couldnt defend the bells, so I simply walked over to him and snatched the bells from around his waist. Stepping back a bit before releasing him.

Sasuke POV

What what was that? Why did Kakashi sensei just freeze up like that? How did Naruto, the dead last, get the bells before an Uchiha elite did?

Kakashi POV

It was like time slowed down, I was just frozen there, I moved my eyes around trying to see what happened but It was complete darkness.

After what felt like days I was suddenly back to the real world with Naruto in front of me holding the bells and smiling, "Hey Sakura, Sasuke, come here!" He yelled over to the forest.

"HOW DID YOU GET THE BELLS!?" They both screeched in anger and confusion, "Its me and Kakashis little secret," he winked at me then threw both his teammates a bell.

He turned to me and said, "I believe we pass, correct?"

I just nodded my head, still in a daze from all that happened.

'How does he have the sharigan? How did he get the bells? How did he know to give the bells to his teammates?' My mind was on overdrive thinking of everything that happened, the only answers I came up with was that he somehow used his advanced sharigan to take the bells and that I needed to talk to Lord Third.
