Our Story
two days have passed when we beat the gym leader... to be honest, i didn't really do much on those two days, just watching some tv channels, play games, take care of my friends, and also talking with my mom. but yeah... it's getting boring, i wanted to explore but... i need some rest, but i guess i should go out there and try to beat the next one...
i am sitting on the sofa in the living room with the TV off...
it feels like i need to prevent something...
i remembered my dream yesterday...
it was when the day where dad is taking away Alex...
i can't believe he would have done that...
but since i have nothing to do now...
i guess i should tell you about Alex and i now...

i was only a few months old when Ralts hatched,
were both quite fragile (and by literal)
i was raised very well, my mother and dad are very supportive, positive, and lovely.
Ralts was raised well as well, but he doesn't have any parents because he was taken by someone when he was still an egg. only dad knows where...
when i am one year old, dad started to train him. i only barely know him. so i didn't know he existed.
also, i was gifted with Treecko. he was the first pokemon that i have, but Ralts was the actual first one. Alex told me when i was 14 years old, he remembered that i met him when i was still a baby.
my Dad was a trainer, so he trained all of the pokemon that my mom and dad have.
Dad trained Ralts slowly, every time he was done with the training, he was given an oran berry by Dad. Treecko mostly plays with me, and also he was the only friend that can stay inside the house. Ralts was only allowed on the yard.
one time, when i kinda near my second birthday. i was eating with my family at the dining room, i was sitting at the center point, i can see mom on my right and Dad on my left.
there is a large glass sliding door at the left, behind where Dad is eating, connecting to the yard. the yard was rather huge, there is a plain connecting with our house, a forest section which is visible from afar, and a river in the middle of the Forest. then there is a small window at my right with a mostly concrete wall with Beige colored painting, i was sitting at a baby chair that also has it's own table... even though i am getting older, Treecko is eating right bellow me with a bowl filled with poke food. i mostly look at him and kept giggling.
then i turned to look at my left to see a Ralts with both his paw, planted at the glass looking at me, we both stared at each other for a while with a weird feeling in my head...
"Justin, you should eat as well" my mom said happily, convincing me to eat
i looked at mom and ignoring the Ralts
"yaa ma!" i replied positively and continued eating
i was not able to talk back then, but she understands me. i was already able to eat by myself... but it was kinda messy.
Ralts walks away from the glass disappointed. Treecko noticed him walking away, he finishes his food quickly and quickly crawl at the glass, sticking there and looked at Ralts walking back with his head down. he looked at me and calls me, i was already done with my food, i looked at him confused
then he points at Ralts with looking at him, i noticed and try to tell my mom that i want to walk outside.
"maa" i tell her while pointing my tiny fingers at the yard, my mom looks at me starts to talk, but was cut with my dad quickly replying,
"let's clean you" he said to me softly, then he picked me up and head inside another room. i see Treecko tries to call me, but i was being carried and unable to do anything...

on my second birthday, i was given a Froakie. he is a bit quiet and a bit rebellious, he rarely trained with my Dad, he prefers to train on his own.
i remember that time when i tried to touch the bubbles on his chest since i am curious, he lightly squirted me water to the face, i laughed at it because it was fun, so i sprayed my saliva back at him, he took this response and jumped away in disgusted, but smiled slightly.
then a few days later my mom gave me a squirt gun, it was a shape of a Magikarp, and it squirts a light amount of water, i play with Froakie outside at the yard with Fletchling and Treecko, it was fun.
while were playing i see Ralts running towards me, i stopped and look at him after were 5 feet away. then he stares at me again, i was as well. but it was interrupted when Ralts suddenly got hit by powered water.
Froakie blasted him! Treecko quickly pushes him a bit to stop, then Froakie jumped away and leaves madly.
i came towards Ralts that is standing up wet. i reached my hands to pick him up, then he takes it. he stood up while holding my hand...
but something went in my head...
a faint child call suddenly was heard, i quickly try to hear where it came from while letting go of his hand.
Treecko and fletchling came to me and Ralts.
i was able to talk a bit at that time.
"hi! what is your name?" i said to him very happy and excited
"ralts" he replied
"ralts?" i repeated his sentence
"Ralts!" he speaks again
then i remembered that Pokemon could only say their names
"oh... Ralts!" i said in realization
"ralts!"
"umm... what should i name you?"
then we went silent while i was thinking about what to name him, then an idea came out.
"oh! i should call you Alex!" i said to him, giving his name
then he looks at me with a smile and nodded at me happily
"yay!" then i cheered with Treecko and Fletchling following.
Ralt then said something happily as well
"yay!" the same distant call came out on my head again, i stopped cheering and try to find where that voice came from, the rest are confused while Ralts acted normal
"Justin! it's time to take a bath!" my mom called me at the distance at the dining room
"Okay mommy!" i replied, then Treecko and i run to the glass door, i stopped to look behind me and see Ralts looking down, i tried to call him...
"come on sonny!" my dad yelled at the distance, i cut my call and went to my house quickly.
then i went to the shower to clean my self with mom.

two years have passed, i was able to get closer to Ralts, he is still not allowed to went into the house. it kinda makes me sad...
when i was walking at the Dining room with Treecko following, i turned to see at the yard through the door and see... Kirlia? it was sitting at a stone at the yard and looking at the sky, it seems to have some bruises. i grabbed a fruit, in which it was a Sitrus berry.
i opened the door and walked outside with Treecko, i came to him first... he is still looking at the sky
"Alex?" i said to Kirlia to bring him attention
then he turned his head towards me bellow and nodded happily
"oh! you evolved!"
then he hung his head down and smiles
"what happened? are you hurt?" i questioned
he looks at me for a while, then he looked away... facing at the sky again.
i took the berry at my hand and show it to him
"here! have this!" i handed him the Sitrus berry
he looks at it and was surprised. then he slowly takes it from my hand with levitation power and grabs it once it was near him. i climbed up and sits beside him with Treecko sitting beside me. Kirlia takes a look at it then bites it, his eyes shines when it was at his mouth.
"you liked it?" i asked
then he replied with nodding at me, he kept continuing to eat the berry while were all looking at the sky... it was clear... bright... and warm...
"thanks" a voice came into my head! i turned to look at kirlia who is looking at me too
"wait... did you say that?" i said in shock
"yup" he said as he nodded
then i stand up surprised
"whoa! that is cool!" i screamed
Treecko was surprised as well
"how?" i ask Kirlia
"um... I'm not sure" he said to me
"oh! i should tell Dad abou-"
"NO!" he yelled as he stands up as well with worry, Treecko and i backed a bit
"huh? what's wrong?" i replied sadly
he paused
"uh... nothing... just... please don't call me by my name... and tell your father about this"
"why?"
he went silent...
he rubbed his right arm and looks away
"reasons" he said quietly and sadly
"Oh... alright then! deal!"
then i jumped down with Treecko following. then i walk back to my house with Dad looking at us from the dining room. i turned to see Alex again
"see you later Kirlia!" i yelled as i waved
he responded with waving at me, but only smiling a bit
then i went into the house...
"is that your new friend?" my Dad asked happily
"yup!" i replied

it was three days after that. it was the same morning again, i went to the yard again to see Alex by myself this time. i began doing this every day, i looked at the boulder where we used to meet, but he wasn't there...
then i went further in the yard, onto the forest section. our yard is very large when i walked in the forest and searching for him, i see Alex laying at the tree with injuries. i quickly run towards him and kneeled down to his level.
"Alex!" i yelled worriedly at my injured friend
"please... don't call my name" he said tiredly and sadly
"oh... sorry, i forgot" i scratch the back of my head
"what happened to you!" i added
"i was training"
"with my Dad?" i said in question
he nodded at me
"why wouldn't he healed you!" i screamed at the forest
"he said that... i should be tougher"
"What?!" i stand up and started running back to my house
"WAIT!" he yelled as he stands up as well
i stopped and looked at him, he was scared
"don't tell him!" he yelled, telling me to stop
"why!" i replied, confused
"he will be mad"
then i looked down and sighed
"Okay... i will get you some stuff!"
then i run towards my house again,

i came back with a basket and see Alex sitting at the tree
"Kirlia! i brought you some stuff!" i yelled as i was running to him
Alex looks at me and smiled
i kneeled beside him and handed him a sitrus berry that is from the basket. he grabs it happily with his left paw and starts eating it
then i grabbed a bunch of bandages from the basket.
"here, i should cover this," i said to him, he nodded while eating
then i started wrapped bandage around his right arm. while in the process, he squeaked and clenched at the berry at his paw
"Sorry!" i said to him
"you didn't tell me it's gonna hurt!" he yelled
"Sorry!" i said again
then he continues to eat the berry while i continue to wrap the bandage.

after i was done bandaging both of Alex arms and his head, i put the remaining bandages at the basket and stand up, he also stands up
i looked at the sky with the tree kinda blocking the view, it was almost lunch!
"oh! i should head back now!" i yelled
then i started running back home with the basket, Alex only stood there looks at me...
he was sad

a day has passed, it was morning again. i started walking to try to find Alex again, i brought the basket again, just in case. this time Treecko is with me, i see he was sitting a the boulder. looking at the sky again. i noticed that he was wearing a sort of pendant, it was a rock? but i didn't mind about it and jump up.
he sees and gives us space to seat at the boulder while also grunting in the process.
i sit right beside him and noticed his right arm is swollen
"what happened now!" i yelled
"i was trying to use protect... but it failed... so i took the price"
i sigh and take the bandage again, this time i brought a bottle filled with special oil.
"What is that?" Alex said as i was pouring it at the bandages
"it's so that you heal faster!" i replied
Treecko grabbed the Sitrus berry at the basket and gave it to Alex.
"this one might hurt" i warned him,
he nodded
then as he is biting the berry, i started to wrap it around the swollen part. then he shakes a bit and the sitrus squirts some juice as it was on Alex's mouth. i stopped wrapping
"Sorry... should you finish your berry first?" i said to him
he shakes his head
"no" he replied
then he swallows the fruit that he bit
i continue to wrap the bandage around his arm, he grunted at the process.
i slowed down because i don't want to hurt him.

then when it was done, i laid down on the boulder and sigh in relief, Alex looks at his right arm.
"it... actually feels nice" Alex said happily
"yup!" i replied,

i was looking at the sky, then Treecko blocked the sky, looking at me
"what is it?" i tell him, then he pointed towards the forest part of the yard, i stand up to see Alex not here anymore, i see him walking towards to forest section of the yard.
"wait!" i yelled as i jumped down from the boulder,
Alex stopped and turned around. i stopped running when i was right in front of him.
"i have another idea for your training!" i said to him
"huh?" he replied, curious about the idea
"how about I train you!"
"what? how?"
"well... it was quite simple! i wanted to be a trainer as well! so i will train you so i could be a trainer!" i tell him the idea
he looked down for a while.
then he nodded at me with determination
"Alright! let's do this!" i cheered
then the three of us went inside the forest

i ate lunch with my food box in the forest, we've been training for a while. but Alex can't make the screen! Treecko fired energy ball at Kirlia a bunch of times already, he purposely missed his attack to not hit him. but Alex can't make the screen full!
"oh boy! how do we do this!" i said to my self
"fro!" i heard a call, Treecko and Alex stopped.
i turned to see where it came from. it's Frogadier! he is leaning at a tree
"wait... how long have you seen us training?" i said to him
"Frogadier" he said to us
"uh..."
"he said that he has been looking at us for an hour" Kirlia added
"really?"
"froga" he said again, this time it was quite clear to what he said now
then i sigh
"This is going nowhere!" i yelled to my self as Treecko sighed.
then Frogadier takes Treecko position by pushing him off, Treecko didn't retaliate.
then he breathes in a bunch of air then-
"PSSH!"
a powerful water stream came out from Frogadiers's mouth and hit's Alex!
"KIR!" he screamed as the water hit's him
"Kirlia!" i yelled,
then suddenly a screen was made in front of him! it is blocking the water!
Frogadier stopped firing and looks at Kirlia
Kirlia is wet, but he made a protective screen right in front of him!
"Alex! you did it!" i cheered
Alex noticed this and made it disappear, Treecko cheered as well.
Frogadier starts to walk away from us
i looked at him and yelled
"wait!" i stopped him
he looked at me as if he was having enough of this
"can't you train with us?"
he stares at me for a while thinking
"froagadier"
then he jumped into a tree a jump to another one. i lost him
"Frogadier" i yelled at the tree
"he said he will if we're strong enough" Kirlia said to me
"huh? does that include me?" i asked
"maybe?" kirlia add
then... we trained every day

a few years have passed.
i am 10 years old now
and Honedge evolved!
i founded him when i was 6
Frogadier evolved to a Greninja a few years ago
and Grovyle evolved to Sceptile a few months ago
Alex was now allowed to stay inside the house.
anyways, it was the same morning as always, Sceptile is with me, Fletchender is now leading a bunch of Fletchling, and a bunch of Rhyhorn trampling around the yard.
it's at dawn...
they are training longer than i expected...
then i see Kirlia walking towards our house with Dad by his side
i got excited and run towards them with Sceptile following
"Dad! you came back!" i said to him as i was running
"yes, he got a prize" Dad said happily
"Really!"
then i stopped when i was near them, Sceptile also
Dad took something from his pocket...
it was a Dawn Stone!
i Gasped at the stone, Alex was more surprised
"is it the time?" i tell my Dad,
he chuckles
"yes... it is" he replied smiling
i jumped up happily then grab the stone from my dad and looked down to Alex
"Kirlia... are you ready?"
he nodded back happily and took of the pendant that he has for a long time
"Alright! here we go!"
i handed him the stone...
he grabs it...
then suddenly! his entire body starter glowing!
particles started to coming out! his appearance is changing! his head has one spike! he also has one on his chest! and his skirt is gone! his elbow became sharp! and he is taller than me!
then a flash came out...
Alex is not a Kirlia anymore...
he is a Gallade!
"kir- i mean, Gallade!" i said to him
he looks at his new form
his chest, legs, and arms
he looks at me with great joy!
then i hugged hi-
OUCH!
i forgot about the spike!
i jumped backward and pressing my chest...
"ack!" i yelp
ouch...
"Are you okay?" said Alex to me
"y-yeah! I-I'm fine!" i said in pain
"you should start considering that now" my father told me
"yeah-yeah" i said as i stopped pressing my chest
YES!
WE-RE NOW ABLE T-
"wait! his training is not done yet" my father suddenly added
"WHAT!" Alex and i said in unison
"w-what do you mean? i thought that when Kirlia evolved, it would be done? you said it to me!"
"well... I'm afraid he is still not ready yet" he replied sadly
"Also" he added
"his name would be 'Price'"
"wait, what!" i yelled
"what do you mean, what? I've been calling him that for 9 years" he replied kinda madly
i looked at Alex sadly
"Gallade?" i said his name, he looked at me, then he looks away sadly
"You should be grateful," my dad said, then he walked back to our house...
"Gallade..." i called his name again...
i can see a tear in his eyes...

"you're already named! why didn't you tell me!" i yelled at Gallade
were in the forest, with Sceptile seems sad, with Greninja mad.
Gallade is standing near a Tree...
"i don't want to tell you... i really like the name you gave me, i really do!" he defended himself
"then why didn't you tell me!" i yelled again,
he went silent
"What name do you prefer... tell me!"
"Alex!" he screamed his name, he is started to tear up
"i don't want to be called by my name because of your Dad!" he added
"if i disobeyed him! he will punish me!"
"why?!"
"because it's the only way i could be with you when you are a trainer!" he yelled as he cries
"w-wha-"
"i want him to train me so i can be with you!" he said shakily with his words
"Al-"
"I Just want you to Choose Me!"
he screamed as his right arm glowed...
then he spins and cuts the tree behind him...
there is pure silence with only leaves dropping from that tree...
the tree slid down and fell...
the orange light strikes down...
i can see the dawn...
Alex is looked up at the dawn...
"Alex..."
he is staring at the sky...
i came towards him...
and hugged him from behind, and being mindful about the spike...
i can fell my hands wet...
"it's alright" i said comforting him...
"i will Choose you"
Sceptile came and hugged him as well...
Greninja came to only pet his head from the side...
we will get through this...
i swear...

i was twelve years old,
it was my birthday,
the birthday present was a pokemon...
it's Rockruff!
we became very close friends...
but Alex seems to feel...
something wrong...

is Dad trying to do something?
I'm not sure...
Rockruff always at my side...

even at the bathroom...

i always leave him outside when I'm at the bathroom...
and he won't stop scratching the door!
but yeah...
i just escaped from my house without Rockruff knowing, it is dusk. i am confused on how Alex is not coming inside the house.
then i found him sitting at the tree stump that he cut two years ago...
he has dirt on his body...
he is also looking at the sky.
"hey!" i said out loud, he noticed me and waved
"Why aren't you coming to our house?" i added
Alex hung his head down
"i failed the training... now i need to be outside for the day"
"What!" i said surprised
"since when dad doesn't let you come back?"
"since that Rockruff came" he said angrily
"well... he was nice and all"
then i heard Alex growled a bit...
"i-i didn't mean that i liked him more than you! we've been together for years!"
"yeah" he said as he was looking at me
then i sigh a bit
"well... at least you should be friends with him"
"i think it will be hard for me" he said as he looks to the sky again
then i stare at him for a while
"you should clean yourself... mom would be cleaning you at this rate" i kinda joked
"huh... yeah"
then Alex looks at himself
"I'll be going to the river now" he said as he stands up and walks towards the direction where the river is
"wait! I'm coming too!" i yelled as i run after him
"why?" he said as i was walking beside him
"well... i just want to spent more time with you"
then he giggled
"alright"
then we walked to the river

a year has passed and i became so close to Rockruff...
i am sitting at the couch with Rockruff sleeping at my lap...
it was almost Dusk...
i kept petting him...
he loves me...
i loved him...
am i forgetting someone...
ALEX!
i jumped off my couch with Rockruff got shocked as he fell to the ground, i quickly went to the dining room, i opened the door, went outside, and close the door behind me.
as i run towards the forest section of the Yard, i heat Rockruff calling me and scratching the glass door...
I'm sorry...
i was in the forest, i grabbed the basket that i used when i was a kid that is inside a tree, hidden.
i kept searching for Alex...
then i see him sitting...
the place where he cut the tree...
the tree stump is gone...
it is basically a viewpoint now...
i ran towards him.
"Gallade! I'm sorry!" i said to him
"it's fine... you are with him anyways" Alex said to me... angrily
i am losing him...
i stopped right beside him
"Please..." i pleaded

Alex sighed
"fine"
i smiled in relief and sit right beside him...
i opened the basket to gave him a sitrus berry
"thanks" he said to me
"hehe... your welcome"
we each take a bite...
then we stare at the dusk...
for a long time...
"tomorrow is my exam" Alex added
i looked at him
"really? Already?" i said surprised
"yes" he said as he nodded
"nice!"

"hey! tomorrow night, we-re about to have my birthday party! you wanna join after the exam?" i said to him
"sure... I'll come"
"promise?" said me
"promise" said Alex

a day has passed
it was the night...
i am having a birthday party with my entire family and friends... with Rockruff added...
many songs, celebrations, and games are in...
it was a lot of fun...
but Alex didn't come home...
i was recently done with my cake,
my dad gave me a keystone...
then i asked.
"dad?"
"yeah?" he replied
"where is Price?" i said his fake name
"oh, he is in the forest section of the yard... he didn't want to come here, so you don't have to worry about him" he said... kinda forced
"huh? why?"
"i dunno?" he said as he took a bite at the macaron that mom made
i looked to my left to see the yard...
everyone is celebrating...
but i didn't see Alex there...
i guess he was in the forest...
but i will come outside when they are all asleep...

i kept awake, everybody is sleeping.
i rise up carefully to not wake anybody...
it was successful
i came outside to the yard... they are all sleeping.
it was like trying to walk through an Alolan Geodude minefield...
i did it!
then i silently run towards the forest...
Alex...
where are you...
he is not at the view were at yesterday...
he must have been at...
Dad's arena...
i came running towards the place,
i smell... burn?
there is a bunch of burnt ash at the Aren-
A-Alex...
ALEX!
he is laying a the middle of the arena!
i came running towards him
he is heavily injured and burnt!
"ALEX!" i Screamed at the burnt Gallade,
he is breathing...
thank Arceus!
i went and grab the max revive that i kept at my pocket and used it on Alex!

"Gaa..."
he speaks...
he speaks!
"Alex!" i yelled
"J "are you okay?!" i yelled again
"*&$#%... I'm fine"
it's clear now!
then i helped him sit up
"what happened!"
he looks down...
depressed...
"I... FAILED"
"what?"
"I failed the Exam..."
"if i fail... i should have died"
"w-wh-"
"your dad tries to stop me from being able to go with you...
he ordered Rockruff to get close to you, more than me...
he knows i can communicate with you...
he trained me in unfair ways...
i was not given anything anymore...
i was supposed to be a reserved pokemon...
but i asked him if i could be his main pokemon...
he said he would let me if i pass the exam...
but...
if failed...
my punishment would be, death..."
"He didn't want you to Choose Me"
my heart can't take it...
i was...

i should not...
i stand up...
"Alex" i called his name
he looks at me
"Let's make him Choose You as well"
i gave him my hand...
he grabbed it, so i pulled him up...
"let's train now. so that tomorrow... you will pass the Exam"
then i heard some distant voices...
they came...
Fletchling, Greninja, Sceptile, Aegislash, Rockruff, and every friend that my parents and i have, came to support him.
they are cheering at him now...
i see Alex tear of joy...
"because" i said
i smiled at him
"all of us choose you"
Alex hugged me...
"Thank you for Choosing Me"

it was the next day... dad doesn't seem happy about Alex return, but he was impressed...
the exam was at noon...
but i need to buy groceries with my mom at that time, so i wasn't able to go with them. Sceptile and Greninja kept an eye on the exam to make sure Alex made it 'Alive'
...
i was scared...
i can't even concentrate on my buying list...
my mom kept calling me as i stare endlessly to a cereal box...
"honey dear? do you want that cereal?" my mom asked
"oh! uh... no" i put it back to the order it was... while frowning.
then my mom lost her smile...
"Is there something wrong?" my mom said worriedly
i paused my mind for a bit
"well... not really, just worried"
"about what?"
"um... a friend"
"is your friend sick?"
"no... he just needs to past exam..."
"oh! you mean Kyle!" my mom smiled again, he was going through school anyways
"uh... yeah" i lied to mom... kind off...
"it's alright, he'll pass!" my mom said positively, i faked smiled at mom
"Thanks, mom" i imagine her words for Alex... it does give me a smile

we're done with the groceries. I'm at home putting some bags of groceries to the table at the dining room, i kept looking at the yard...
then finally, the last groceries are done. and i quickly opened the door and run towards the forest section of the yard.
"Alex" i kept saying his name as i run towards the forest...
i...
saw Alex with bruises walking out of the forest with Sceptile and Greninja! they seemed happy
"Alex!" i yelled, he noticed me and stopped when i was near him, i also stopped running
"did you make it?" i asked
"well... I'm here" he said happily
HE DID IT!
i hugged him with surprise
all of his friends comes to us at the yard
"yes! congrats!" i cheered,
the rest cheered, Greninja only smiled.
"hey! why don't we celebrate by having a spar later with me and Aegislash! i want to test my swords skill!" Alex nodded happily
"let's do it after lunch" Alex added
then we went back to our house happily...
Everything is fixed now

after my lunch with the rest... with dad still out there in the forest, Alex said that he needs a breather? i asked if he was being honest, he was right! when i am walking to the forest to spar secretly, my Dad passed by me. but i kept looking forward and anticipating our battle, Sceptile and Greninja didn't follow tho... so i guess we're on our own!

the battle has been going on for a while, we mostly block our attacks. but we are very tired, but a spar is over when one of the fighters is unable to battle! or gave up!
"Sir, i think this is enough," Aegislash said to me
"it's not over till it is!" i replied grinning
"let's end this then" Alex said sweating
"Take this!" i jumped at him and swing aegislash at him, i didn't use any sort of moves
Alex blocked the attack with just his elbow,
"how about this!" i bashed Aegislash shield at the same arm that is blocking my attack, he skids backward by the attack!
"HIA!" then Aegislash swords glowed and extends, while swinging it down. Alex made a screen and blocked the attack. a smoke was formed by the attack, i can't see him. so i decided to jump into the smoke and end this!
"HAAA-"
i was cut off when a beam came out and hit my right arm!
"AAACK!" i screamed in pain by the sudden jolt of pain...
it was...
powerful...
i got backed fired and fell to the ground letting go of Aegislash
"Master!" he screamed,
then the smoke clears and i see Alex shocked to what he had done

i quickly sit up and hold my arm...

i looked at my right arm to see my jacket starter to turn red... it was really faded...
"i-i'm fine... just a... internal cut?" i said unworriedly
i smell something... it wasn't really clear
but i am still fine!
i stand up holding the pain.
"I'm... so sorry" Alex said
"oh! no-no! it was my fault that i was Careless..."
"but... that's not it" Alex added
we went silent
"let's just head back home" i said to them, they agreed
so we headed back home without my mom and dad knowing about my injuries.
i went to my bedroom alone and start wrapping up the wound with bandages and some medicine...
it was a cut...
how did my jacket didn't get cut? it was mostly hurt on the inside...
i can't really use my hands...
i hope mom and dad didn't notice this...

were having dinner... Alex and the rest are outside... Rockruff is eating right below me... i was eating a curry... i tried to take a bite from the spoon, but my hand can't take it anymore, i dropped the spoon and the plate. the spoon is now covered in curry
"Justin? what's wrong?" my mom asked, dad gotten attention
"oh! uh..." i said pausing, then mom lifts up my right arm and revealing the bandage. my mom gasped
"what happened!" she said to me
"i-i was playing with Aegislash! it's just a cut!"
"i told you to be careful with a sword!"
my dad then takes my right arm and inspect it...
he looked at it for a while...
I'm getting scared...
then he let's go...
"We should continue eating now," he said coldly...
i continue to eat...
i don't have a good feeling about this...

it was at midnight... i was unable to sleep because of the pain, even Aegislash is still awake. i decided to look at the window, it was connected to the yard. i kept feeling that something is up... I'm not sure what...
as i stare to the night and the trees...
i suddenly see a figure walking towards the forest with...

i got curious and decided to open up the window and follow them with Aegislash planted on my back.
i followed them without any of them noticing us...

after a bit of following, i see that Dad is the figure! he is leading Alex to somewhere?

i clenched my fist in anger and hatred...
"i ask you to leave... NOW!" he yelled for the first time in my eyes...

Dad and Gengar are surprised...

Gengar grin turned around and looks at dad in disbelief...

"I-" i cut off as i slam down Aegislash sword to the ground while using night slash. the slam made a large amount of smoke and quickly turned around and run back to my house while Holding Alex's hands...

there is a bright light emitting from the house...

i went outside of the fo-
OUR HOUSE IS ON FIRE!
i came running to see my mom standing safely away from the house...

with no hesitation i run around the house and went inside through the front door, it was opened! i entered my scorching house, i smell all of my memories burning in this place!
everything is crumbling down!
i turned around to see Alex running towards me to catch up

i cut off as a block of fiery wood and concrete blocked the door! i backed off as the smoke and fire hits me that came from the fall
"Alex!" i yelled,
"Justin!" i heard him on the other side
i turned around to hear someone yelling
and i begin running towards the living room, knowing that Alex and Curtana can't come...
everything is on fire! i stopped to see the couch that is used to sit is burning with wood debris!

i see him looking at the kitchen
i came to him
"Glaz!"
He noticed me, then quickly points at the office, i looked at Dark. to see him putting out some fire with water coming out from his hands!
"Dark! come on!" i yelled, Dark looked at me a-

a loud cracking noise was heard right on top of the office room...

the roof crumbles and fell on top of Dark! a smoke blocked the view!

i can see his hand sticking out from the debris...

The roof on top of us is about to fall!
Treecko and i quickly evaded it!
the office is destroyed!

i quickly run towards the Dining room...
the dining table was untouched...
the glass door is now blocked by debris...
"Ruff!" i heard him barking again!
he is in the kitchen!

then a figure stood in front of me took the wood and the Blast!
then i got blown by the blast and fell...

it is Dawn...
I've recently moved to a new house in Vaniville town, my mom is cooking dinner...
Glaz and Dark are already buried...
but Rocky is not founded yet...

my dad left Kalos, leaving his Compal behind...

"I'm here" i replied, he heard me and knows my position.
he walked carefully to the bed then sit beside me...
"are you okay?" Alex said to me while trying to look at me
"heh... how am i" i replied negatively...
I've never been this upset
Alex hung his head down...
then he took off the bandage on his head...
i looked at him...
his red eyes are gray...
he tries to look at me...
i can see that he was not able to look at me...
"This feels similar when were at our old house... remember?" he added while smiling
i can feel my eyes getting watery...

i stopped dropping tears...

this is a much better day...
