i suddenly wake up after seeing Max in my dreams...
i quickly and silently rise up...
i looked around a dark room...
where am i...
oh yeah...
i ordered a hotel to live in Anistar city...
i had already healed all of my friends, including Curtana...
man...
I'm still tired...
i take the compal on a table near the bed and Max sleeping on carpet beside it, i turned on the Compal to see the time...
it's 4:49 AM...
well... it's dawn...
might as well get out of this room...
as i got up carefully to exit the room to not wake Max, i went out and see another room, then i see Alex looking at the twilight on the terrace...
i decided to stand near him and look at the orange sky on the sea...
"did you have a nightmare?" Alex asked me as i lean on the fence
"well... kinda" i said with unsure...
then Alex looked at me
"did you see Max in your dream?" he asked again
"yeah... he's in a mega form too" i said with added details
"we're at a cave right?" Alex added
then i looked down...
"yeah..."
"We have the same dream"
"yeah..."
"i..." Alex paused
"i died... didn't i?" He said a word that stabs my heart...

"maybe... i have a similar one that time when we rented a house in Santalune city..."

the sun is rising on the sea as we look to our left...
"Maybe Olympia might help us... let's get prepared now" i said to Alex
"Okay..." then we returned back to our room to get prepared...

"i can't wait for you to battle again!" Max said to Marie
"Thanks! this time, i will win!" Marie said with great confidence
"but you will have to listen to me if you want to win" i added as we walk towards the next gym
"Okay..." Marie added in a different tone
"hey... cheer up! you will win this, just trust Justin okay?" Alex said with a smile
"O-okay!" Marie said with blushing...

after a while walk, we have arrived...
the gym has a chromosome like a shape... it's more like a time reference...

"well... that looks weird" Marie said to the building

the building itself is unique... but confusing at the same time. gears turn from... something...
most of this building is kept by the little number of steel bars... quite concerning in my book but...
it does feel like that time is involved here...
then after a while, we have reached the Battlefie-

the Arena is made by light!

the Battlefield is on the...

There... And yes, the battlefield is mostly transparent because it is made out of plasma! I didn't know how could it not burn our feet... Isn't this breaking the physic?

after i take a careful step at the plasma...

well that might make sense since Olympia is standing on it as well...
then i confidently walked on the plasma with Marie and ready my self at the end of the battlefield, while Alex stands besides me and Marie hovering above the Plasma platform.
i saw Max standing at the spectating view quite far away, he also waved at me. then i looked down to see some gears spinning below me through the transparent plasma...
that's quite cool...
and scary...
"i see... that you've come here for answers..." she said ominously and...
is that telepathy?!
"uh... yeah" i said with unsure
"but... this battle will determine your future as well... the battle commence!" she said loudly at the end as she opened her silver cloak with the inside is the color of the galaxy and her surroundings glows, and suddenly a female Meowstic suddenly came out flying from under the gears and her her surrounding is glowing like Olympia!
then she Launched a Shadow ball at Marie...

The battle had already begun!
The shadow ball hit Marie as she stood still.
"argh! not fair!" she cursed
"H-Hey! we hav- oh..." i quickly realized that the battle had already begun.
it's time to counter!
"Marie! get to her level!" i yelled quickly, then she flies up to the same level as the Meowstic.
"quick use Hex!" I yelled from below, then Marie quickly teleports down on the dark portal. Meowstic started looking around for Marie...
Marie then came out above Meowstic and quickly make a shadow shiv and quickly stabs the Meowstic. with the hit, Meowstic quickly falls down with a hard impact!
wow is this Platform very strong!
then Meowstic...
She has Already fainted!
that hit must have been very power full.
then with silence, Olympia changes her pokemon to Slowking...
it quickly yawns at Marie!
"oh... you- (Yawn)" Marie suddenly yawned as well... Oh No!
"Marie concentrate!" I yelled at her
"wuh?" she replied drowsily
then the Slowking closes her eyes and... she's using Calm mind!
"Marie! shadow ball now!" I yelled,
"shadow what?" she replied half awake
then slowking suddenly glowed pink and Marie as well!
she is using Psychic!
"Marie! Wake up!" i yelled... but she didn't respond...
she fell asleep!
then Slowking lifts her sleeping body then quickly smashed her down on the battlefield!
she is still sleeping!
"MARIE!" Alex yelled right beside me
"W-Wah?" Marie's Awake!
"ouch, what happened?!" Marie said to me
"Slowking puts you to sleep" I said what happened to her
"what?! oh he'll pay! Come on! Make me hurt her!" she said quite aggressively...

at least she listens to me this time...
"uh... Marie! use shadow ball!" I yelled, then Marie launched a Shadow ball at slowking
"Again!" then Marie launched another one.
Slowking sees this and dodges one, but the other one Got her!
"Marie! Hex!" i yelled again
"My pleasure!" she said with a low voice and grins, then she dived to another portal...
that word made a chill on my spine...
uuuughh...
after slowking recovers, she quickly looks above her to expect her to come from there, but she came from behind her!
another shiv was formed by Marie and quickly attacks slowking! the slowking screams for a while then fall to the ground...
we did it!
"Woah... that worked!" Marie said surprised
"of course it would!" i said happily to her
Slowking then returns to the quiet hands of Olympia, then a Sigilyph Came out behind Marie!
"Marie! Behind you!" i yelled.
Marie turns around to see the Sigilyph hovers behind her!
with Panic, Marie uses Echoed voice!
But the Sigyliph uses reflect!
the Screech Backed fired!
with the blast she falls down and gritted her teeth as she cringes to her own attack
"ugh... you..."
"Marie?" i tried to say something if she could hear me...
"i... have enough of this!" she roared
then Marie breaths in the air...
shes about to use Echoed voice again!
"Marie!" I yelled, but she didn't hear me!
then...
"SCREEEEEE!"
A much more powerful screech blasted through my ears...
wait...
is this different?
Sigilyph then hovers uncontrollably as the different screech sets her off
even Olympia is hurt by the screech...
is this...
Hyper voice?
Sigilyph then falls to the ground as she can't bear the screech hurts her
Marie stops then looks at me...
she waits for my order!
after i saw her i quickly stopped holding my ears and yell the Final Blow!
"Marie! finish her with Hex!"
then Marie quickly sets out a couple of Shadow Shivs and quickly stabs and slash the Sigilyph with quick succession!
the sound of the Shadow knives cuts her in a flurried way is...
quite scary...
then a final slash as the shivs simultaneously hits Siligyph!
with the Final blow, Siligyph let's out a faint ring...
she's unable to battle anymore!
We Won!
"Marie! you won!" i cheered
"I-i won?!" she said as she falls down fatigued.
i quickly came to her and see her smiling, i smiled back. then Alex catches up
"see, i told you that Justin got this" Alex said to Marie, she is only aware for a bit
"Yeah... oh... I'm tired" she said as she flies up again and snuggles Alex, he reacts with blushing as he hugs back
"nice job" Alex added while smiling. Marie responded with smiling and pink on her face.
i chuckled for a bit, Max then came beside me as Marie kept snuggling Alex.
"okay-okay, it's time for you to return Marie" Alex said to Marie
"O-okay" she said as she backs away for a bit. i Grabbed the Pokeball then return her, on the midway of the transfer, Marie smiled at Alex as he scratches his head while still being pink.

it's just that seeing this kind of relationship is kinda...
entertaining...
i wonder...
while i was thinking about it, Max talks happily about the battle with Alex and the fact that Marie learned Hyper voice.
Olympia then came behind me... i was honestly quite confused on what to say towards her...
also, a random thought:
Alex is actually taller than me, but i measure hight by eye level, Alex head crest is higher than me, but his Eyes are lower than mine (measured by hight) and when i talked about his height, i was right about the measure. but that count's too the eye level. about the others, Max's eye level is a bit lower than Alex, Like 6cm/2,3622inch. Marie's eye level with Max is the same because she is hovering. but she is close to the ground most of the time. while Curtana is the lowest, but he is quite near the total eye level of Marie if she is not hovering (do you understand that?) for the last one...

you might think that the last one is quite ignorant against me or something...

i sigh as i said "Max you'll just wait here... I'll talk to her for a while"
"okay" He responded happily.
Olympia nodded at us and walks towards another room, me and Alex follows her as Max waited on the Arena...

were standing on a room that seems to be the observatory... i guess psychics like to see space too?

She paused as she sadly looks down...

"w-will Alex... be... gone?" i said as Alex expression changed to fear...
"for what i know... life will be taken... and returned... as he will live in the afterlife again."
