'Levi? What is he doing here so late.'

"Yea give me one second." Shiro walks over to the door and opens it, letting Levi in.

"Why are you here so late, did something happen?" Shiro says.

"Nothing happened, I just wanted to have a little talk with you." Levi says, walking in, with Shiro closing the door behind him. "May I sit down."

"Yes, have a seat right here." Levi goes to sit on the couch, and Shiro follows behind.

"So um, what exactly did you want to talk about?"

"Can I tell you a little story?" Levi says.

"Um.. sure, what is this story about."

"It's about my experiences with the queen of Greyreach… The vampire queen, Ahmya."

"The vampire queen?"

"Yes…" He rolls up his pants revealing a fake right leg.

"Whoa! What the hell happened to your leg?"

"Let me explain, what exactly happened… about 10 years ago... I was 25 at the time leading a patrol unit at my little town."

-10 years earlier, Year 106, Blackrun. Two years before the attack on Carcasir-

This medium sized village was located east of Carcasir. It was close to the mountains right outside the drayduff forest. It was the dead of the night. Levi was wearing brown and silver leather armor. He had black spiky hair and blue eyes. Levi was patrolling the perimeter of the village with his friend.

"What a very relaxing night." The man walking next to Levi said. He wore the same outfit, but had black short hair with green eyes.

"Yea... it really is." Levi looks up at the sky. "What a beautiful night it is."

"It sure is." They both stopped, looking up at the sky.

"Hey, Kyo…" Levi says.

"Yes?"

"Have you ever thought about reforming this world."

"Hmm, the world is pretty fucked up, but I never thought about changing it."

"Why not?"

"I just don't believe I have the power too… I mean if I was the leader I would make a festival for free alcohol, haha." Kyo laughs.

"Haha, very funny. I don't think you are as bad as you say." Levi says now looking at Kyo. "We need someone with a little humour as our leader, someone we could trust."

"Why not you?"

"Me, nooooo. I've never been good at leading, especially not a whole goddamn continent."

"You know I could say the same to you."

"What?" Levi says confused.

"You really underestimate yourself… You know people see you differently, you are the leader of the patrol units here."

"Well I guess I am my worst critic, but I don't think it's all that bad.."

"No not at all, but I would at least give yourself some credit."

"Yea, i'll have to listen to that advice.. Let's get going, we've been standing here for awhile" Levi and Kyo begin their nightly walk around the perimeter of the village. They do a few rounds and switch out for another group. The two head back to the barracks to take off their armor. Levi changed into his black coat with a white undershirt, grey pants, and black shoes. Kyo had a white shirt with grey pants and black shoes.

"Well I'm going to head home for the night." Levi says.

"No drinks tonight?"

"No not tonight sorry, I want to go home and relax for the rest of the night with my wife."

"Well suit yourself. More drinks for me." Kyo says with a grin.

"Haha, whatever. Enjoy your night."

"You too."

The two wave goodbye and walk in separate directions. Levi makes his way through the somewhat empty streets, only being lit up from the lanterns. He arrives at his house, puts his coat up and instantly goes to sit on his chair.

"You are back so soon, I would have thought you would stayed for drinks like usual." His wife walked up behind him. She was a somewhat tall woman. She had brown wavy hair, hazel eyes, and she was wearing a blue bathrobe.

"Oh, Jun! Yea I just didn't feel like it tonight." Levi says, being surprised by her sudden intrusion.

"Is something the matter?"

"No, I have just been thinking about stuff."

"Well whatever it is, I am always here for you." She goes up to him and kisses him on the cheek. "I am going to go to bed, goodnight dear."

"Goodnight, I love you." Levi sits in his chair for a while longer, falling asleep.

A few hours later.

BOOM! A loud sound can be heard coming from outside Levi's house.

'Wha… What was that?!" Levi getting woken up from the loud sound. He looks over at the window and sees a bright light coming from outside. He then gets up and runs to the window.

"WHAT!" Levi says in shock. He is standing there in disbelief seeing the town he lived in be sit to ablaze.

"Jun!" Levi says worriedly barging into the bedroom.

"What's going on? Are you okay!?" Jun says.

"We have to leave. Blackrun is being attacked."

"Really…?!"

"Yes, now lets go… Hurry!" Levi says rushing her to get ready. She puts on a light tan coat, black undershirt, tan pants, and black shoes.

"Ok lets go." Jun says.

The two of them barge out of the house, running on the burning street. Bodies can be seen everywhere.

"Shit, What the hell happened!?" Levi says looking behind him seeing his house start to catch fire.

"Let's go this way!" He yells worriedly. The two of them run towards the forest, passing many burning houses and bodies. Turning the corner to the shopping district that leads outside the town, they see someone fighting some monsters. They were human golems that had rough brown looking skin.

"Kyo!" He rushes over to help him. "Stay behind me Jun!"

[Dark Cloaked Fist] His fist is now cloaked in a black and purple aura.

"I got the one on the left!" Levi yells."

"Great timing!"

They both attack their separate opponents, killing them.

"It's good to see you alive! What's going on?!" Levi says.

"I am not entirely sure, but all I know is we need to get out of here." Kyo says.

"Good idea, what about anyone else. Is there anyone left?!"

"Unfortunately I haven't seen anyone."

"Shit, okay." Levi says in anger.

'As much as I want to rescue everyone my family comes first.'

"Okay, let's get out of here."

They all sprint towards the forest, fighting through multiple human golems on the way there. Stepping through mounds of bodies, seeming like the town is a cemetery now. After constantly running and fighting they all make it to the forest. All of them out of breath.

'Let me catch a breather." Kyo says.

"Good idea." Levi looks behind himself at the burning city. "Who the hell would do this."

"Who knows?" A strange voice can be heard.

"Who's there?!" Levi yells.

A figure walks out wearing a gothic dress. She was a petite girl with long pure silver hair that reached her knees, blood red eyes, and pointy ears. She also had a black and red sword by her side.

"A kid...? A vampire!" Levi says in shock. "Who are you?! What the fuck do you want with us."

"Who am I? I'm the queen of Greyreach, Ahmya… Now for what I want… nothing really, you wouldn't understand anyways even if I told you…"

Kyo looks over at Levi nodding at him. Levi completely understood what he meant.

[Dark Void Burn] Fiery black and purple explosion hits the Ahmya.

Kyo runs up with his sword cloaked in a blue aura, slicing at her right after Levi, making a great coordinated attack. Smoke from the explosion clears and the vampire is standing there unhurt. Dark red aura surrounds her body.

"Is that really all?" The vampire says. Rushing at Levi with insane speed, pulling out her sword.

[Blood Cloaked Slice] Aura covers her sword, and in the instant she swings at Levi with insane speed cutting his chest. Blood from the sword lands on him.

[Blood Explode] The blood that landed on Levi from the sword then spontaneously exploded, sending him flying backwards.

"LEVI!." Kyo and Jun yell.

"YOU BASTARD. I"M GOING TO KILL YOU" Kyo Yells in anger.

Kyo's left eye then starts to turn bitch black, with pitch black aura surrounding him. Levi barely being able to get up from the intense attack, looks over at Kyo.

"KYO!" Levi yells out, but kyo isn't hearing him. "KYOO!... Shit what is wrong with him, what is that intense pitch black aura? I've never seen that"

Kyo, looking like he isn't in control anymore, wildly attacks Ahmya.

"Oh this is quite interesting, but you still aren't the one." Ahmya dodged all the attacks.

Kyo's left hand starts to become even more cloaked in darkness, barely being able to see it. He then sends out a huge pitch black beam heading in Ahmya direction.

BOOM! A huge explosion happens, with a giant crater appearing where Ahmya was standing. Dark smoke covering the area.

'Whoa. What power!" Levi says.

The smoke clears and Ahmya is standing there, unhurt.

"That might have of worked on someone else, but too bad for you I'm your opponent." She then with light speed charges up a huge red ball.

[Blood: Destruction] She throws the huge red blood ball in her hand, instantly reaching Kyo setting off another big explosion, bigger than the one Kyo set off.

"KYOO!" Levi trying to get up. "FUCK!"

Lying in the crater was Kyo. He had cuts everywhere, bleeding out. Ahmya then walks over to Kyo.

"He isn't dead, good I tried to hold back." Ahmya says walking over to Levi now. Jun walking in front of him to protect him.

"No! I won't let you touch him." Jun says.

"And what are you going to do?" Ahmya says.

"I'm going to stop you!"

"Haha… Ok try your best."

Jun runs at Ahmya.

"NO! JUN!" Levi yells.

Jun tries punching her multiple times, but Ahmya dodges all of her attacks with ease.

"You are getting nowhere with this." Ahmya pulls out her sword and stabs Jun in the stomach. Jun falls to the floor.

"JUN!" Levi yells in fear. "PLEASE STOP, DON'T HURT HER."

Jun then stands back back up.

"PLEASE JUN STOP!"

"Oh, so you want more." Ahmya says.

Jun then struggles to punch her, feeling very weak from the blood loss.

"Look, you can barely stand."Ahmya says. "Move out of the way."

"NO! Take my life instead of his."

"NO. JUN… Please!" Levi cries out.

"Whatever. Have it your way." Ahmya says winding up her sword.

"NO!" Levi says barely being able to stand up. Running at Jun.

Jun turns around and smiles at Levi. Whispering something… Ahmya then slices her head off right in front of Levi. The head went flying, blood splattering everywhere.

"GOD DAMMIT, WHAT DO YOU WANT!" Levi crying, now running at Ahmya.

"She sacrificed herself for you, and you are willing to still throw it away." She then slices her sword at his right leg. Cutting it clean off. Levi then falls to the ground.

"AHHHH" Levi screams out in pain. Blood pouring out from his leg.

"I am merciful. Leaving you alive is probably worse then dying now, so I will let you live." Ahmya says sheathing her sword, walking over to Kyo. "I will be taking you." She then picks up Kyo.

"LEAVE HIM ALONE!" Levi says while groaning in pain. He starts to crawl over where Kyo is slowly, leaving a trail of blood behind him. Ahmya looks over at how pathetic Levi looks.

"Goodbye...." Ahmya says disappearing instantly.

"NOOO!" Levi crying out. He starts to feel lightheaded. Slowly his vision starts to blackout.

"Everyone is dead... please have this be a dream." Levi cries. Tears flowing down his cheek like a river. He coughs up blood trying to speak. "Please, god fucking dammit… Please be a dream." Levi vision almost completely fading. "I.. will. find." Levi now blacking out. "You." The last thing he saw was Jun's head sitting right next to him.
