When Shi Feng saw the items in the chest he was stunned. "No wonder I didn't get a title along with my promotion!"

The diamond magician treasure chest has three items and all three can help turn a player into a Famed Magician and elevate a trading firm to new heights.

The first item is called a level array creator design. Shi Feng had only heard rumors of this, if any power were discovered to have this that power would get annihilated for it. A level array creator can help increase the level cap of a weapon or equipment. With this Shi Feng can increase the level cap of the Twilight Blade.

In God's Domain it wasn't necessarily difficult to increase an item's level cap but more troublesome. The process involved breaking the item down then identifying what materials needed to be replaced. Players will then need to search for similar higher level materials and have a forger reconstruct the item. But once the item is deconstructed players can't use that item and only have two weeks to get new materials. If they fail they would have to wait another month to increase their items level cap.

Sometimes players can get lucky and the materials could be found in an auction house, sometimes the materials needed may be legendary rank and will be beyond most players ability to acquire. Typically top tier epic weapons required inferior legendary materials as the replacement at least.

Also depending on the skills of the blacksmith, once the item is reconstructed it might not be as powerful as it used to be or might become stronger. It was a gamble for most players to increase the level cap of their equipment.

The level array creator actually saves players that gamble. Instead of deconstructing the equipment, the level array creator would actually use magic arrays to identify the minimum materials required that way players don't have to go through that two week period. Once they are ready to reconstruct their equipment the level array creator will alter the magic arrays of the item slightly and as long as the forger uses the exact same array the new item will be as strong as it was originally. While this erases the chance for slightly improving their equipment, they don't have to worry about weakening it either.

The next item is a tool called a circuit analyst. Shi Feng didn't even know these existed until now. Almost every lifestyle job required one to be skilled at magic arrays. Many times the creation of an item or potion will fail because the magic arrays weren't created properly. The circuit analyst can actually identify what went wrong with the magic arrays then offer instructions on how to fix it, or tweek it to improve the arrays or make it easier to construct.

The last item is one every lifestyle player dreams of having. It's called an array pen.

As Shi Feng was thinking up plans for candlelight he suddenly got a call. It was from Gentle Snow.

"Snow, what's up?" Shi Feng wondered why she had one of her rare smiles on.

"Guild Leader, your plan worked. Many companies have taken your bait and are doing everything they can to learn Heaven Rumble's secrets. The financial and stock teams are ready. Sun and Moon even called in a few favors for us. We can strike as soon as you give the go ahead!"

"Perfect! I'll give you full control, do as you see fit." Shi Feng happily said. While he had done plenty of corporate businesses in his previous life, matters such as this should be left to people like Gentle Snow and his other vice guild leaders. They understood business law and know how to manipulate things to work in their favor far better than a pleb like him.

For what Zero Wing is attempting to do requires finesse and a little foul play. And even though Gentle Snow may seem like a sweet and harmless cold beauty, she is not someone to be provoked.

"Leave it to me Guild Leader. I'll make sure those corporations regret ever targeting us!" Snow then logged off to proceed with their plans.

Looking at the now blank screen made Shi Feng wonder. In his past life Gentle Snow had been forced to quit God's Domain; it had happened when front line players were around their current level as well.

Before he thought it was due to strife between her and Coa Chenghua, but Snow has connections with Ninth Heaven Pavilion, if Hidden Cloud, the super guild's current fourth floor master, had made a personal appearance, she could have obtained Oroborus with little to no trouble. But yet Gentle Snow still had quit God's Domain. Whether she refused to utilize her connections because of her personality or honor, her situation shouldn't have forced her out of the game permanently.

Shi Feng shook his head, "I've already changed the timeline, it's all in the past." +

He then continued making the things he needed for his city. He cloned materials so Melancholic Smile and the rest can create two more secret silver combat puppets, a few tier 4 moon strider sets, and a void field magic array. He also created an eternal darkness ingot. That is an item dark creatures love; especially demons.

As he was just about to make more stuff, he got a system notification.

System: Your city in the Bermuda Islands is complete. You have two day to finish the handover procedures.

"Finally!" Shi Feng cleaned up his work station and used space point to teleport directly to his new city.

Western Continent, Bermuda Islands

As he walked out his spatial gate, a magnificent city stood before him. Just from the outside he could already tell that this city is better than the current Stone Forest City. Shi Feng immediately walked in through the city gates as the 2 tier 4 guardian knights opened the gates for him.

When he walked in he was hit by a wave of pure and soothing mana. This mana was made up of the seven main elements and cleansed his body.

Even with the Broken Steel armor and Crown Sword, he wasn't immune to the extreme negative energies of this map. But the second he walked into the city his body was cleansed of the bad energy to a noticeable degree. When he constructs mana towers and the sky fusion tower, this place will easily surpass the StarLight fortress and be players go to place to practice their mana control.

As he made his way to the city lord's mansion, he saw many NPCs. They were architects, scholars, and even tier 5 mages. Every single one of them was admiring the city, like it was their masterpiece.

While the city was indeed amazing, it was currently empty. If he wanted to make his city a true masterpiece he would need to construct many things, like restaurants, hotels, houses and so on. These things also need to come from intermediate designs at the very least. Anything less is unworthy to be in such a city. Luckily he had tasked Melancholic and Youlan to find as many intermediate and higher designs as they could.

When he finally reached the front doors of the mansion, Shi Feng hopped off his mount and walked up to Iris, who was currently waiting for him. As she watched Shi Feng walk up to her, her seductive smile made her surroundings seem dull. She looked at Shi Feng with puppy eyes. He could already tell she was about to ask for something. If Shi Feng were still the same young lad he had been in the past, he would have agreed to anything she asked for.

"Lord Gold Legatee, you've arrived! Before we continue with the procedure I have a favor to ask of you." +

"Please Lady Iris, ask away," Shi Feng said as they walked into the power room.

"Lord Gold Legatee, we will like to construct a base here, I hope you will allow it."

"Of course you may. Please pick a spot in the central district, that's where I plan to build a library" Shi Feng had thought she would ask for something that would trigger a quest but this is great. The adventure association Iris belongs to is a somewhat semi private organization. Many important NPCs go to it, and if they set up a base here, those NPCs will naturally visit his city as well.

The only downside is that they won't help him defend the city unless its at clear risk of destruction, similar to how Demon city operated.

"You truly are kind. Thank you." Iris gave an elegant bow to Shi Feng as they entered the core power room.

Shi Feng immediately replaced the power crystal in there with the singular element core.

As soon as he did the beam of energy that signified the power level of the core, started to fluctuate. It then changed colors from blue to red then green and brown, until the energy beam became stable and turned into a multicolored light.

After it became stable, the city's mana density underwent a earth shattering change. The already calm and pure mana became even stronger; now the mana density surpassed Silver Wing city. The city also started to gather the elemental mana in its surroundings. If mages practiced their skills here they would achieve incredible results. Shi Feng felt that players can make good progress in mana control and unlocking their mana bodies just by standing in the city.

What makes things better is that as an ancient city, the city will slowly convert its mana to resemble that of the ancient era. The environment from the ancient era was many times better than the current one, that was one of the reasons so many gods existed in those times.

"Lord Gold Legatee, here is the city token, please engrave the name of your city on it." Iris handed Shi Feng a black diamond token.

What should I call the city? It should be a name that will allow everyone to recognize that Zero Wing owns it and at the same time it shouldn't be a carbon copy of our other cities.

As Shi Feng was thinking he suddenly came up with the perfect name.

Zero Wing means to start from zero and soar higher than the heavens. So this name should represent that. Shi Feng finished carving the name of his city and gave it to Iris.

Iris looked at the token, smiled and as she made a copy for documentation she said "Rising Wing city, what a great name."
