2764 Leave no Survivors

Shi Feng headed to his office, where he can activate some of the city's functions. When Shi Feng entered a holographic projection of the entire city and its surroundings hovered above the floor in the center of the room. Next to it was a holographic butler who was greeting Shi Feng.

"Hello City Lord, my name Johan and I am your designated assistant." The holographic butler said.

Hello Johan, I would like to see the city's exclusive functions."

"As you wish sir."

Johan then displayed the icon that showed the city's function.

Right now he's looking at a list for some constructions and features that can be built. Many of the more powerful constructions and features can only be built when the city reaches advanced rank and the truly powerful ones can only be built when the city becomes a main city. But the basic city functions are still incredible.

"Sir, as you are the first heaven blessed individual to construct an ancient city you are allowed to pick three constructions to be built." Johan informed him.

All ancient cities have their special abilities. When players build one they are normally allowed to pick two of these abilities every time they upgrade their city and they can only choose functions that correspond with their city's rank.

Basic cities get basic abilities, intermediate cities get intermediate abilities or lower, so on and so on. If they want to build more of these functions, the ruling power would have to find special tokens or do quests that can rival legendary quests.

Now that he can choose three right off the bat, it would save him a lot of time. His ancient city has ten basic functions to choose from. One of these functions was similar to the ancient battlefield in the StarLight fortress. He decided to ignore that one, Zero Wing already has plenty of superb training areas, he can't waste his precious slots on something he currently has.

While Shi Feng was browsing the list, he noticed an unfamiliar name, "Johan what is a body constructor room?"

"Sir that is a room that will simulate a person's respective mana body before they construct one and allow them to practice building their mana body. If you choose to build this room, it can only simulate the mana bodies of standard and basic legacies. As you upgrade the room it can simulate the mana bodies of intermediate, then advanced, then peak legacies," Johan told him.

"No wonder those superpowers with ancient cities managed to nurture so many tier 6 players! This is just unfair." The body constructor room will allow tier 0, 1, and 2 players to practice building their mana bodies, before they reach tier 3, giving them a sturdy foundation. This will give them the ability to construct peak gold mana bodies with high completion rates. If Shi Feng had this room before he did his tier 3 promotion, he would've gotten a 95% completion rate at least with his epic mana body.

In his past life the reason why so many void realm experts from superpowers couldn't reach tier 5 and the weaker experts from from first rate guilds and below could is because those void realm experts didn't put too much effort into their mana bodies.

Back then players from superpowers were arrogant and thought as long as they pass a high difficulty promotion exam they would reach tier 5 and 6. They would spend their legacy skill points recklessly and not put too much effort into building a better mana body, mostly settling for an intermediate silver mana body with a high completion rate. This became their downfall as those experts were stuck at tier 4.

Zero Wing can now nurture an army of future tier 3 and higher powerhouses with peak mana bodies. In fact he was almost tempted to make some of his main force members with silver mana bodies start their account all over again so they could build stronger mana bodies.

Shi Feng picked the body constructor room with no hesitation.

He then picked the ability combat room. This room is similar to the special combat rooms in Stone Forest City, and will offer guidance on players skills and spells while in a dense and pure mana environment, so they can go past the 100% completion rate on their skills and spells.

When players hit tier 5 and 6 even trying to get a 80% completion rate with their high tier attacks was extremely difficult. This room will be a great help when that time comes. So far the city lord's mansion can only build ten such rooms, each with a 2 hour duration and 4 hour Cooldown. To create more ability combat rooms he will have to either upgrade the rooms itself or upgrade the city.

Lastly he chose the guard statue functions. These puppets were giant knight statues on the corners of the city wall. There were four of them and Shi Feng could deploy them to defend the city.

Each one has peak tier 4 abilities and could fight for five hours with a twelve hour cooldown. Again he would need to upgrade the city or the function to improve the guard statues.

"sir you have chosen the body constructor room, ability combat rooms, and guard statues. Are you certain this is what you want. You can not take back or change your decisions later," Johan asked.

"This is what I want. Please proceed with the construction."

"As you wish Sir. Everything will be ready in 16 hours." Johan then disappeared and started building the functions Shi Feng selected.

When Shi Feng was done with that, he headed to the guild residence and made it so that his guild members could teleport to the city. As soon players started to teleport to Rising Wing city they were astonished.

"I can't believe we have a city in the Bermuda Islands, isn't our guild to awesome!"

"Feel the mana here. I just reached tier 3 and I feel like I can fully unlock my mana body in ten days just by staying here!"

"Your right, the mana here is even better than the one in the StarLight fortress."

"All hail Zero Wing."

Naturally the spies in Zero Wing let others know of the situation of the new city.

"What! Zero Wing managed to build a city on that map."

"A mana environment that could help players unlock their mana bodies. Quickly get in contact with Phoenix Rain, let her know we want to form an alliance."

"Sir some of the spies said they spotted tier 5 NPCs there. Capturing the city will be difficult."

"Tell them to investigate some more. I doubt Zero Wing can get the full help of tier 5 NPCs."

For a time the western continent went berserk. The Bermuda Islands is a treasure trove and as players reach higher levels, they spend more time grinding in this map. Whoever owns a city in that location will control the life blood of all these powers. Many superpowers were preparing, they weren't about to let a new super first rate guild like Zero Wing dictate their future.

Infinite Sky Guild residence

Currently a middle aged man with black hair and a scar over his left eye sat in a dark room. This room actually had a thin mist that refreshes the body. This man is Vendor Wind, the first Vice Guild Leader of Infinite Sky read a report as four people stood in front of him.

"Zero Wing huh. Indigo, prepare all our available legions and man power. Also call up some other super guilds, tell them they will get 5% of the city's shares if they help us capture the city." Vendor Wind ordered.

A handsome brown haired youth ranger had a look of disdain on his face when he heard that. "Vice Guild Leader, do we really need help capturing such a city. It's only super first rate guild." Cloudy Nine said.

"Nine, that's not your average super first rate guild. Zero Wing has managed to defeat Mythology on more than one occasion. They've even destroyed one of our guild towns. They are very strong," Indigo Stream, a beautiful calm and elegant cursmancer said. she radiated a strange type of mana that actually repulsed the ambient mana in the room.

"Maybe if you didn't stare at Indgo's butt all day, you would know such basic information Nine!" Another youth next to Cloudy Nine commented, which caused him and the boy next to him to laugh and snicker at Cloudy Nine.

Cloudy Nine immediately got flustered and his face turned red "Rake I told you that while I was drunk, how could you," quickly he turned to Indigo Stream. "Indigo I swear they're just joking around, I wouldn't do such a thing!"

Indigo stream just glanced at Cloudy Nine and with a blush on her face she faced away from him a muttered

"Pervert"

Cloudy Nine immediately got depressed and Rake and the other youth next to him couldn't hold back their laughter.

Suddenly the mist in the room turned black and a death energy assaulted the four youths. It was Vendor Wind. With a deep menacing voice he ordered "Enough! Go and get things ready we leave in five hours. You got that!"

The four youths stood up straight and in unison responded, "yes Vice Guild Leader!"

The four started making their way out, but before they could leave Vendor said something.

Mhmm "Nine, I was young as well so I know it's hard to change a man's nature, but you shouldn't make it so obvious. And also Rake, think about how Indigo feels, she's a shy girl, keep those things for the bar or for your lonely nights with your right hand."

Cloudy Nine and Quick Rake nearly lost their balance when they heard that. "Yes sir."

Bermuda Islands, Rising Wing City

Currently the streets were filled with tons of Zero Wing members running about. Many architects were constructing smithies, hotels, shipyards, a battle arena and more

As the busy Zero Wing members ran about, they saw over 600 players walking in a well marched order to the city lord's mansion.These players combined aura stifled the other players and made it difficult to breathe.

"Look its the Dark Wing legion"

"I don't think I'll be a match for just one of these players"

"I can't wait to join their ranks one day"

The Dark Wing legion is composed of experts among experts of Zero Wing. In fact the individual combat standards of the Dark Wing legion is slightly higher than the Dark Gods legion. They're commander Blue Tracer is also one of the guild strongest experts. Even the guild elder Yan Tianxing only has a 60% chance of defeating him in a one on one.

Leading the group was not only Blue Tracer and Yan Tianxing but also four emaculate beauties: Phoenix Rain, Aqua Rose, Blue Phoenix, and Yi Loufei. "It's definitely Vice Guild Leader Phoenix Rain! She managed to defeat tier 4 experts while she was tier 3. Now that she's tier 4 only the guild leader should be stronger than her."

"Maybe you're right, but I feel that Vice Guild Leader Aqua has a stronger aura."

The Zero Wing players went into discussion as they worked. Meanwhile Aqua turned to Phoenix Rain and said, "Rain, you're quite popular aren't you. You've managed to gather so many experts for the guild."

Phoenix Rain responded, "I did what I had to. Normally I wouldn't go about showing off, but the experts on the west are very prideful. They only submit to overwhelming power."

While on the west she frequently had to join fights. Her reputation as the Demon Queen soared because of it. When she was tier 2, Phoenix Rain beat tier 3 players. At tier 3 she defeated many tier 4 players, although just barely. The only people in the guild that managed to beat her when she was tier 3 were, Yan Tianxing, Yi Loufei, Blue Tracer, and Link Wonder. But when she became tier 4 only Yan Tainxing and Blue Tracer could defeat her in a one on one. Yan Tianxing had a 50% chance of coming out victorious, while Blue Tracer had a 30% chance.

Phoenix Rain's overwhelming strength and charisma had made many experts submit and worship her on the western continent. Her fame in the western guild base rivals Black Flames.

"You and Blue worked really hard, maybe I should force the guild leader to come to the west more often," Aqua said.

"If the guild leader came here things would be so much easier for us, but unfortunately he likes spending his time with you and Snow over in the east. I'm quite jealous."

Aqua giggled and with her chest raised high she said, "well that's one of the benefits of being the first, you get more attention!"

The two started to laugh leaving Yan Taixing and Blue Tracer in a stupor wondering what type of conversation the two women were having.

After an hour a representative from Netherworld Empire arrived and established a temporary guild residence in the city. Later the Hell legion along with a few more hundred players teleported to Rising Wing city. Netherworld empire wanted to send more players but this is the limit a temporary residence will allow them.

Hell Rush along with another man walked up to the city wall where Shi Feng, Aqua Rose, and Phoenix Rain were discussing about the city's defensive system.

"Guild Leader Black Flame, it's good to see you again. Allow me to introduce you, this is Carbon Cat a Grand Elder of the guild."

"Hello Elder Carbon, it's a pleasure to meet you," said Shi Feng as he shook the man's hand, at the same time he thought to himself, so this is a true monster. They really are extraordinary.

Shi Feng had never heard of this man before. Carbon Cat should be in his fifties at least, but the man didn't look a day over thirty. He had a muscular build and a sharp handsome face. His equipment is amazing. He is fully geared in epic equipment, and there were two items on him that Shi Feng couldn't determine. Shi Feng suspects that those two items might be fragmented legendary items, not to mention his staff that hung on the man's back. It was a wooden staff that looked like it was made from a tree of life and had a ruby red gemstone that resembled the philosopher's stone hovering above it.

But what truly surprised Shi Feng were the man's combat standards. Shi Feng couldn't tell how far Carbon Cat progressed in the domain realm but it was definitely much more than he had. Carbon Cat is also close to the true ascension realm.

"So you are the rumored Black Flame. You certainly do go beyond the legend." As Shi Feng examined Carbon Cat, he also examined Shi Feng, and he was stunned.

He knew Shi Feng had better equipment then he did, matching the youth in attributes will be extremely difficult. Also he could tell that Shi Feng is half a step into that realm.

What kind of training does this kid do to be already so close to that realm, Carbon Cat thought to himself.

With everyone now acquainted, an assassin came out of stealth to report. "Commander, Grand Elder, we just got word that Infinite Sky is working alongside four other super guilds and is making their way here right now!"

The atmosphere around Hell Rush froze when he heard the reports, "Infinite Sky huh! How long till the others make it here, it's time to teach those fools how scary Netherworld Empire could be."

"About 3 hours until the ships make it."

"Good." Hell Rush then turned to Shi Feng, "Guild Leader Black Flame, leave Infinite Sky to us. We won't let them get with in a inch of the city walls"

As Shi Feng was about to respond a giant magic array covered the entire city and more. Everyone's attributes were then suppressed.

"What's going on?"

"I lost 20% of my basic attributes!"

Even Shi Feng and the others who have high magical resistance lost around 10% of their basic attributes.

Next thing, a fog appeared from nowhere covering the sea and land, over ten massive lights appeared out in the ocean. These lights came from summoning arrays and what appeared terrified every one.

Ten superior mythic sea bears led by four legendary sea sharks along with an army of sailboats, speedboats, and warships were in the ocean making their way for Rising Wing city.

A similar situation occurred as an army that numbered over 700,000 appeared out of thin air with six giant flaming war apes behind them. The army was extraordinary, with over 100,000 being tier 3 players and nearly 700 tier 4 players included from just a glance.

In the sky nearly 30 flying mounts hovered above the army with every single person on them releasing an awe inspiring aura, and in the lead was a middle aged man with black hair and a scar over his left eye.

This was Vendor Wind and behind him were the four youths. As he stood on top of his frost owl flying mount, he looked down on Rising Wing city. "Guild Leader Black Flame! You've done well to build such an amazing city, now Infinite Sky will take it from you. Think of it as compensation for our town!"

Vendor Wind Raised his hand and swung it downward, "leave no survivors!"
